Weird smell

Had bed bugs air conditioning was not working have bed bugs bites all over me

The individual room was fine and clean. Good bed. Good hot shower. Outside the room was dirty.

Mouse in our room. Peeling paint. Bugs on the floor. Used soap in bathroom. Floors so dirty that we couldnt take our socks off and could not put any bags on floor. Awful!!!!!

Noisy roaches outdated ceiling falling down toilet stopped up for two days it should only be 20$ a night to stay at some of these hotels health department needs to visit some of these hotels there horrible and unsafe

Do not book a room at this horror inn . The pictures you see online are very carefully choreographed, the rooms look terrible, some stink of cigarette smoke, most of the second floor is directly above a seedy “sports bar”, with loud speakers blasting right under your bed, I had to call the “part timed desk” and asked to be moved to a different room which was better noise wise but smelled bad, I had no choice but to sleep fully dressed cause the sheets didn’t look clean at all .

The property is rundown. Needs maintenance.

I did not have the best experience here. When I arrived at 2:55p to check in for 4p, the room was not ready and I was told to come back In half hour. I explained to them that I had a conference and was on a tight schedule. Finally after waiting, the room was ready. It is not in the best area and management seemed unsure about what was going on at times, I kindly got The room key and left it in the room after seeing that it was not in the best area. I was told That I would get a refund on one night, even though I did not stay any of the nights there (please check cameras). Management told the Expedia staff that I stayed there. I will not be booking there in the future.

No one at the reception when we arrived. Had to wait a good 10-15 minutes to have service. Is sold as breakfast included but breakfast was in the lobby and limited to bagels and cereals. Bathtub was not draining and bottom was dark/gray. Took our showers with flip flops.

I didn't like anything except they gave me a handicapped room. The.property.was old and not well maintained. I didn't even stay the night...instead I drove home and got.there at 2am. There was a dive of a bar.on the property. If I had known Expedia listed properties like this I never would have joined. .What.a waste of money and time. Instead of checking to see how I was they started feeding me stuff to do in Boston. I'm from Boston. I was there for 1 reason and it wasn't to sightsee.

The room itself was acceptable with its cleanliness, but other than that was terrible. Would never go back to that place even if you paid me. How could it have 8 out of 10 stars?!

Never again! We stayed in room 104 and in order to get into our room, we literally had to kick it open. We did not want to break the door so we had the reception desk do it for us and even he had a lot of trouble opening it. The AC Was hardly working. The blankets had cigarette burns on them. There was no hot water to shower and the water kept on building up around our ankles and would not syphon down the drain. They are connected to a restaurant/nightclub which played music all night long. The curtains hardly closed the windows so we had continuous light coming in all night long. The Breakfast in the morning was extremely lacking. We left at 9 o’clock in the morning and there was only one muffin left and not even a handful of small days old croissant. All in all We paid way too much, and even if it was given to us for free, we would never stay there again.

We pulled up to the "inn" and i very quickly realized that the photos online were misleading. By misleading, i mean stolen from a completely different hotel website. Not only is this a motel, it is FILTHY. There were people everywhere from the bar next door. The smell of mold, cigarettes and I'm pretty sure crack was overwhelming. Waffle House bathroom floors are cleaner. We tried to make the best of a bad situation and went to our room... where we found people and all their belongings. We asked for a refund and decided to sleep in our car. Sleeping in our car was not only the safer option, but the cleaner alternative as well. Save yourself a trip to the doctor for a hepatitis check and stay somewhere else...stay ANY where else.

Room door did open had to push the door like hulk to open it. Room had a terrible smell sink and bathtub was clogged up with toilet paper.

When we checked in, everything was fine the gentleman was kind and former of all the rules and what to look forward for you, however when when walking to the room, it had a dirty smell through the hallway. Carpets was dinky at night. There were a lot of people outside drinking and making noise. The bar was underneath the hotel. You can hear the music from there. I Felt unsafe. The next day I went to check out the office was closed until 8 o’clock. I had to call and let them know that I was checking out because I was not feeling comfortable in that environment.

PLEASE I’m begging you do not listen to any of those 10/10 reviews. They are straight up lies. I can tell you for a certainty, this place is the definition of sketchy. It is absolutely filthy, and it reeks of cigarettes. It’s also directly next to/shares a parking lot with a sports bar. Definitely felt pretty uneasy with all the people hanging in the parking lot just smoking and staring. As soon as me and my husband checked into our “smoke free” room, we were shocked at how strong the smell of smoke was even in there. This was the kind of room where when you walk in, you don’t want to touch a single thing or even sit on the bed. It all looks/smells unclean. The kicker was, when my husband looked at the bed sheets, it was covered in black hairs. Those sheets had NOT been cleaned. We lasted about 5 minutes in that place before we packed everything in our car and fled the scene. I don’t usually write reviews, and I’m not trying to come after anyone, but just wanted to be honest about what happened. Hopefully this can help someone decide whether they wanna stay here.

This place is horrid! We were placed in a room right above a bar, music vibrating whole room. There was food in the fridge, dirty microwave, hair in sink, tub and toilet. Guy at the desk already knew how Expedia would handle complaint, meaning they’ve done this before. Room was not as described or pictured on Expedia. We received a $35 refund for this, after posting $128 for the night. The room is not worth $20/night. Will never use Expedia again.

I would not stay there agian

The hallways smelled like an ashtray. When we got in to our room we found the bathroom with no tissues or toilet paper, and the lotion that was in there was used. The pillows weren't standard size they were small square decorative pillows. We weren't expecting luxury for $100, but better than this.

Bathroom fan was very loud, and the light very dull. But overall a surprisingly pleasant stay for an affordable rate.

Was here in beginning of week, which was a great stay, as was this one. Best part is the friendly greeting from check in as it launches the atmosphere for the stay. Room location perfect and location perfect for the regional sites I visited for work. Adjacent restaurant also a friendly environment, so I look forward to more stays here Thank you

it was close to where we had to go easy access to highway our room was near the bar which we were told after booking they have live music weekends
