We had an excellent stay. This hotel is centrally located for all our needs. The breakfast is good could use more variety of cereals that kids would like. Orherwise really nice hotel with lots of amenities at a good price. We have stayed there many times now. Nice hot tub. Rooms are very clean and comfortable.

The hair dryer in the room was not working, so I called the front desk and was told to bring it to the front desk! I called the front desk and was told to bring it to the front desk, and when I did, they told me to come back tomorrow morning! I was angrily told that I had to leave. The facilities and breakfast are very nice, but the front desk staff made me very uncomfortable. I think it is a shame for a hotel to be made to feel bad by just one front desk staff member when the rest of the staff is wonderful and helpful.

The room was clean, but quite dark. The refrigerator made a ticking sound all night and froze my food stash. :(. I slept with earplugs. Good storage and and a comfortable bed. The bathroom had sufficient space. The breakfast was not great. Good selection of yogurts and some fresh fruit. The eggs were salty reconstituted crud. Good location to get around Silicon Valley. Many restaurants in the immediate area. The staff was professional and helpful.

Modest hotel. It was clean but it was dated. The ceilings were also quite low. Breakfast consisted of eggs, sausage and hashbrowns plus pancakes.

This hotel is well dated but well maintained and it's run great! The staff is fabulous and it's clean and comfortable and in a great safe location close to everything.

Fire alarm went off at 3am for no reason. Was paired in a room that was connected so constant noice from neighbors hard to sleep and relax

Rooms are clean beds are comfortable and modern. The only thing is if the the people above you have kids or don’t walk lightly, you hear every step.

Nice clean rooms. Pool and hot tub were a nice bonus. Not many amenities outside of fridge and microwave. Breakfast was a little meh ... Staff was friendly and helpful.

It was great. Only problem I had was coming in late each night I had a hard time finding parking. Lots of work trucks/trailers taking 3-6 spaces. Had to park behind the storage trailer-bit sketchy for a single woman at night.

Friendly staff and comfortable room - recommended!

Alright, so there were 2 issues we had with our stay, but the morning front desk staff (Lina) was so friendly & accommodating that I’d like to list the positives of our stay first: helpful staff, nice room, fantastic standing shower with body soap & hair wash already provided, iron & ironing board, delicious breakfast buffet, great outdoor area around pool. The 2 issues we had: the parking lot by 11pm was so full we had to park on a weird curb, which isn’t that big of a deal but we had to drive around a lot to find a spot. The biggest issue is that the night time staff ACTUALLY gave someone a key to our room??? And that person tried to open our door at night!! I woke up in a panic hearing someone at our door but luckily I had the foresight to use the security latch before we had gone to bed so the person couldn’t get in, but I told them to leave because this was our room and they said the front desk just now booked them for this room so after they left I called front desk to inform them of their mistake. This hasn’t ever happened to me before. I already have anxiety so that didn’t help at all.

It was a nice hotel. I enjoyed my stay. There is your quiet and I would stay again.

This was our first time in Sunnyvale, the Maple Tree was fantastic! Our room was clean with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We will definitely stay again.

This hotel was in excellent condition. People were friendly. Breakfast was always crowded and food good. Wish they had some items for people with sensitivities. I ate dry Cheerios. Yet that did not stop us from enjoying our trip. They had ADA rooms.They had plenty of places to eat near by. Parking lot was a great size with parking spots near the door. I will be telling people about this gem.

The morning breakfast buffet was better than most places we have stayed. The staff was kind and courteous throughout our stay.

Came in at around my 9:30am from Los Angeles..had called weeks in advance asking if there was a possibility to check in early? Maybe they said..I waited from 11:00am-3:00pm!!! You’re telling me 1 room “1”?!?!?!?! Was available a little early? While waiting I seen them check in at least 10 guest. Really!???? No! Bed was soooo bad my back hurts also didn’t get wink of sleep!!! Never again!

First room we were put in had a broken toilet, broken iron, and the AC was leaking all offer the carpet. We asked for a new room and the new room had a broken fridge and flickering lights that wouldn’t stay on. Definitely won’t be coming back.

Free, good breakfast with reasonable room rates using Expedia discounts. Clean, quiet room given to me earlier on request at 1 pm instead of the usual 3 pm. Great staff!

The refrigerator in 329 was noisy. I was unable to unplug it. Should install one that does not vibrate or make any noise.
