This property is right near the square which is central and filled with dining options.

Our only objection was the annoying Wifi connection, which required a complete login every 30 minutes or so. The room was smaller, but mainly because the “double“ bed turned out to be quite large (and very comfortable). You cannot beat the location - just steps from Heroes Square and reasonably priced.

This hotel is wonderful so close to the Grand Palais really nice

The welcome was warm and friendly and very helpful with regard to parking. (Parking took a bit longer, but not the fault of the hotel, Arras was very busy with the Christmas Market). The rooms were clean and comfortable and the shower was hot and powerful (just as needed after a long day). We enjoyed our stay, and the hotel was so convenient for the Christmas Market and the centre.

One small cold bottle of water each was offered as compensation for hotel-wide broken a/c Also, room 305 had constant running cistern all the time. Thankful we were only there one night

The hotel is in a very central location in the beautiful city - however the whole central area is pedestrianised and the nice lady from Google maps could not find it. We asked loads of people and eventually found the hotel on foot. The bedroom is very small but perfectly adequate and clean, as is the bathroom. Breakfast in the small restaurant was excellent although it was very busy.

Good continental breakfast and drinks. Very friendly and helpful staff. Cheap prices for rooms and breakfast. Exellent location in a very nice town with lots of good bars, shops and restaurants.

We stayed at this hotel for our last night of our vacation. Arras is a pleasant town, and the hotel is actually very conveniently located. The rooms are beyond small, the decor is very, very basic, and the amenities in the room are essentially non-existent (no kettle, no safe). The service was fine and the hotel is definitely clean, but the rooms were not a pleasant place to be, and definitely not what we would consider comfortable. If the pricing was 50-65% of what we paid, then we’d understand, but we had just come from an Ibis Styles hotel in another town, where we’d paid almost exactly the same and stayed in a hotel that was not even on the same planet. Ultimately a disappointing end to our holiday.

The hotel was as to be expected with its price level. But when checking in we were told the airco wasn’t working. One of the worst nights of sleep ever due to the temperature in the room. Bad experience.

Great location, really good reception staff so helpful.. I will say the parking near the hotel was difficult to find and we ended up parking 10 minutes away on foot. Not a problem as the weekend parking is free so did not have to move the car. So close to the main square 2 mins walk. We did not have breakfast but what we saw it was very good and lots of it. Will definately use this hotel again.

This hotel is in an excellent location between the two big squares. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. It has a cosy feel, helpful staff, comfortable bed, good wifi, and elevator. Walking distance to the train station, grocery store, tourism office and more. All of this, when considering the price, makes this a highly recommended hotel.

Twin room was VERY small, but clean. Lots of noise from outside. Breakfast was very good! Difficult to drive to, despite GPS. Staff very nice!

Surely this isn’t part of the Ibis Chain? Rooms are from the 80’s, the Dinner Menu had all items unavailable bar one which I think I saw the staff just microwaving and putting on a plate, at checkout I had the rudest girl chuck the receipt at me. Apologies I can’t speak French.. but if it makes you that angry perhaps don’t work in hospitality in a town frequented by English speaking people!

This property is 1 block from the main square, 1/2 a block from a church (where I inadvertantly crashed a wedding) and quick walking distance from the train station. By the way, do not trust the prices you see online for the trains as many are bogus.

While the staff were great, the pictures of the rooms did not match the real thing. The room was so small there was no room anywhere but on the bathroom floor, or the bed to place your suitcases. You barely had enough room to walk around the bed on all three sides. The bed itself was uncomfortable, due to the fact that the “foamy’s” they’ve put on the mattress were two singles, so kept splitting in the middle of the night. The tub was really, really tiny, and very, very high to get into. My mother would never have been able to get in or out without assistance. The staff were amazingly helpful, even put my medicine that needed to be kept cold in the downstairs fridge (thank you). The best part of this hotel was the staff and their amazing breakfasts, worth every penny! For the price, the room just didn’t cut it. But where this hotel is situated is perfect!

The hotel is very central - no more than a 2 minute walk to either Place des Heros or Grand Place d'Arras. Friendly staff, very good breakfast, and possibly the most comfortable bed & pillow we've ever had in a hotel. No parking at the hotel, but we found 'on-street' parking a 5 minute walk away. Would definitely stay here again if/when we return to Arras. Good value for money.

Nicely located, easy to find, cosy. The receptionist is very friendly and provides useful tips. Lots of restaurants and bakeries in the viccinity. Arras is a beautigul city, a must see!

Our one night stay was great. We received a great welcome from a very helpful desk attendant. He even arranged transport for us to Vimy Ridge.

Good hotel in great location...small rooms but fine...breakfeast was ok..plenty other options to Grand Place and Place of the Heros Squares..both adjacent to hotel. Park under the Grand Place.
