The property was nice, and the service was good; however, there was a teenage sports event going on in Gettysburg, and the hotel was overrun by noisy teens and their noisy parents/coaches. Breakfast was adequate. The pool was nice.

I don't usually like writing bad reviews of hotel properties, but because of the amount that I spent on this stay I feel I need to. The man who checked us in (and "delt" with us almost everytime...) was rude & unbothered. He also loved using the excuse of " that we went through a third party for our reservation" whenever we ran into an issue. The bathroom was very dirty. There were dead bugs all over the floor. Tub floor was obviously unwashed & the wall paper was bulging & peeling in places. The towels also had stains on them. The room itself seemed like it had not been dusted in sometime, & there was an odd build up of dirt piles behind some of furniture. I honestly hope that they did some type of cleaning beforehand. When we brought this up with the front desk they did send housekeeping up to clean the bathroom floor & tub, & replenish the linens. That was nice but it shouldn't have been necessary if the room had been cleaned the first time. If you plan on staying here, do not count on a everyday cleaning. They do not provide it. I'm also not sure why everyone was touting the breakfast... It was average at best.

This hotel is within walking distance to historic Gettysburg. It is little dated (if that's your concern) but I found it clean, safe & quiet. Breakfast cottage located separately from the rooms on the property, really great, clean with a good variety & pleasant dining area. They also have a tavern which I did not visit. My only complaint was the refrigerator was not cold enough.

The location to the Gettysburg Memorial park is great from this hotel. The room was very clean, beds were comfortable even though there was a slight musty smell in the room. Breakfast provided every day was available. The choices are mediocre but at least there is something provided. I didn't have a chance to use the pool because it was too cool to get in and when the weather warmed up, it was filled with children. The gym available is small and unimpressive, you have to get a key from the front desk which made it a little inconvenient to use spontaneously. Overall, it is in a great location.

I was double charged for my room. Once through Travelocity and once at the hotel. When I called the hotel's line I was told that I should contact Travelocity for the refund. They were okay with having double charged me

Okay, nothing special. Small staircase outside to second floor was diifficult with large suitcase. An old facility.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay. The motel is within walking distance of town and the cemetary. Its located across from the heritage center. Breakfast was good. Our room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. Staff was lovely.

The location of the Inn was very convenient for all our tours and local attractions. The room was old, dark, toilet did not work properly, the A/C was located in the window, blowing onto our beds. A/C shut off and on all the time, during the night around 3am it shut off. I was informed by the Receptionist that there is a sensor that they use to do this. I cannot use another Quality Inn for future travel.

Gettysburg was so relaxed, great place too hike, the food in town was amazing and the hotel was so quiet and the pool was clean and well kept.

Best thing going for hotel is its location. On site breakfast and bar nice amenities, Bathrooms need to be updated. Toilet seats are really low for adults. Location of bathroom tissue dispenser very awkward to reach. Temperature hard to moderate in room - noisy air conditioning.

This is our go to place when we stay in Gettysburg. The staff there are very friendly and you can see the effort put into maintaining the property. My kids love the pool and many of the restaurants in the area are kid friendly. Being at the edge of the battlefield and only a mile to the town center is another reason why we like this hotel.

I love the convenience and the location that was right in town near everything we needed to get to. I did not like that the air conditioning only works when the room is occupied. It was in the 90s and when we would return to the room it would be 78 and humid in the room and then it would take an hour to cool the room down. You come from the hot humid outdoors and expect a nice comfortable room to return to and instead you get a hot, humid room.

I had requested a pet room,even called they told me it’s reserved but when we got there it was not it got fixed but he had too see if they had anymore!Our pet room was on the 2nd floor and had carpet!I have no complaints about our room besides the carpet!

Great older hotel. Nothing fancy but lots of history. Loved the breakfast shack and underground bar.

Canceled my reservation and notified me of a problem with payment the morning of my arrival. They canceled my reservation while i was enroute to the location, a 5hr drive. Not even a 24hr notice. So beware when booking, they might just decide to cancel. It was worked out but still caused stress.

Our stay at the Quality Inn was beautiful! The staff was friendly and curious. Amenities were excellent as well. The location was perfect. The area was safe and clean.

They offered free breakfast which was always decent, and the motel is attached to the Reliance Mine Saloon which was unique, cozy, and fun for the adults.

Accommodation was tidy, spacious, and comfortable. Check-in and check-out were efficient. The outdoor swimming pool was pleasant and clean. The breakfast room was well maintained and overseen by pleasant attendants with a wide variety of food choices.

We stayed somewhat off season, so it was pretty quiet and empty when we stayed. It was very clean and well-kept. The staff was all very friendly and helpful. It is very close to the battlefield. We would definitely stay here again.
