The only good thing I can say about this property is that it is close to the Aberdeen Skytrain link to the Airport and Waterfront. It looks good from the outside but the inside is dated. Shuttle service to the Airport is hourly only. Restaurant/bar service is perfunctory and the whole surrounding area is very China centric- I thought I was in Hong Kong. All of this is no reason to not like the hotel although I think it is unfairly priced at a premium. My real concern is that the hotel insists on putting a charge on your credit card for the entire cost of the stay PLUS $50 a night and then charges your card with the expected cost upon checking out which is all well and good. The expectation is that the 'hold' on your funds will be released within a few days. This did not happen and it has taken nearly three weeks through discussions with my bank and no help from Radisson Vancouver to get my funds released. My advice, ensure they do not double charge or that they only 'hold' the $50 a night for incidentals.

It was a comfortable 1-night lay-over stay. We are seniors. Room was good size. The bathroom a little disappointing - smaller than we would like, tiles older type but look fairly new and clean. Most disappointing was the shower, not good spread of spray and very very old type. Wished it were hand-held shower, much more convenient too. Service was very good.

Business trip

Everything was good, but the toilet paper shreds when wet.

The bed super comfy. And the shower was good. Our room was weird on the 12th floor. The only courteous employees were the bell hop and the shuttle driver for airport. Fyi this hotel is in the middle of China town.

We had to wait quite a while for our room. Even after the stated checkin time. Otherwise, everyone was friendly and professional.

The location was absolutely perfect. I wished I was able to stay a few more days. It was surrounded by shops and restaurants and also close to the airport. I will definitely stay here the next time I’m in town.

Beautifully maintained hotel. A convenient place to stay as it is a 2 minute walk to the Skytrain and surrounded by shopping centres. Only complaint is the pillows were quite floppy and flat, but the room and bed were amazing.

It was just one night between airport and cruise port. It was just right.

Very convenient location.

Check in easy. Parking lot safe. Hotel and rooom clean. Beds good firmness, pillows ok. A/C quiet. Shower curtain smelled - they replaced it promptly. Towels thin.

Not a 4 Star property, rooms are at best 2 star quality, dirty, outdated and poorly maintained, I requested a room change but the other rooms were just as bad, stale odour, I had to keep window opened to air out the room, it made a small difference. Staff were friendly and helpful. However won’t be staying here again.

Nice hotel if you don’t mind being directly under the flight path from the airport

The rooms are very outdated and has a very old/used feel. Definitely beat up. There were sticky stains on the wall in the bathroom and room, the couch was stained w all sorts of black marks. The fitted sheets for the queen mattress barely fit the mattress to its corners. The trash cans were dirty before we threw anything in them (outter was dirty too). The bathroom had blacks stains and dirty grout. Other than the nice man who checked us in, for $320/night we wished we stayed somewhere else. Felt just old and dirty.

Convenient and clean hotel with a nice restaurant close to the airport & a 30 minute drive into downtown Vancouver

Comfortable room,but no direct elevator to my floor,and was too close to the airport. Very loud. Expensive bar and dining room.

Great location with it being fairly close to the airport. The shuttle service was excellent.

Staff was great. Spacious room but slightly damp smell in the bathroom. Train station right across the street and lots of restaurants nearby.

It was a comfortable hotel with excellent location, and room cleaning was of good standard. The only thing that puzzled me was that two hotel staff (one housekeeping staff & one maintenance technician entered my room without notifying me in advance !! No explanation from the hotel afterwards !!

Handy location out of city with free airport shuttle and close train station. Will stay again.
