I had to make a quick reservation due to a funeral. Expedia showed the cost for this hotel to be approximately $50 less expensive than hotels that were only 5-10 minutes further south (Lutherville/Timonium). I was pleasantly surprised. I was offered a complimentary bottle of water upon check-in for which I was grateful as I often wake up during the night dying of thirst. It's not a fancy hotel, but the bed was comfortable, and the bathroom was clean - very important to me. They offered a breakfast which looked pretty "hotel" standard, but I can't comment on how good it was because I didn't eat anything. I did have a cup of decaf coffee which was very tasty. The staff was polite, respectful and professional. Upon check-out, I asked if it was possible to get another bottle of water. I would have gladly paid for it, but the girl behind the counter disappeared and quickly returned with another "complimentary" bottle of water. (WOW...two free bottles of water. I have stayed in classier, more expensive hotels that didn't even offer a "single" bottle of water perk - so that impressed me.) It's convenient to Towson/Lutherville/Timonium, and of course, Hunt Valley which has restaurants and a shopping center. And, Baltimore City is only 20 to 30 minutes south. I would not hesitate to stay there again. Oh, and Expedia made the whole flight, hotel, and car rental reservation (on such quick notice due to funeral circumstances) a much less harrowing experience.

Close to State Fair and restaurants. Easy check in.

Hotel was decent, included breakfast and has a 24/7 service which was nice, only problem we had was the head board was a little old and falling apart.

Great staff. Was very accommodating with a late arrival due to flight delays. Helped me get a refund for a missed night. Beds are very comfortable.

The guests were loud as well as the air conditioner- although I would rather have an air conditioner that works than none

Good basic hotel in a part of MD I wasn't familiar with. Nice view of hills. The check in clerk was kind and helpful. Internet in room was spotty---had to keep relogging in.

It was awful !!!! Noisy has heck in the hallway and from outside….we were on the street side air stopped working during the night and even when I turned it down to make the room cooler it didn’t work Bed was beyond uncomfortable!! For the first time I complained when I checked out and the manager said she would contact hotels.com I contacted them also to request a refund and told them (hotels.com) she (the manager) also said she would reach out…then I get an email from hotels.com saying they didn’t (HOLIDAY INN) refused to issue a refund!!!

From the moment I met Hussein, at check-in, I was sold on this hotel. I mentioned this was my first visit to Hint Valley as I was newly engaged and would be moving to the area after my marriage. He immediately shared valuable information about the area. Hotel was the cleanest hotel I have stayed in for the last year and I have been in quite a few due to traveling. I will be staying here during my many visits to Hunt Valley before actually moving into this beautiful area of Maryland

It is on the a bit noisy part of the area.

The parking is limited and the lot is small. There were people loitering in the underground garage, i felt unsafe. The hotel was clean and updated. There is a keurig in the room with pods, that is rare. Dove products provided in the shower. Good channels available on the smart tv. Great a/c unit. Room was smaller than others i've stayed in. Great breakfast. New mini fridge. Much cleaner room compared to the hotel in Charlotte i stayed in the previous 2 nights.

Hotel overall was good, room had a funky odor, stayed in this room 2 nights, could not take it. Moved rooms. Second room had less of the same funky odor. Stuck it out for 3 more night's. When it was time to go I was ready

Customer service was perfect but the place was very noisy

The Holiday Inn staff was welcoming and professional. The hotel was extremely clean and the air was refreshing. The room was clean and the TV had many channels. There were a lot of eateries within walking distance.

Everything was excellent expect the elevator wasn’t working one morning so had to use stairs from 6th floor. It was clean, quiet, breakfast was decent

The staff at this hotel is superior! We travel alot this hotel was not fancy but the staff treated the clients like they were in a 5 star hotel. We checked into a newer Holiday express and I would rather be at Hunt Valley!
