hotel was clean and well-staffed. Could use free breakfast or coffee in the morning considering the room rates. Location was great.

I stayed over my 40th birthday to celebrate with some friends. The staff found out about my birthday and made sure on the day that a card/dessert/beer was delivered to my room. Staff was great. They have a really nice bar in the lobby with really good craft cocktails.

Great location for a quick weekend away to enjoy all that Austin has to offer downtown. Omni looks to have done some modernization of the rooms. Nice gym facilities too! Would stay again!

I had asked if I could get a room with a view when booking, and by the time I had come to check in I knew I wouldn’t get the room and to my surprise I did despite checking in at 630!

Very comfortable nice hotel just as you would expect from Omni. Did not care one bit getting hit with an automatic gratuity from the bartender. Once upon a time you’d get fired for that.

The hotel is lovely but they lacked good maid service. They didn’t replenish our coffee each day or our water which was necessary because they didn’t provide much coffee to begin with. I asked to check in early and they wanted to charge me $40 even tho the room was ready when my friends checked in early and weren’t charged so lack of consistency.

Great stay at the Omni! I enjoyed my accommodations and the convenient location, and the service was excellent. The staff went out of their way to make sure I was taken care of.

Very comfortable hotel , spacious rooms in the center of town. Great lobby with good coffee and good food. The restaurant is open late and has a good menu selection. Compared to the other hotels in the area this is a spacious hotel, both in terms of the rooms and it’s common areas
Parking is fairly easy and valet parking is reasonable. The staff is very friendly and helpful
The rooms have very clean sheets and pillows and very comfortable. The bathrooms are spacious.

Our first trip to Austin and flew in late. Hotel greeting made the long day worth it! The entire hotel was clean and the staff was all very friendly! Would most definitely stay there again!

We had family stay as well and their air conditioning did not work properly and they were very uncomfortable. Our shower overflowed and would not drain. It did get fixed eventually. Short on amenities too.

Stayed at Omni while attending ACL festival, the hotel went out of their way to provide drinks and snacks (in the lobby) free of charge for festival goers, and anyone else. The room was comfortable, services great, would definitely stay again.

My room had multiple crickets in it. I found several in my bed. The attitude of the hotel was that nothing could be done. A refund of some kind would have been nice given how much was spent to stay there.

First 2 nights were great, then we got bombarded with crickets IN our rooms on the 13th plus floors! Nasty!!! And also cockroaches. Ick.

Unable to sleep due to the extreme Saturday night post game street and road noise- Whump Whump car woofers, extra loud “mufflers”, gunning motorcycles etc continued well into the wee hours- even 3 am. I was on 13th floor facing downtown and the racket was really surprising, even that high above the street.

Wonderful hotel. Great restaurant downstairs. My only complaint was that you have to valet your car which is pretty expensive and the first day it took more than 30 minutes for them to retrieve our car. Other than that we had a great stay.

Room was very spacious and clean. My only dislikes were there were no beverages or a mini bar in our room. There were no vending machines or shops within the hotel. Room service was closed. At 1am we had to walk a block down the street to find some drinks at a small shop. Then the air conditioner was inefficient in cooling both rooms. The hotel staff were very professional and friendly making our stay pleasant.

The staff were so excellent and helpful in providing great recommendations. casen, the pool bartender really made the trip for us with great service and ideas for things to do. Geoff at the front desk was also very kind and helpful and Harrison at the lobby bar was full of fun conversation on our last day. Even the staff who's names slip my mind were wonderful. Only complaint is the room cleaning staff would either not come at all on a day or two or show up at the most inconvenient times. Small price to pay for a great time. the property is central to all the things we wanted to enjoy in Austin and made the city walkable or cheap to uber around.

Parking is expensive at $60 per night. The hotel charges a $100 deposit PER NIGHT, not per stay. The bed and pillows are not comfortable. Nice fitness center. I would not stay there again if we were in town.

Weekend nights on Brazzo are a continuous racket of police sirens, broken mufflers, and peeling rubber. This lasted until 4am. Too much party and not enough respect for others.
