it was amazing. the room next to us seemed to have its issues going on in there but it didn’t interfere my experience. there was a festival and it was a holiday weekend. so it’s understandable that inebriation can and may will play a factor. just ignore it and enjoy your stay.

We stayed for 4 nights. The rooms were clean, breakfast was delicious and the pool was nice to use. Maria and Leticia provided excellent customer service. This hotel is close to all amenities( restaurants, malls).

Rooms were clean. Beds were comfortable. The room smelled amazing. Walking in from a long flight to receive my keys was unpleasant. There was a very strong cigarette smell. Every time you walk through the lobby to leave and return there’s a strong cigarette smell. I noticed the hotel allows the smokers to post up right at the entrance.

Very clean and quiet. Staff very friendly nd helpful. Dining options and stores available in the area. I had a wonderful stay i hifly reccomend

From the time when I started to check in for the second time and was told that there would be a $250 deposit I figured that I would be having problems because this is the very first hotel where I stayed that charge $250 incidental fee. I rented the hotel to bath me and my service animal. The water in the bathroom was contaminated with a very hard sticky residue. The guest in the next room came in and out of their room the entire time that I was there. My service animal set by the door and barked due to it. I have a medical alert animal. When I got ready to check out I was asked was I going to stay another night; when I replied no that’s when I was told that the hotel would keep my incidental fee. At first they said it was because I had a pet; then I told them that I resolved that concern when I checked in next I was told that they were going to keep my incidental fee because my animal kept barking. I never thought complaining about the individuals who went in and out their room the entire time that I was there and when I wanted to bring the matter up the hotel employee would not hear me.

The roomwas clean everything work in it and what i really loved the most was the toiletries they. I have been to a lot of establishments and none have dove products and that is the products i use and buy at home.

Very very very very dirty room, bathroom! Floor dirty and sticky! Coffee tasteless! It’s was very uncomfortable for sleeping, because smell in the room was very bad! If you respect yourself, please don’t stop in this hotel.

I liked everything about this property. Our room was exceptionally clean. The staff went out of their way to make us happy. We will be returning again, and again, to this property.

Front desk staff was very nice and easy to check in & out.

I loved this hotel! It was beautiful, clean, the staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. The room we stayed in was gorgeous and very clean. I will definitely stay at a Holiday Inn Express again.😀

We arrived early and the lady at the front desk was so sweet and checked us in right away. She also checked me out when we left.

The hotel has spacious clean rooms. The hotel has an excellent complimentary breakfast with many options. Although I did not use, the hotel has a really nice pool as well as guest laundry services. It is located near many many food places within walking distance as well as a shopping center/ Walmart/ Walgreens. The pricing is good compared to comparable hotels nearby. No issues during the stay

We booked a room here on our way to Chicago, we had an emergency happen and was not able to make it. I call them 4 hours after make the reservation and they still charge me. I am still working with my credit card to dispute it. The lady at the front desk was soo rude and was not helpful.

Need more trash cans in rooms there was only a tiny one in bathroom. More towels cause 2 isnt enough for 4 ppl. The milk was expired at breakfast. All the TV channels were horrible none for kids. Friday night in the pool there were about 10 unsupervised children that ruined the pool for us throwing a football. Although we didnt say anything to front desk. The next night everyone was very respectful. The workers we SO NICE! everyone said hi and good morning. Asked how we were doing just really really nice employee's they will make us come back. Other than the few things listed above there was nothing wrong with the hotel for the price we paid and what we got. Breakfast, pool, and comfort safe stay.

This is the hotel i come to when i come to Chicago.. i’ve been in this hotel so many times staff is amazing. No complaints with them. Its close to shopping,food and Highways and family! It was in the middle of remodeling the last time i was here(lobby) and today I am staying for the night and everything is fine but the bathtub looks nasty…seems like it needs some bleach,comet and a good scrub,rust around the toilet as well!

Elevator needs work done on it.
