This was definitely a great stay for the price. The pool is great, big with a slide and zero entry section. There is also an adults only pool if you don't have kiddos. The staff was all really friendly and helpful. Beach is a short walk (15-20 min) or trolley ride away and was also beautiful. The restaurants were also good. Overall, a great value for the price. Would definitely stay here again.

BEAUTIFUL HOTEL WITH GREAT SERVICE

The hotel needs to hire more maids so that each one has more time to clean. The rooms aren't to the level of cleanliness I expect in a hotel that is this expensive. My mom had a giant yellow stain on her comforter, which is disgusting. I blame the hotel more than the maids because they're not given proper time. The carpets in the rooms need to go that's so disgusting to have in a hotel room. There's no way they're properly sanitized after each guest. The pillows are so uncomfortable and useless. Also, my room's TV wasn't working, which is something that should be checked out before guests are checked in. And it still wasn't working properly even after the maintenance guy came to fix it. The rooms need some serious renovation, if we're being honest. The tipping is getting out of control in the hotel as well. I was charged a 5 dollar delivery fee and like a 18 or 20 percent tip on room service. Mind you, they're just bringing up the food a few floors up. The spa charges a 22 percent tip, which is crazy. The umbrellas are 20 bucks when they should be free for guests. Again, this is an expensive hotel.

Great room for the price and the pool is amazing

We had a great time staying at the Naples Grand resort! From the time we arrived the valet unloaded our things and had it all waiting for us to be taken to our room even though we weren't valeting. The person at the front desk was super friendly and helpful. Our room was very nice though there are a few small details that can use updating but the oversized tub and balcony certainly makes up for it! The pool oasis and tiki bar were amazing with the pool closing late enough to enjoy it all day and night! Unlike a lot of other hotels that close the pool at dusk. I mean if you're on vacation and paying for the amenities you should get your money's worth right. We stopped at the bar/ restaurant on our way back in from the pool and ended up chatting with a few of the other guests and ordering food and the food and service was excellent! The second day we were all about the pool, and food and drinks at the pool bar, that night we hit the nightlife about 10 minutes away to do dinner, drinks, and dancing! On the third day we hit the beach which was great , the trolley ride through the groves was nice and the resort provides beach chairs and towels, beach umbrellas are only $10 for the day. There's a little beach restaurant for food and drinks. But a little pricey. But hey you only live once! Naples Grand did not disappoint, we will definitely be back soon!
