Room had black tape around the shower head wrapped with a towel and a ceiling bubble as if it was a balloon of insects or water. Discovered it at 2AM and called the front desk. He offered to move me at 2:10 AM (+ -) I refused to walk around a dark hotel I search of a new room. Didn’t sleep well. Crevices under the door, killed a spider and barricaded the door to a shared room that was not discussed when given my key. No I did not like my room and the $10 credit that was given back to me for such mishaps. I will never stay at Red Roof Inn again.

The inn is old but good for a night. The floors were dirty and the paint needed to be touched up. The bed was comfortable.

So dirty! Nasty and unsafe. Smelled like weed in the office. Not worth the $160 we paid for the night! There was a used needle in the elevator!!

The staff was friendly and very helpful, The beds was very comfortable But They Have Roaches. We booked for 2 nights, only stayed one. My son was up all night looking out for Roaches. Never Ever Again

I’m a solo travel man and it’s ok for me but when I say the staff will catch you off Guard it’s the worst when you’re trying to pay for your room. They take cash which is a great thing but making a reservation from a 3rd party is the best. No deposit which is good with a reservation from a third party site. But when you do come here make sure your not beside anyone with kids for the most party I’m only here overnights. During the day I don’t allow no one in my room because house keeping can be rude and most don’t speak English.

The front desk was friendly. The room was clean, although cigarette burns in comforter in non smiking room.
The parking lot was sketchy, hooker hotel. The stairwells smelled of weed.
Now, for the price .... i felt safe in the room and it was comfortable.

Each room has a refrigerator and microwave, big king beds and very comfortable at an affordable rate. The property is well kept, the desk staff are always pleasant and its dog friendly for my Golden Retriever.

Unfortunately there was a noxious odor in the room near the door or refrigerator on the left. The air conditioning did not work well but was adequate. The area was otherwise clean and well kept.

Low budget hotel tub was rusted and leaking water the whole time… overall tho the front desk(i think the owner) was nice and when i asked could i be downstairs he gave it to me with no hesitation

The rooms had microwaves and refrigerators! Nice wood furniture and pictures on the wall. Also it's next door to a shopping mall and Hooters and Waffle House was next door. Great location and quality rooms for the price!

The room was clean, but the outward appearance of the hotel was not very appealing. I guess as a way of minimizing cost, my room was not cleaned, nor was trash removed during my stay.

Quite Loud with nearby businesses until very late. Checkin very slow, supposedly a new system. Room was ok, but a few areas definitely need paining, repair. Virtually no insulation with adjoining room, normal conversation is distracting.

This was a non smoking room but it sure smelled like someone had been smoking in it. The bed was hard and I could not sleep well. On the plus side, The staff was friendly and helpfull.

The toilet had urine all over it. There were rust stains on the shower floor. An open outlet in the bathroom was pushed into the wall. So dangerous! The walls are paper thin. We could hear every word our neighbors uttered.

The front desk was awesome.My room had a couple of small spiders I killed on Saturday, and on Sunday their was a small net on the sink as well as one flying.The water pressure in the sink is very slow.
