The room felt gross and I woke up with a cockroach in my bed

Excellent customer service rooms were comfortable, but outdated mostly in the bathroom and short ceilings. Also didn’t realize the doors open to the outside Still felt very safe since only hotel guests had access to the courtyard.

Started out being given key cards that didn’t work. Took them back and was given a new set along with a new room. The elevator smelled of urine. Got into the room—it was a suite. The outer room was dated and unappealing. The chair by the door had a stain on it. The room with the beds had patched together wallpaper—it was a wallpaper Frankenstein. The ceiling above one of the photos had been scraped clean of its popcorn texture. The fire alarm was non-functional and hanging. The beds and pillows (strange “half” pillows) were actually comfortable as was the A/C. The blackout curtains were worthless as all around the edges light came blaring through. The furniture and “decor” was early American “yuck.” We were not given shampoo and conditioner, but instead, we were given two containers of conditioner. Upon leaving in the morning there was a pile of trash next to the trash receptacle—for some reason whoever left it couldn’t manage putting it where it belonged. In the ride down in the elevator it smelled decent—someone must of sprayed some kind of “urine be gone” scent. Overall not a good look Ramada.

Horrid experience. The check in folks were less than interested in their job. The hotel grounds and conditions were a mess. Trash, empty cases of beer tossed all over. Had to pay $60 deposit in order to get the remote for the air conditioning (should have stopped there)because people “break and steal them”. Got to the room, it was a mess from what looked like water damage / flooding and found 2 very large bed bugs on pillow…final straw. We went to front desk to withdrawal our reservation and inform them of the bugs…again, completely disinterested. Still charged for room, “damage” deposit still pending in my credit card and had to drive another hour to find suitable overnight stay. Horrid doesn’t even cover it . Do better Ramada.

Street was a little noisy. Couple in room 412 argued some on Friday night and more on Saturday morning.

The room was nice and big. But in the dining area it was very hot when we first got there. No one came to clean up once we did leave. The toilet literally had two different holes so it took a while to flush but overall the room was nice

Very close to freeway! Area is nice. However, lobby was extremely hot and elevator was hot. I felt like I was going to pass out. When we got to the room it was nice and cool. The shower nozzle came to neck and I am only 5ft 6in.

Everything was great. Everybody was courteous. Enjoyed my stay. The pool was nice. Jacuzzi was nicer.

Hotel is poorly maintained. Sink was clogged upon arrival, front desk did not send maintaince till 2nd request, claiming the first time no one answered the door even though we were waiting at the door for them. Toilet had low flush, needed to press flusher 3 times for all to go down. Pillows were the size of a couch cushion. Poor lighting in rooms. When asked for a new room property claimed they were fully booked despite the empty parking lot

They have a starbuck accross the street, thats a plus. The place is really outdated, it needs to be remodeled. They keep the lobby clean smelling like fabuloso. The rooms look clean, but old furniture. I did end up with bedbug bites on my body. I stayed in room 416. Try to avoid that room. Pool looks not so clean but it might be bacause its old.

This hotel is very old and smells like it as well. It seemed clean but just very old. Found a cockroach in the bathroom.

Sink water was coming out yellowish and it was going down the drain.

The room was definitely dated , had dead flies in the overhead lighting in the bathroom and living room. The air conditioning either was freezing or started blowing hot air one night. The microwave didn’t work, and headboard on the bed was broken. The water pressure in our second room was poor and the railing on the shower curtain was slanted which caused water to flood the bathroom. There was also no one cleaning the rooms due to an outdated Covid policy from 2020. The amenities like the gym weren’t accessible and the pool had murky water. Would not recommend staying here.

The hot tub was in need of cleaning.

The building is old, the elevator has no sensors, it will close on you. It needs a paint job… 1 star

The room was significantly dirty it had spider webs in every corner of the wall AC didn't work called room service and when they got it running it gave off a bad smell. No water pressure. Rude customer service.

This hotel needs a lot of maintenance. It’s understaffed and it looks like nobody cleans the outside of the rooms. On the second floor by elevator there’s two lamps side to side full of spiderwebs it almost looks hunted. It’s not even close to Halloween. I can’t believe this is managed by Wyndham.

Dirty noisy no restaurant available or bar water fountain with no water. Very poor maintenance

Stay at this place wasn't that bad, the only thing i can think of it needs a makeover and clean up outside.Rooms were confortable and clean .I will stay again if needed.

Some of the furniture was old and chipped. The sofa was worn and faded. The room was clean but the balcony, the corridors and elevators were very dirty.

The bed is great and it is a good location; that's why I stay. Guest are loud, kids running/stomping in the room above but more importantly, housekeeping is unacceptable. Shower drain wouldn't drain, when I checked, it was clogged with hair and there was hair on the floor in more than one area of the room.

Liked it alot will stay here again. Hotel could use a renovation but overall very comfortable

This was a horrible hotel that ever stayed I stayed for 3 days and I had to ask them to bring a clean sheets and clean towels because the bed sheets was dirty and the sofa was very dirty too, so I prefer to put some towels before we seating there but I had to call several times until they brought it 4 hours later I ask them to send someone to clean our room and no they no send nobody I called for ask why they didn’t clean are room any of those day and they told me that they can clean the room every 3 or four days I have to stop to the store and buy desinfecte so no I never want to came back to this hotel horrible horrible hotel.
