The hotel is massive. Our room was about a mile from the casino. The room was very dated, but clean and quiet.

The wing of the hotel looked like it hadn’t been remodeled in 40 years. It’s disgusting and shameful that MGM thinks it to offer rooms in this 1980s condition. They need to invest money into refurbishing this property. The entire casino and main floor looked dingy and beat up

Minibar not stocked, awoke to construction early morning without any notice, you have to request room service but we were not told that. Room service was great and those working the taxi line.

We were awakend at 4:15 AM. By construction crews right above our room. Pounding and hammering, scraping, etc.
We called the front desk and were told they could do nothing about it. That morning we were given a new room, same size but no view. Very disappointed!

First off the tv didn’t work. Got that fixed then found out the bath tub wouldn’t drain. They did come to get it to drain some. $50 if you touch anything in the refrigerator. Plus a service fee if you use the refrigerator. Bathroom walls were marked up on the wallpaper. The room was clean but not worth almost $500 a night. They believe they are a top rated hotel but far from it.

My Stay late last month for 2 days was disappointing. the Room was nice and was in good shape when we arrived but we tagged the room for service on our first day and received no cleaning of the room, towels or linens. Very poor and I don't think I'll be returning next time we visit.

Room had a water leak that damaged by felt hat and soaked all our clothes in the closet. MGM gave us 100$ flaring credit. Her costs $500 and we had to buy 1 set of clothes each.
Also the buffet was very over priced. Fake eggs, limited options, expensive…

My room was 500 steps from the elevator to my room. Hardly slept at all because the curtain would not close to block the green lights coming in through the window. Could not make it dark enough in my room to sleep.

Over priced. Crazy refrigerator inventory system charges you if you remove items from refrigerator to put your outside purchased bottled water in frig instead. Doesn't credit you when you put the items back. Never seen anything like it.

Everything went well and I had no issues or any trouble with anything in the MGM casino even the restraints I ate in. Everyone was very friendly and always helpfull. $7.00dollar for bottle water would be the only thing I thought was totally assanine. One gallon of gasoline in California is only $5.00 a gallon that would make my bottle of water worth $28.00 a gallon.

The bathtub was slow to drain and the hot water was not always hot. The temperature only goes to 65 which was too warm and could not go lower and no fan. They did try to fix the water but not really.

My husband and I came for our honeymoon and we enjoyed the stay, very convenient from airport and was on the strip. We love the bathroom size, bed amd the entire room was a great size, we didnt get a view of the strip wich we were hoping for but still enjoyed our room

Room nothing to write home about. Dusty phone. Asked cocktail waitress where the elevator was, she didn’t know. Attending f1 race but staff was clueless as to how to get to my seating. Sent me in all directions via cab, Uber, underground costing me much unnecessary expense. Nightmare experience. NEVER again!

The room was dirty, leftover trash from previous stays. People constantly knocking on the door throughout the morning. (Mini bar, housekeeping, etc.) other than that it wasn’t horrible, decent place to pay your head down after a long night of drinking and walking.

Enjoyed the overall stay, however compare to other resorts this is not my favorite given it is almost at the end of the strip. It's also little bit older. But in overall stay was good but bit pricy for that weekend I was there.
The digital keys was amazing and very useful. But the auto room assign I got blocked any view cuz there was a building.

I really enjoyed my stay for the most part. There was so much to do, I didn’t get to experience even a half. The staff were very friendly and helpful. My only concern was the room. My room had an amazing view, however, the bathroom was not that clean. Then there was some sort of stain on the bottom of the bathtub that wasn’t pleasant to look at. Other than that everything else was perfect. The location of the resort was close to everything I already had planned.

I was very disappointed with this hotel from the beginning. When we checked in we were given a room number for a "strip view" room; however, when we received the text 5 hours later that our rooms were ready, we did not get the room we originally checked in under. Then once we got to the rooms, the water went out, the rooms smelled like marijuana, no hot water and the water pressure was low in the shower. To be the infamous MGM I was truly not pleased. Will not stay there again.

Hotel is dated and dirty. Beds were horrible and when you move they squeak. Bathroom base boards were fifty. Bathroom fan cannot be turned off and runs constantly. Water is Luke warm at best, never hot. Moved the chair by the window and there were chips under the chair… Rooms are connected so if you have one hotel room booking you can hear everything in the connected room. You get no sleep.
Hotel check in staff were nice but Manager overseeing them was arrogant, rude, and had no customer service skills. They only care about big gamblers. This is the worst hotel I have ever stayed in.

Check in was a nightmare with the room we booked being unavailable and no compensation given at the time. We eventually checked out 2 days early because there was a daily issue with housekeeping either not showing up or poor service.

This hotel is outdated. The bed was very hard and uncomfortable. My back hurt so bad after waking up in the morning. Mold smell in room. There were 2 bath towels in the bathroom. No extra towels. Definitely not worth $480 per night. I am very disappointed and will not be staying here ever again. Not worth it.

Upon arrival our tv in our room didn’t work. We moved to a lower level with a horrible view that had a fan drying the floor the entire first night. We asked for glasses that we didn’t receive for a full day. The room has no refrigerator nor microwave. We had to throw away so much food because we couldn’t refrigerate it nor heat it up. At check out we were charged $44 for two smart waters that are about $2.50 at most. We had the worst time there for my husbands birthday. Totally overpriced and the hotel is dated. I’ve been to Vegas more than 8 times and I will never stay at the MGM again not recommend to anybody. We had a total of 8 people staying here and they all hated this hotel and wish we would’ve chose another hotel with hospitality, ensuring consumers are getting all for their money, and update this old hotel.
