We stay at this property a couple times a year and love it. They have the best complimentary breakfast, comfortable beds, clean rooms, direct beach access, and a relaxing atmosphere. They have recently made some improvements to the property. We will keep coming back.

Good location, comfortable beds, friendly & helpful staff, great breakfast

I love this stay! We chose the ocean view side, and the mornings were beautiful sitting on the big, open balcony. The room was clean, and the beds are comfortable. The breakfast buffet will get you full! Well worth the money.

Very friendly staff and amazing views from our second floor balcony. We had a comfortable suite with 2 queen and a sleeper sofa. Breakfast was good and had wonderful views with the large windows in the Breakfast room.

Our room (handicap) just smelled very mildewy, but the other’s didn’t.

Great place to stay. Right on the beach. Our room was Oceanside so the sunrises were AMAZING.

Decent price for the location. Room was nice (although there was a used washcloth in the bathroom that the cleaning staff missed). Free watermelon was offered by the pool for the Labor Day weekend.

Best quality for the price. Always stay here. Never been disappointed. Great breakfast!

Everyone was friendly, the rooms were comfortable and clean! The man and woman that does the breakfast was the best part of our stay! Both of them were so kind and did the most amazing job feeding everyone breakfast! Thank you all!

Great location. Thought I booked a room with view….my bad but nice pool, clean room and short walk around the building. Breakfast was good too. Fun, quick trip

Had a great stay

The hotel room is dated and it unfortunate the fire pit was used as a cigarette pit. The breakfast was above average. Great that it was close to the beach and it had two pools. As a bonus it has bicycle rentals which we quite enjoyed. Exterior surroundings was manicured and clean.

The stay and hotel was great even though the weather wasn't the best rained most of our stay

This was our family’s first time in the area and we absolutely loved it! We’re looking forward to making this a regular vacation spot!

Stove top does not work good. And lights are not good

Our go to place whenever we visit Jekyll - which is at-least three times a year . It is retro and older hotel but well maintained . The two pools along with hot tub area is spacious . There is a grill area as well ! Great breakfast and dining area with view .

On the ocean.

This is a very nice hotel, great location, beach is basically in the back yard, which was amazing. I was disappointed that the website reports queen beds, but they are full size beds, which are not comfortable for 2 adults. Other than that, excellent!! 2 pools, hot tub, fire pit, volleyball net, badminton net, bicycle rentals, it has everything!! I Recommend you give them a stay, I will be returning.

The room was really nice and comfortable. Short walk to the beach and beach village which has some great places to eat and shop.

I see the same people working there year after year. They are kind. The breakfast team really knows how to hustle!

The staff were really nice and they kept the lobby very clean and presentable. They kept the pool area clean and the trash cans emptied. The only thing we didn't much care for were the bugs/mosquitos/gnats areound the pool area, wish they could have had something to control it in the area. Great mini vacation and will go again. Would recommend this place.

The bed was comfortable, the staff was very friendly however the furniture was outdated. This was a family getaway. I'm disabled and couldn't get down to the beach because the beach access was Treacherous for me… I had prepaid two room,scheduled to stay 7 day, which was NON-REFUNDABLE. We left two days early because I was trapped most if the time in my room. I ask all the right questions when booking the two rooms, can I get ocean view/front. I ask multiple times and was told multiple times I would have a great view, I paid a higher fee for ocean view, however you can't see the ocean from the rooms because of sand dunes, I couldn't get to the ocean because there was no access for disabled persons. $240.+ a night adds up especially when you're paying that times two. I would be remiss in not saying however that the hotel itself did NOT mislead me it was a booking service. However when you try to book a room and check the internet its almost impossible to get the direct information for a hotel as the booking company ate the first thousand listings.

Although property is older it was very clean and very nice. Suite was very large and held 6 people with no problem. Everyone from the front desk to the breakfast set up staff to the cleaning crew were very friendly and helpful. The 2 pools were a big hit with our entire family. Jekyll Island is such a nice little community and place to visit. The beach however is not the best for waves and was very silty and mucky.

The Days Inn Jekyll has become our “home away from home” hotel on Jekyll Island. We stay here 2-3 times a year. When we arrive and walk into our suite, everything feels “familiar”. When we arrive, it feels like a reunion of friends with the staff and we look forward to seeing everyone. You can’t beat the views of the ocean from the second floor suites and the amenities are just right. Pools, hot tub spa, breakfast service, and a great fire pit. Everything is always in great shape and so clean. The completed updates to the interiors and exteriors of the hotel are fabulous and updates are continuing throughout the rooms. We appreciate to continued work to improve this classic and historical Jekyll Island hotel.
