This hotel claims to be oceanview, it is not. It claims to be on the beach, it is not. The bed was comfortable and the bedding was clean. The carpet was dirty and stained. The room smelled of Marijuana. The hallway smelled awful. The bathroom was clean but the tub had rust stains and the grout in the shower looked like it was never cleaned, it had pink mold on it. The pool was nice but did not feel like they had the heat on.

Good: service, breakfast, pool, & location. Short walk to the beach. They let you use beach chairs for free.
Not good: My room smelled like wet carpet & 1 day hot breakfast wasn’t available because of a broken stove. The place is old & shows it with little broken or rusted things, but not a big deal.

Excellent as always. We come to Jupiter a couple times a year for over 10 years now and always stay here. Location and commendations are the best. We love this place and we travel with our pup and she is welcome here too!

Hotel staff blaming Labor Day for insufficient accommodations like the day just popped up on the calendar. I asked multiple times for beach towels and was never given any. Hotel staff using the holiday as an excuse and they ran out. One staff member saying guests have them.. what about the other guests??I was also told breakfast ran till 10am, so I came down at 9:30am and they had already took everything away. Well I had a young kid that was hungry. Not one hotel staff wanted to help or apologize, just sat behind the front desk , crouched on a chair not caring about anything. To get out of the room you had to hurdle pass a flooded hallway each time. Pets on the pool deck, even though Fla statue states they are not allowed. Just a terrible experience overall. Probably won’t be back.

I stayed here for a few weeks and really enjoyed it. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the location is great. It’s close to the beach, several dining options, and shopping areas. I will definitely stay here again.

The property is a little outdated. The fitness center was not open during the times advertised. I went to the office twice to inform the entrance to the fitness center was locked but no action was taken.

We had an amazing time here other than the rainy weather but the hotel staff was so friendly and even loaned us an umbrella for our walks! The restaurants in the area were amazing as well and the beach is just a short walk away!! The beach was so beautiful!!

Building C at this hotel is terrible. I did not have hot water, and the AC unit was extremely loud. This unit should not have the same nightly fee as the other buildings. The property manager Debby acted like she was not aware of the issues with building C but the other staff members were fully aware

Easy access to the beach although the pool restroom was awful and filthy. That should be attended more frequently by staff. Only one ice machine was working. Other than that it was wonderful

They need to take out the carpet in the rooms. Our room had a bunch of stains all over the carpet and we were uncomfortable walking around in there barefoot. And the pool area was dirty in the morning, full of dirty towels and broken pool toys.

Everything are old here. They need to replace all the carpets. Smells bad. AC work good but a little noisy. Free breakfast is OK, but better than nothing. This is not a beach front property. Short walk (1-2 blocks) to the beach. The beach is OK, but we actually drove to other better beach areas. Prices are a little too high (my opinion) for this old hotel but it is closed to the beach though. The only best thing that we like about this place was it is close within walking distance to the Loggerhead Marine Life Center.

The hotel is always great as we have stayed there at least 5 times this year. It is close to the beach and the pool was great. There are many restaurants in the area. The only complaint was the low quality of the breakfast since you remodeled and you need to keep a better eye on the towels at the pool as they were empty twice.

Even though this hotel does not have a restaurant, it is located in an area where there are tons of local options to eat from. The walk to the beach is quick and easy. They have filtered water station in pool and lobby area. It’s a great place to stay at and you can’t beat the price.

The facility was great, the staff were friendly, knowledgeable and made you fell as part of their family. It's a great place to relax and enjoy our leisure time. We will definitely be back soon! My entire family enjoyed the time.

The staff were very nice. The hotel could use some updating and our room had stains on the rug and needed more light in the rooms and bathroom. I had to buy my own shower mat because the shower was slippery. Breakfast was nice but I wish they had coffee available all day available.

I don’t leave reviews often, but I love this hotel so much that I had to. It is not a five star hotel but it surpasses expectation. The area is quiet if you’re looking for a relaxing getaway away from the hustle and bustle. You forget about reality and get lost in the beauty of the world around.

We have stayed at this hotel for many years. We usually come every three months and always try to get the Holiday Inn. We have been to the other hotels in the Jupiter area and they don't compare in service, nearness to the beach and the beautiful pool. The breakfast wasn't too good this time as the eggs were watery and there were no Cinamon buns and they didn't give us a free bottle of water as a welcome gift.
