Room was huge, clean, and comfortable. Area was great, lots of fun restaurants within an easy drive.

Motel is the process of an update. Our room was nicely remodeled. Bed was hard though. There is plane noise at night that woke me up. Halls and other areas in need of an update hopefully they are next. Was locked out of hotel and room before 11am even though I filled out their check out form and said we would be leaving at 11am. Had to go back to the front desk to get the key updated in the middle of loading our car to go. Very inconvenient. Front staff said oh yea the keys stopping work shortly after 10:30 if you’re checking out that day. Not good at all for people who have a late start for the day. Over all was a good room and vaule for what we paid.

They couldn’t give me a refund, which I myself had a medical emergency and I needed back for gas money.

Hotel needs renovations! The room was fine as long as you don’t step into the dirty hall way. Parking lot is a joke.

Front desk staffs and cleaning crew were very friendly, polite and helpful! Great location. A lot of guests really enjoyed the indoor pool and hot tub. The restaurant was also good... and accommodating. We arrived at 945pm an still served us even when they close at 10pm. There is construction in the exteriors of the property but construction crew manage to minimize the disturbance to guests. Good place for a great price.

Very friendly and attentive staff. Accommodated my requests at check-in and called our room to make sure we were happy. Nice touch!

Great place stay. Easy access off the interstate. Friendly check-in personnel. Room was very clean. Hotel resturant was nice. Nice pool area. Would stay here again.

It was nice and clean. Comfortable beds.

It feels like I got catfished with this hotel booking. The reviews can't possibly be as good as they claim. There's no parking available for my truck and trailer, the AC is ridiculously loud, and while they mentioned the rooms were renovated, my room still had the old tub. It seems like they just replaced the carpet but left some of the bathroom items untouched.

We had no idea on booking that this hotel was currently under major construction. We arrived at 9pm after over 15 hours on the road (my husband on a motorcycle) and were only looking forward to a hot shower and some decent sleep. It was difficult to turn into the parking lot as it was mostly blocked with cones, very poorly lit, and no clear signage offering directions to the entry. Once we got to our room, it was decently clean (a few stray hairs were missed on cleaning), but unfortunately there was absolutely NO hot water for bathing/showering. This was especially unfortunate since it was in the mid-30's and we woke to an unexpected snow storm the next morning, and no other rooms to move to. Usually, even 3rd party sites make you aware when properties are under construction.

We were traveling through so just stayed the night. Hotel was very comfortable just had a ton of construction so parking was a little difficult (not their fault) ate at the restaurant service was great!

Construction work outside on the building was blocking parking lot routes and created noise. Rooms are nice but the common areas and corridors could use an update.

Surprisingly decent, comfortable beds, hotel smelled of chemicals with the indoor pool and construction. Served it's purpose and staff was very pleasant.

Outdated. Filthy carpets. Bathrooms needs a lot of updating. Staff was nice and friendly. However, the keys given to us at check-in were made for only one night even though we have a two night stay booked. On site restaurant, food was great just took longer than expected. We were on the second floor, third floor people seemed like a horde of elephants until 2 o’clock in the morning. Half of the hotel is in the middle of construction. Because of the popularity of the restaurant, parking can be scarce

Despite outdoor remodeling going on, our stay was good. The hotel is clean with some recent indoor remodeling and comfortable.

Property is going thru renovations outside. Have to park around construction. Multiple times I have been locked out of entry points. Front Desk had to re-code the key. This has happened several times. Could be a software glitch. Just be aware.

Was an overnight stay while passing through. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff was super friendly at check in. They made sure I had everything I needed. I wish I would have had more time in the area.

It was a good location, only problem was the ice maker was broken.

The room was clean. The staff was nice. The air-conditioning unit sounded like a 747 in the room with us. The property is dated and could use water accessible to fill water bottles for all the active hikers and eco warriors who carry their own. I didn't use the pool, the hot tub, or the athletic room but they all appeared to be clean and functioning. Coffee was available for guest but I never saw breakfast there. The bathrooms were clean and functional. The room was kind of small for two queen beds.

Room was clean and comfortable with mini-fridge and microwave. Beds were comfortable, pillows a little too flat. Shampoo and conditioner weren't provided like they are in some hotels. Pool was pleasant, not overly chlorinated which sometimes can burn your eyes in an indoor pool area. Hotel was close to restaurants and activities. Right off the highway and easily accessible. Nearby train tracks could not be heard from inside our room despite our balcony facing them. Attached restaurant has pretty decent food but incredibly slow service and they add that extra FMW to the tab at 12%, which is not the tip, its a surcharge added to the bill. We arrived at 1:20 and couldn't head to our planned activity due to rain so we asked about checking in early. Regular check in was at 3:00, They'd let us check in at 2:00 for free but at 1:20, it was an extra $25. I could have found something to do for 40 minutes and saved the money but after driving up from Phx in the rain, I just wanted to get settled in. The room had already been cleaned and was available.

Overall a great stay, close to Grand Canyon, down town. Only complaint was that a section of their parking lot was under construction so parking was limited.

My husband and I were up visiting our son who goes to NAU. This hotel was not right by the campus which we liked because we didn’t have to deal with the traffic associated with the university. We really liked the location. The staff were very friendly, helpful and accommodating. The rooms were recently renovated and were very clean, comfortable and nicely appointed. The hotel is still planning on updating the lobby Nd other common areas including the exterior. We will definitely stay again and look forward to seeing all the new changes.

Hotel was nice but check in was supposed to be at 3:00, we got there at 1:30 and the front desk told us to come back in an hour, we went back at 2:45 just to be told it would be another hour before our room was ready! A little frustrating after a long drive!

Our stay was wonderful. Excellent facilities.
