Nice little hotel, had the beds split by the bathroom, which was great for privacy. Only part that was less than perfect was the shower had wonderful water pressure, but the drain strughled to keep up. Built up 0.5" of water during showers. The breakfast was amazing. Hot eggs, susage and potatoes along with the usual affair. Ham and Biscuits w/ gravy on sunday.

The hotel was very nice. Excellent breakfast with a wide variety available. Comfortable and clean rooms. It is economical compared to similar hotels in the area.
Two problems. New TVs, however, the remote from the next door room kept turning my tv on and off and changing the channels. We were definitely in a war to control our tvs.
On Sunday just as the sun went down a LARGE group of people started having a very loud party by the pool. No exaggeration, it sounded like 40+ people (with children) laughing yelling talking, kids running and screaming and blaring music. It went on to about 10:10 when it was finally shut down. I'm not sure what was going on but it was disturbing the whole end of the hotel.
Before and after that the hotel was fine.

This resort is very clean. I've watched the workers sweeping up leaves and cleaning from early in the morning until the late afternoon. The breakfast was good and, again, the staff was always wiping off tables and cleaning up around the food area.

This is a decent hotel. it’s beginning to show its age and could use some upgrades. Hopefully very soon.. The pool was very popular with the kids and fortunately they shut it down at 10 PM because the children were quite boisterous. Hot tub is not hot. Actually it’s more like barely warm .Breakfast is good. It shuts down at 9 AM during the week which I felt was a little early and the breakfast staff very prompt with closing the doors, however I appreciate there being oatmeal and cereal and hot food was actually really good with the exception of the eggs, but eggs are always dry at a hotel. room is comfortable. I appreciate the refillable shampoo, body wash, and lotions rather than the teeny tiny little bottles. the water pressure was excellent , even though I didn’t use it I did appreciate there being a coffee machine in the lobby and I really like having water container for refilling water bottles. Location is great for freeway entrances, close to shopping and water park.
It’s a good value for the price.

It was a nice place that was in a great spot, close to the highway, close to the concert venue i went to. the rooms were clean and well maintained. soft bed great for the 1 night i stayed.

Room was ok for a suite but the AC was very poor and didn’t even cool one of the two rooms. The elevator was kind of janky and the area around the elevator was dirty. Check out was 11am and they do not allow even a 30 minute later checkout.

Very happy I got firm pillows. So many hotels have pillows that collapse under use, but these were great.
The hotel is in the center of a lot of activity, so it is a bit noisy here. Staff are very friendly and hard working. I opted for the pool view room, so you're goingvto hear kids playing, which I like, but the ither side of the hotel is for quiter folks.

Lugged three kids in as a single mother to find dirty towels and dead cockroaches on the floor. Was going to let the towels slide until i found bugs. Most disgusting experience ive ever had in a hotel. For the price i was supposed to pay and what i walked into was ridiculous. Do better.

The lady working the breakfast area had bad attitude. Table dirty. Ran out of coffee 15 minutes before closing breakfast. I told her of coffee, she said I KNOW. Go get in lobby.

I paid for a suite with jetted tub 4 days in advance of stay for date night with my wife. They gave me key to an occuppied room so I walked in on someone sleeping a saw enough to feel traumtized. Ran out to the front desk and after staring at computer for 10 mins and calling the room, the clerk said they overbooked that suite and would have to put me in a regular room with no jetted tub, which was why I paid for the suite. He said contact hotels.com for my refund. I said I would be contacting Best Westerm Corp and he became defensive, saying I must contact Hotels.com for refund etc, but since this was not hotels.com's error.

the value of the hotel was too much..we moved to another hotel same price for 2 nights instead of one. This one even comes with a kitchen..i realized my mistake after purchasing without a refund. i was jumping the gun when it said "only one left"

i knew it had a pool, was sorta disaapointed in how small the pool was. if i want to exagerate i would say its the same size as my pool at home. i didnt bother going to swim...too many kids ...a little pool did seem too fun. but its a good size for kids.
