The Stuff was flexible. The Room was clean but I saw only a little bit sky and a small court, when I looked out of my window.

Close to main station and Augustplatz (15 min walk and good tram connection). Quiet area in approximity to city center.

Modern hotel within 15 minutes walk of the centre. The staff on reception were very helpful. The room was clean and comfortable the only downside were the very flimsy pillows which made it difficult to get comfortable Breakfast was good and i cannot comment on dinner as we ate out A big bonus was that they have their own car park beneath the hotel. I would stsy again

Very friendly staff. Nice clean room, and quiet. Very good breakfast. Easy access with a vehicule. 5 minutes walking to the center, perfect to see the neighbourhood. Good hotel, good ratio price and quality.

Our stay was a good one in general. Glasses smelt funny at the bar, but other than that all was ok. No atmosphere at all. Rooms were fine. No noise heard in the night. Bathroom was clean and the shower was good! Very hot and powerful. Didn’t have breakfast.

The staff are very friendly and helpful. This hotel is ideally located for the hospital, which is why I am in Leipzig.

I stayed for a conference. Has a sauna 4pm to 10pm.

The Dorint is a chain of hotels originally from East Germany. It is 'old school', formal, but geared for the bus crowds, either pensioneers or sports teams, etc. The room was very comfortable. There was no internet for four days (!) which in 2019 is a tad hard to justify, but they made an effort in the lobby. The biggest issue is that you will walk an extra unnecessary 12 minutes from the Gewandhaus/Opera/start of old town for truly no reason when you can stay at the Radisson or Motel One which would be my suggestion. Bfast was very good but expensive at 17 euros. Just eat next door at the bakery or across the street. (The hotel falls right in between two tram stops so it is almost not worth it...)

Very clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location as well. Enjoyed it very much and they have their own parking garage for convenience at a good price. Enjoy!

Stayed three nights. Located in the university district (except we think that maybe the whole town is so located). Room in the back: ergo, nice and quiet.

Reasonably close to sights and railroad

Stayed 1 night as a stop off from long road trip from Poland to Uk. Comfortable room, enjoyed using the fitness suite and reasonable walking distance to attractive city centre made a lovely break from the journey. Free parking on street a couple of hundred metres up road.

Overnight stay in Leipzig. Had to pay for parking. Staff was impatient but spoke English. No air conditioning in the room. Had to request a fan. Two single beds joined to be a king sized bed. Not comfortable for a couple.

Needed an overnight hotel close to the train station. This hotel is about a 15 minute walkn away. I enjoyed exploring the neighbourhood too!

Not really close to anything touristy. It was located a good twenty minute walk from the Hauptbahnhof at the centre of the old town. It was close to the university, however. Only two lights worked in the room. The bathroom light and the one on the desk. (Perhaps there was a trick that I was supposed to know in order to get them working.) The hotel served xtremely small drinks at the bar. And, the bartender seemed not to know how to make basic drinks. I asked for a martini. It was sickly sweet! The second drink, a negroni, the bartender had not heard of and made no attempt to look up or make. People in Goth drag seemed to congregate near the entrance. (Perhaps there was a Goth conference in town.) The room was very clean but the decor was somewhat dated. Noisy trucks directly below my window woke me up early. The breakfast was hearty and got me off to a good start. All this said, I had a great time in Leipzig.
