The room was very clean and it was quiet while we were there. They offered a nice breakfast!

This hotel had an excellent rating on Expedia and the pictures looked like it was clean and had a nice gym. It was completely misleading and didn’t look anything like the pictures. Our room was never cleaned, towels not replaced, or garbage taken out during our stay. Surrounding doors into the building we’re left propped open even after I informed the manager. Felt pretty unsafe. Never going back.

I have phpotpos to back up my statement. 1.phone did not work 2 no hot water, took a shower at 5pm, water cold, wife took a show at 8pm still luke warm. 3 shower head loaded with calsum, water sprayed all over the walls and shower curtain.4. put out used towel in hallway, they picked them up but never gave us new ones. 5. floor was buckled in room, wavey action. bed was OK. This is the third hindu India owened we have stayed at, never again. Expedia charged my CCard within 12 hrs. It was to use CC for holding room within 12 hrs after booking. Never again will choose CHOICEhotel

I understand that it was beyond anything you or your staff could have done but when we arrived the power was out for about 4 hours. We weren’t offered any accommodations for the inconvenience. We had food that needed to be fridgerated and it went bad. When we stayed for the second time we wanted to hit the road early so we got to breakfast at 6:15am and the food was not prepared. We then came back at 6:30am and it still wasn’t ready. So we were told it was a free breakfast at 6am so we had to leave and spend $30 on getting us breakfast. Also didn’t like that the back doors didn’t work with our key cards and the door was propped open with a rock. Very unsafe. Everything else was pretty good.

Good place to stay

The property is very 'tired' and in need of a refresh.

My well furnished Accessible Room was a considerable distance from the entrance and the breakfast room. However there was a rear entrance with parking just outside the old awkward door which I used to unload/load my car. Breakfast was a bit above average compared to similar hotels. Hotel was quiet and in a central location not far from the Historical Airforce Museum. Facility lacks automatic entrance doors, but has nice baggage carts.

Good place , clean and quit

Clean room. I say check in. Plenty of towels. However, thin walls: the guy on the second floor woke me up with his snoring; at 6am there was someone who pulled into the parking lot with music blaring very loudly for quite a while. My room was close to the hotel laundry facilities. Employees would go in there to talk over the sound of the dryers. There were some electrical outlet covers missing. I don’t know about the breakfast since I didn’t eat there.

It was a nice hotel. Clean smelled good. I would stay again.

Staff was great. And breakfast was as well. And compared to other hotels in area it was cleaner and more budget friendly.

Could’ve been cleaner, but wasn’t smelly. The noise level was high and I didn’t get a lot of sleep the last night.

We liked that there was a park nearby with playground, but a couple let their dog run free all over the place without their supervision, so we were concerned for our son's safety. The bathroom was nice and breakfast was good. Bad: smelled really bad outside our room, but thankfully that did not extend inside the room. Some men were loudly talking and sometimes yelling just outside our 1st floor room around midnight for at least 30 min. And someone (We dubbed him "Mr. Stompy") was stomping heavily back and forth in the room above us (not a child), opening drawers and doors and closing them, dropping things, etc. constantly from 11pm till past 12:30 am, and then started up again at 6am. It was really difficult sleeping with all that racket. But the beds were comfortable. The fridge was also not very clean, so that was a bit gross.

Terrible place

Our room was not so clean. The ice compartment in the refrigator was froze full of ice! Couldnt put anything in the cooler!! The door windows had prints all over them, hasnt been cleaned in a while! The door to the breakfast room was nasty! The coffee was always COLD!!

Good stay

All of the staff i interacted with were friendly. Room was clean and cute. Water was definitely hot and with good water pressure. The free breakfast was good. Conveniently located close to 675 and I70. Good halfway point between dayton and columbus

It was an amazing stay

It was a good average room. It was not fancy. By any means the age of the property does show The front door did fall off we’re going into the lobby

The front desk clerk was really nice. The linens and room were clean, however, the hotel is dated and in need of some renovations. Had a decent complimentary breakfast, a few options and enough for all guests. Our purpose was just to sleep and get going and this was great for that purpose. Reasonably priced and driving distance to the airforce museum.

It was run by a family and they were not willing to hire outside help, all was done in-house which didn't set a good impression on me because they an underage girl from my perspective was doing most of their menial work. I super hated the fact that I had to request for housekeeping. I haven't been to many hotels that does that and plus their place does not look well-kept or maintenance, just bare minimum maintenance and up keep. Overall, in my opinion, they don't have the business savvy nor awareness to compete and to be like other hotels with their technology I was supposed to stay there for 31 days but I ended up leaving after 8 days.

Was clean good breakfast

Fine if you plan on spending very little time at the hotel. The room was clean and the beds very comfy but The doors at the entry to the hotel were dirty, no elevator and the stairs you take were pretty gross.
