Karina at the front desk was super helpful. She called me before I arrived to advise Hotel.com had a problem with my stay and I should call before arriving. It took me 30 minutes to resolve and by that time I arrived to the hotel. Thanks Corrina (Karina)

I’ve stayed here multiple times I must say this time around was not the best. The room I got this time wasn’t what I was looking forward to staying in. The bath tub was dirty, the molding in the room was coming off the ceiling and the blankets had a funny smell to them as if they were not changed or washed I was pretty disappointed. I’ve never had this bad of an experience before so may give it one more try before giving up on it. I must say the staff is very friendly and they do have a clean and nice gym.

Terrible old stinky rooms paper thing walls & loud elevator.. only thing good is big pool area if warm enough to hang & swim… stay at Hampton by Hilton right across street for cheaper w/ cleaner newer rooms, free breakfast & friendlier staff by far!

Good family hotel but don’t pay extra for breakfast unless you have a good whole hour to wait as it’s limited space w/ long waits on food to be served. Amazing food once we figured that out to get up 2 hours before we had to leave! Pool hangout area was perfect for family time!

The property was near the highway so it was easy access. The rooms though were old. The room that we stayed in was also a bit dirty. The carpet wasn't vaccumed enough and we noticed that the bed sheets and curtains had some stains which was unsettling. The faucet in the "kitchen area" was also broken but everything else was okay. Overall, it was good but it's not that great.

Very clean and comfortable. The staff is so friendly and the food and drinks were delicious. Definitely staying here again!

The sink in our kit Bette had no water. It did not work so I guess that’s why we had coffee pods on the counter for our use but no coffee pot. We should have been told there was a water issue in the room you gave us. You have sent me 2 surveys to fill out but never a copy of my bill. You haven’t processed my payment and released the deposit back to me yet either. It’s been 48 hrs. Can you do that please

It was convenient. Loved the large rooms

I was honestly disappointed this time around. I have stayed at this hotel previously (during Memorial Day week 2023). Upon settling into our hotel, I was informed that cribs were available for $20 additional per night. Last year, we were provided a crib with no additional charge. Being that we needed at least one crib, possibly two cribs, we opted to purchase from Target for what would be a cheaper rate than renting through the hotel. Also on our first night, while pulling the plates out from the kitchen set, my husband noticed that all of the plates had yet to be washed - we were given dirty dishes. I called the front desk and a replacement was sent. The stovetop burners in the two-bedroom suite with kitchenette had many issues with them and one was replaced the next morning. Since we have small children (two children 2 years and under), they crawl and their feet, legs, and hands were BLACK from the carpet. It was quite disgusting to see so wiping them down and showering them frequently was necessary. Also, there was no hairdryer in the bathroom.

Bartender clearly did not like his job and complained consistently. Came off like it was an inconvenience for him to serve. What a joke.

I have stayed at this property several times and always enjoy my trip but the hot tub is always closed. It may take my business elsewhere

Our booking was cancelled by hotel staff without further notice We have family’s with kids and got stranded .could not find any other booking cause of busy holiday Hotel manager hiding in his office didn’t want to come out to solve the issue .hotel staff rude and lack of communication and professionalism .

Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean with lots room to move around.

We went for a softball tournament and it was super busy so it was a little noisy, nothing too crazy. Check in was smooth and the staff was helpful. Our key cards were not working so we had to switch them out. Called for extra towels our first night there but we never got them. I figured it was because of how busy the hotel was. I called again in the morning and they were brought quickly to our room. The room was a lot more spacious than what I expected to that was a nice surprise. Check out was at noon which was great as we got to sleep in. Over all it was a great experience and would definitely stay again.

I like the quiet and safe place

I was in town as my mother was in the hospital and the family had been called to say our good byes, given we were o my sleeping in the room and not spending any time in the hotel it is what it was, we were disappointed with our stay and the cleanliness of the room as well.

Smelly hallways and smelly rooms. Terrible service ( pictures of the cleaned room sheets attached). There is $10/night parking fee which was not made clear prior to booking. No breakfast. If you want an old smelly hotel for expensive price look no further. Oh did I tell you the coffee machine was broken and the front desk staff was not warm and welcoming? The worst IGH hotel I have seen so far. Repainted staying here and will never return back.

Smelly & stinky! The hotel has really gone down hill over the last 5 years. I’ve stayed there several times and won’t be going back.

Easy access, clean rooms

Jacuzzi was out of service and the rooms had a smell that was unbearable.. not what was expected from the pictures or description when booked.. the shower handles were a pain to use with children and the switches in the bathroom was broken.. only 1 key worked…truly disappointed

This hotel has got to be one of the best hotels someone could pick to call home for a night or weekend, rooms are so comfortable and clean, this place has a image of being brand new they keep up the appearance of this place well and the beds are so freaking comfortable they also feel brand new
