Stayed here for many many years. I'm always working long hours when in Detroit, so this inexpensive stay works out just fine. It's nothing flashy, and don't get confused and expect a 5 star hotel, but it will be just fine for a cheap nights stay if you're working long hours.

We were in town to visit with family so it meant early out and late in. I didn't notice too much noise but did get weed smell on night 1 of our 3 night stay. Other than that we were able to shower with hot water, the toilet flushed well, the air conditioning worked and wasn't too noisy. After all of our stays in the area, this was the most pleasant and affordable. I am grateful.

A lot of weekly stays, stay here. Not that quiet of a place. Not that clean either. Didn't have a room on 1st level to accommodate my stay. Would of been horrible if I was in a wheelchair.

The property is well kept up very clean outside the property I will give it four stars there is no poop from other pets and it is pet friendly .

Homeless and drug users living here. My car was vandalized in parking lot. Rooms get turned over but not cleaned. Every surface e is either sticky or greasy. It’s so bad the Farmington police cruise the parking lot multiple times a day to catch people drinking in public.

Our floor stayed moist/wet all night. Not sure where the water was coming from but we had to wear our gym shoes everytime we needed to get out the bed. Told front desk they did nothing about it. In the morning while walking to the bathroom I slipped and fell and hurt my neck from the jerk down hen I fell. Front desk act like they knew nothing about this issue but I’m sure this isn’t the 1st time this has happened. HORRIBLE experience at this location

Good for what it was, but not the Hilton or for that fact Holiday Inn. Bed was clean and super comfy, extended channels on the TV were nice, lots of outlets and lighting. Staff was nice as well.
The floors in the room werent properly rinsed, or just had too much vleaning product mixed in the mopping solution, so they were a weird mix of sticky and slick. The back cover for the remote was missing, behind the bathroom door wasnt cleaned leaving hair and a mystery stain on the back of the door, and the light above the sink didnt always turn on easily.
For a budget motel, i would say it gets like a 4 star. Overall, against all lodging options, it gets a 3, though.

Power went out in the room 3 times and we had to go down to the office to have them restore it. All because of poor electrical. Staff and room were great though. No problems. Ice machine only had some ice to nothing at all.

The employee working the night shift was rude. After I expressed to him room 140 shower was obnoxiously shaking and the room smelt like cigarettes he wanted to keep going back and forth about how I could not switch rooms. Then he put emphasis on not having a king bed when all I wanted to do was take a shower. Thank you to the morning ladies for hearing my concerns and addressing the issue with their employee.

Pet friendly? Are you serious? I had two kittens that I needed to board with me this weekend. Wilma told me I could only have one. Which infuriated me, she then said I could have them both if they were in a cage the whole time. When I said "forget it" I won't bring them. She asked me three times are you sure your not going to bring them? I told her no! I am a 55 year old woman and what I say I mean. You had better check yourself and how you talk to anyone. I have always complimented you and how dare you talk to me like that. I will not be back and neither will my family.

Dirty shower with hairs on the wall, bedspread worn and dirty. Half an hour before checkout time staff knocked on the door and when I said i was fine and would check out soon HE ASKED IF HE COULD STRIP THE BED. I was shocked but he insisted. As he stripped my bed in front of me he ASKED FOR A TIP!!! I ended up leaving right away as i diddnt even had a bed to sit on. Horrible place. Will never come back!
