Pros: clean, spacious, quiet. Cons: limited towels, pool close at 8:00 pm, ac blowing directly on bed and you have to pay for extra blankets.

The Hotel is fine, but the restaurant that is attached doesn't seem to like people from the hotel coming in. Every single time we ate there (4 times) they were stressed out that we were there. they communicated that we need to hurry up and leave one night before we even ate. It was weird. We tipped properly and still were met with distain. At one point I received a sandwich with like 4 fries on the plate and I asked the waitress if that is really how many fries come on the side and her response was "the owner says we just throw them out so he doesn't give a lot" ummm what? I will say that the cost of French Fries should be included in the price of the menu item. So even if I eat NONE of the fries, I still paid for them. We traveled there and stayed there based on location, cleanliness, and price. This would have been a 5 star experience if the restaurant was more welcoming, especially because the food was actually really good!

The staff were very welcoming and informative. Unfortunately my first room assignment had an AC unit that was not working well. The next morning they were very kind enough to accommodate me andxswitch me to a new room.

I thought the bathroom could be cleaner.

This was exactly what you’d hope. Clean and comfortable. Staff was accommodating and helpful. Not too many frills but has what you need. All around good stay.

The only thing I didn't like was the smells on the highway other than that everything else was okay

Quiet & easy parking

This was my second stay at this hotel. It is convenient, right off the Bourne Bridge. The room was clean and comfortable. The staff were very helpful when I had a question about the air-conditioner. The restaurant on site is very good. I will be back.

Staff did not understand English my room wasn’t cleaned there were bugs and breakfast was awful hallways smelled like dead mouse the restaurant on site served us a drink with a bug inside cup wouldn’t stay there again

The hotel was very nice. Great location. Pool and restaurant on premises. Restaurant was a bit too loud for us but we sat outside on their open porch. Would stay there again.

Air conditioner only ran at high speed. Staff very accommodating and pleasant.

The room was really clean, mattress was very comfortable and the pillows were amazing. Considering the cost of hotels on the Cape, this hotel provides very good value!

Bathroom door isn’t closed completely. Push hard to close. I booked two rooms but we can’t get next to each others .

Scary staff

Breakfast was too limited and coffee was not like coffee looks and test. No fruits no eggs. Room was okay.

My husband and I traveled from FL to Cape Cod for a wedding anniversary and we’re very happy with this facility. The king size bed goes along with a king sized room and it is very comfortable. The hotel is quiet and they offer a continental style breakfast plus you can eat at the restaurant right on the premises. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Clean rooms, indoor pool, restaurant and lounge connected to hotel, all great amenities. The continental breakfast lounge was well stocked and a doorway to sit outside on second floor patio.

After a near crisis at the hotel across the street, we were lucky to spot the Quality Inn. Thankfully, they had ONE double bed room left!!! The front desk receptionist was so kind & helpful! This hotel is close to where our family lives in the area - so now we know it’s there, it will definitely be our “go to” when we are in town! Only real downer, the pool closes at 8. If you’re out all day & then come back to the hotel you don’t really get much of a chance to use it. We wished it was open later. Especially traveling with a 12 year old.

Easy to get to

There were plenty of ports for charging my electronics, and good lighting in room.

Noise carried between rooms excessive, seemed to come thru A/C system. Place clean and personnel friendly and welcoming.

I was worried because the hotel seemed not that clean in the halls bit my room was really clean and nice

They had very nice and helpful staff! My only disappointment was that my husband and I only got one bath towel each. If we wanted more there was a sign at the desk saying we would need to pay extra ($15 I believe) Also pool doesn’t open till 9 am wish it had been at least 8am

Checked in 2 hrs early after driving all night. Was told after they ran my cc that they charged me $75 for early check in. Air conditioning in the room did not work. Was told it has to work its brand new. It did not work. Staff did not care. Hotel was clean. But staff was awful. Pub and grill connected to the hotel was amazing, great food and staff there

The jacuzzi could use a thorough heavy power spray cleaning.

Clean, basic room, however as soon as we walked in it smelled of mildew. There is water damage on the baseboards next to the patio door. Walls are thin. Breakfast is basic with waffle, bread and bagels, yogurt. No eggs. Didn't get to use the pool.

Great value. Very clean. Convenient location. Wish I had time for a quick swim in the indoor pool!

The Hotels.com site and the Quality Inn website stated that there was a breakfast buffet but after I paid for my booking, Quality emailed me to say that 'supply issues' prevented them from having a buffet breakfast. I would not have chosen this hotel if I had known that they didn't offer breakfast.

VERY falsely advertised. No breakfast and indoor pool and hot tub were covered with a tarp. Not worth the money. ☹️
