The hotel room was clean, but the pillows were absolutely atrocious. Not very plump and tiny no support whatsoever in them. I had a headache for two days from the neck issues.

I had booked my reservation through Hotels.com and upon arrival to the hotel, there was an issue with it but the attendant was very patient and helpful. I called Hotels.com and had them on speaker and she guided me through the process. The room was nice. Comfortable beds but the bathroom was somewhat dirtier than expected. Overall a great experience and I would stay again.

We stayed in room 322 and the bed mattress was very hard and uncomfortable, the bed sheets were very dingy. We used our own blankets. Breakfast wasn't anything to brag about. Tried calling front desk several times and received no answer. The door to our room had about an inch gap around the door.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. The room was clean and spacious. Several restaurants and stores close by. About a 20-minute drive to the stadium, but a fairly easy drive.

When I checked in, I was not told there is an extra $50 refundable hold charged to my card. I happened to look at my account and saw the charge was $50 more than my reservation showed. When I went to the front desk to ask, they told me as if I should have known. Nothing on the reservation states that nor did they.

Property is a bit outdated. The room we were put in felt old and dirty. It was smaller than other rooms we've stayed in. The bed was so uncomfortable. We could feel the springs. The front desk didnt tell us about breakfast or any information about the hotel. We just kinda figured it out ourself. We will not stay here again. I will pay the extra to stay at the Hampton Downtown Indy.

The room was small, dark, out dated, and not clean. I walk for the bed to take a shower and notice all the black dirt on the shower floor. Also one bed serveral stains one the sheets and blankets. Besides the cleanliness, i would expect some of this at a lower priced hotel but this was 160 a night. The staff was super friendly and helpful.

We arrived at night after driving all day to find out the manager had canceled our reservation earlier that day because they were overbooked. Didn't bother to let us know. Desk person said the manager had called a nearby Comfort Inn and there was a room waiting for us there. So we went there to find out no such call was received, they had no rooms, and don't allow dogs - our reason for being in Indy in the first place. By this time it's nearly midnight. We were very fortunate to find a better room at a far nicer - dare I say luxury - hotel for less money due to it being so late and last minute. No more Hampton for us!

Have stayed at this hotel for 10+ years a couple times a year for business. Folks are super nice. Hotel a bit dated. A few stains in room. Renovations needed compared to similar hotels at price range. Great location.

The beds were hard, the room smelled musty, the elevators weren’t working and the breakfast wasn’t very good. For $200 a night, I expected a little more than that.

Our room was right next to the office, and we arrived late at night (around midnight). We were exhausted from the drive and when we got into the room, there was a 3/4 inch roach crawling across the bathroom floor. My boyfriend flushed it and we moved all of our bags onto the luggage racks to make sure we wouldn’t have further issues.
The bed toward the window squeaked so loudly every time we moved that it woke us up, so we moved to the other bed. Sheets were scratchy and pillows were lumpy. I’ve bought pillows from the Hampton website before, and these were definitely not up to standards.
Staff was friendly, and breakfast was on par with most Hampton Inns.
I’m loyal to Hampton Inns because they’re always clean, but this location fell well below the mark. I’m okay with paying more for Hamptons based on the service and cleanliness that is the norm, but this was a let down and not a good value for the $180 spent.

Sorry I did t take any pictures but believe me the room was nice and clean but our heat wasn’t working the room was nice and warm when I arrive but couldn’t get it to kick back on

Staff were nice and friendly. Room was big, clean and ready to be used, with nice wood-work - looked like new furnitures. Breakfast was simple and small, but filling. Kitchen staff and manager were the best features for breakfast as they greeted everyone and came back to check, and took our trash away. They even said goodbye to everyone afterwards!!
