This was filthy and I left after 3 min.

When we arrived they told us that the tv was out which wasn’t a big deal. As we got to our room the floors were covered in sand the bed didn’t have the right frames so when we finally laid down the beds fell breaking one of the box spring when it got dark we realized that all the light didn’t work just to find out that all the wire to the light were cut when we went to the office to get a room change they moved us to the next one just to have the toilet not work and the microwave to no have a tray so it would cook our food and there was still sand on the floor

Pictures attached to this hotel are not of this La Quinta! Very deceiving. First thing, light didn't work. TV had to be connected manually each use. Phone didn't work. No knob on inside of bathroom door. If it closed you couldn't open it to get out. Carpet was stained and dirty. Tub seam very moldy. Breakfast included?? No food except 1 container that looked like cheerios cereal. Some bread but a dirty toaster. No butter or jams. Nothing hot like the pictures show. Waffle maker was very gross. Can only imagine what the batter container must be like. 3 yogurts and some wayery milk. 1 carafe of coffee but NO sugar or cream.
I will however have to say the staff was friendly.

I was quite disappointed. I chose my stay at this La Quinta because of their reputable chain. However this particular La Quinta was unacceptable. It was run down and not clean. It smelled bad. We had no blankets. The beds did not have sheets. It was bed protector covers. No blankets. Our TV did not work. So we called front desk and they did send somebody to fix but he couldn’t fix it. So he told us to just let front desk know about it.
We went down for breakfast and to our disappointment there was no breakfast. There was some milk I’m guessing for coffee but it was expired.
Needless to say I will never stay there again and will have second thoughts on staying at another LaQuinta.

The room wasn’t cleaned at all and would cost me $40 to clean. The TV would not work. They kept saying they would change it out but never did. I would never stay there again during a hurricane.

We checked in and went to our room and it smelled like straight up ass! The tv would not work, and I talked to a lady in the lobby and told me her tv hasn’t worked in three days! I immediately checked out and they said that I had to call Expedia to get my money back. I was on hold with Expedia until they hung up on me! Had to pay cash down the street! Thanks a lot hotel’s.com

The toilet was spraying water and phone in room didn’t work to call the front desk. Called front desk from my phone and they got us moved quickly to a new room. Beds do not have blankets, only sheets and super thin top cover. Very clean rooms

During my booking it’s says pet friendly upon pre checkin I noticed there would be a 250 dollar fee for breaking a no pets allowed policy. Request to cancel booking gave me several error messages before giving up I even went into the hotel hopping for clarification on the discrepancy

Absolutely the worst place we've ever stayed. Extremely dirty room. Zero housekeeping service. We had to ask for towels and wash cloths every day we stayed. The housekeeping never even came into our room. The phone in the room didn't work. They advertised a Continental breakfast, but there was almost nothing at all put out. There was nothing Continental about it. We reserved 6 nights but after 3 we couldn't stand it any longer. We were promised a refund for the other 3 nights but they never followed through with that either. (Big surprise) When I complained to the front desk about the housekeeping, the staff were rude and condescending, stating that the manager would be in from 10am-5pm and I could take it up with them. DO NOT STAY HERE! IT IS TERRIBLE!

Horrible night and I paid for it. The minute you turn light off and you turn back on you can see cockroaches coming out from behind de bed and under furniture (I have photos and video of you need it) being at la Quinta in other cities never seen this before // the lady at front desk said that was common in the area and people bring them in. She also tried to acomódate us in another room but same thing when we went to see the other room it also had cockroaches / plus we picked one with pool and they said pool was messed up the previous day and they where treating it with chemicals
