We came to Chicago to celebrate my daughter’s 20th birthday on a tight budget. The hotel was basic, clean and it was extremely affordable in a very assessable area. No fridge or microwave in the room, however they gladly provided both when we called and requested them. Customer Service was AWESOME, staff were friendly and helpful. The rooftop lounge area was nice! Able to check in early which was very helpful. A walk to Chicago Riverwalk was about 10 minutes. We had tons of restaurants, Jewel, CVS and Walgreens nearby, so if we needed personal things we could easily get them. Would definitely stay here again for the price and would recommend to others! Location was good. Hotel is old which explains $150 rate for night in center of city knew it was to cheap. Not good internet

We had a nice stay at BW River North. The concierge was friendly and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable. The coffee maker came in handy with no breakfast available. Being able to park on the grounds was convenient and the Magnificent Mile was an easy walk. We ordered room service one evening which was great. The kids loved the pool and we enjoyed the rooftop patio. The internet was a bit sketchy but everything else was great.

Stayed in a suite on the fifth floor and elevator was broken, can’t believe that there was only one elevator in that area. Extremely unsatisfactory considering how much it cost

Noisy air conditioner and ducts, no wifi connection, slow draining tub, dingy rooms.

Bad smell, very old, very tiny, not enough elevator, iced machine was not working.

Hotel location is great. Ice machines did not work, and wifi was horrible. TV always cut in and out. But the rooms were clean

on expedia it said had frig and micro. I didnt notice they werent in the room when we got in the room because we went to eat right away, but when I brought food back I noticed no frig or micro. No one answered phone when I called about and had to leave for an event. Got back late so complained about it at desk the next morning. They said they were available upon request. This fact was not stated anywhere. So if you stay here know that you have to ask for the frig and micro for your room that comes with frig and micro.

The main reason I booked this hotel was for the pool, and it was out of order the entire time we stayed there.

I asked for fresh sheets and comforter since we entered the room and the sets were dirty initially. We left the room to give them time to make changes to the comforter said and sheets however, they just remade the bed with the same sheets and comforter set. We left early due to this issue and was not compensated for this stay and reimbursed at least for one night due to the fact of leaving because of sheets and comforters

First time at this hotel. Our drive was easy from 2 hours away. Check in was quick but busy and a full lobby. Our room was nice and comfortable beds. I didn’t understand the paying for parking since I was just told to park if we were checking in. I did go online and paid the 50.00 hours later after talking to front desk. You can park there for 24 hours and we left there on foot to explore the Windy City. The person in the parking lot was helpful and very nice. I’ll be staying there again.

Ine thing i noticed it was not like the pictures. If you wsnt a nice one pay for one. I went cheap and got judt that. The workers are the only reason im giving it a 3 star. No fridge norhing.

$too much to pay for parking, since when we pay parking in hotels and why. No continental breakfast, only coffee n juice. Trash on 1st floor, elevators not working.

Noisey and toilet clogged. Highway robbery at these prices.

Worst experience ever

the staff is rude but the property is good

Rooftop area and pool was closed at the time of our stay. One of the reasons we booked was the rooftop and because it was close to the Barrel Run tour. However, the staff was polite and gave us suggestions to other hotels with open rooftop.

Front desk/ check in was beyond professional and welcoming . Cant say enough good things about that

It’s a roach motel it smells bad and the ac unit didn’t work

Expedia overbooked double bed and we had to split to two rooms. The window has no sound proof. We could not sleep at all.

Absolutely great experiece pool, the only thing was that they advertise breakfast as if its included ,its not include however they do have a puzza place inside hotel that provides breakfast which is separate othereise the stay was great location was fantastic with great night life around the corner on Ohio st. Pool would definitely return their again

Amazing beautiful place, bato paati

This was a terrible experience for me. I checked in at 11:00pm. They changed me the full price. No discounts.There was no free breakfast, only lemonade and coffee. Jason was good at finding me a parking spot, but it was for a restricted area. That my car would have been changed for a parking fee. But Jason told me to park there. So when I didn't receive my free breakfast. I became very upset. But through the help of Wallace, he let me know that I could dine in at the hotel. But, Because of Mr. Wallace great customer care. I stayed for 4 days That was in the hotel. ( very expensive). I didn't want to pay $10.00 for Three pancakes. I spent almost $600.00. for 4 days. I will never stay here. And I didn't know to pay $45.00 a day for parking. Oh well. Very bad experience. And because of the excessive stress.I was only going to stay for 1 day. They charged me $ 100.00 for my deposit. I will be calling the CEO tomorrow.l

This was by far one of our worst experiences. For starters the parking situation at this place is awful. Majority of their amenities are out of order like their pool and elevators and to top that all off we found a cockaroach in our room.

It was my twin and I 33rd birthday weekend and so we booked a room here for the night for the roof top view to take pictures and to go swimming, well unfortunately both were under maintenance. Wish we would have known that, i would have chose another hotel.
