Perfect

It was a little odd. The pool areal was dirty. When we got there, we had to change rooms because there were little black bugs in the bathtub. The bath tub wasn’t sealed right and there was black mold. The staff were decent, it’s just… dirty. The breakfast bar was neat cause they had a waffle maker. There was no meat or eggs though. Just bread products and cereal. I mean, really - just remember you always get what you pay for. If I had to stay there again - I might, but I wouldn’t bring my kid there again.

Easy check in very friendly and accommodating, breakfast is not good but for the value it is okay. Swimming pool was down for maintenance. No carts to load/unload.

The room was amazing size for the price. The hotel itself isnt so clean. Breakfast is a very small area nothing fancy.

Had noisy neighbors. Till three in the morning. Should have called the desk earlier. When we did the property immediately came to their door.

The room was nice. But the drain on sink didn't work correctly. No way to open drain once it was closed. It didn't stay up well so it was slowly draining. The phone didn't work at all. A few things were empty out missing. And no one came to clean the room during our 4 day stay... stay. I had to go to desk to ask for more towels and for personal items for the room.. Could have more of hot items for breakfast. And more toppings for the waffles other than just syrup.

It’s a convenient location near the downtown Dells area but it’s in rough condition and smells of musty smoke.

Room was very musty smelling, dead bugs on floor, sand on bathroom floor. The carpet was full of stains. Most uncomfortable bed ive ever slept in. Ac system very loud, would run for a few minutes and shut off then come right back on

The staff was very nice and despite being a 3 man crew just a family one man doing " everything "with the help of two elderly couple is what keeps this place open they do what they can with thw very limited tools to maintain the premises room was beautiful but right above the dining room wich made the smell go through the ceiling and smell awfully so musty the receptionist/cook/maintenance/security and so on so forth was excellent A for him and the older couple trying to make it comfortable for the people,but had to check out a day before because I amd the fam could not bear that stench any longer.

Jacuzzi was not working properly.

Our room was clean and staff was friendly. However, the hotel room walls were so thin we could hear the conversation in the room next to ours. The hotel itself had much to be desired.

I don't think it was up to Wyndham's standards. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

I had to keep calling FD for Towels

Place was dirty. Had long black hair all over the floor and stained linens. When taking a shower be ready for a foot soak. This has been an issue for a while due to the water ring on the tub. And there was also mold in the bathroom that looks like they tried covering with paint. It was chipping off and revealed the damage. Thankfully it was just a place to rest our heads but will not be staying here again.

Didn't like that the pool was closed for repair. No iron in room. The door bolt didn't work. The sink was clogged. The towels were old. The bed was uncomfortable. Sheets were not clean.

Our stay was great, our beds were comfortable. Rhe only thing wish there was more options for breakfast.

The staff was friendly and professional. There was a bit of a musty smell throughout but I slept so well on the lively bed that I didnt mind.

I like that it’s close but not in the strip of the dells. The bathroom was dirty. The sheets were dirty. Towels were dirty.

The pool had shrimp in the bottom of the pool, the pool area was not clean mud like on the floors, hallways stunk, and the room was not cleaned; air filters in the room exchange had more then enuf dust to make a person sick!! I took viedo if you would like to see it, the back entrance to the hotel had cigarettes over flowing from the ashtray!

I have stayed at this Days Inn multiple times over the past 5 or 6 years when staying in the Dells for a night or two and this stay will be my last stay. Here are just a few reasons why. -The room and hallways had a very musty smell to it. -The check in area has no AC and the thermostat was well above 80 degrees which was very off putting right off the bat. -No hand soap by the sink in the bathroom to wash hands. -One of the bathroom towels had a large orange stain on it. -The room had one roll of toilet paper with no backup roll and was already half gone. So basicaly I started off with a half a roll of TP when I checked in. -No ice bucket in the room. -One of the lights in the room did not work -Being on the first floor was very noisy early in the morning as there is no elevator at this place. You can hear people stomping around upstairs. -The place was way understaffed there was one guy working behind the counter who was about 20 years old at most and was seemingly the only employee there for 24 hours. -The pool looked dirty and the hot tub was completely out of order for use. The pool area looked very dark and dreary like it hasn't been kept up at all. -The advertisments for restaurant delivery services nearby in the room are completely out dated. *There are other places for the same price that also have good locations near downtown Dells. This place they are not putting even a minimal amount of effort into. Not expecting a five star place but this is not even 2 stars*
