Was fine, every motel has a few things no one has reported for repair or whatever. There was nothing to hinder our stay, all in all our stay was comfortable, very quiet, and sufficient for our overnight stay. The breakfast was great also. Would stay again if have the opportunity. Thank You!

I requested a handicap accessible room but the elevator was broken and the room was on the 2nd floor and way in the back. I had to walk quite a distance and then carry my heavy bag up the stairs.

Everything is broken - doors, ice machines, key cards never worked on security doors. Breakfast disgusting

It is an older hotel but the rooms were clean and comfortable. It was quiet as far as traffic. You will hear steps and showers of room above if on lower level. The breakfast was good, eggs and sausage, waffles, bagels, toast, cereal, yogurt, muffins, apples. Desk staff friendly. Husband left a jacket in the room and they are mailing it to us. Great room for the price!

Staff was awesome and breakfast was great. Room was small and very tight for a family of 4 Room cleanliness was ok there was stains on curtains bathroom was a little dirty. Bed was old and made noises every time we or the kids moved. Our room had a staircase that people were going up and down which was noisy. Some of the door in the hotel had broken sensors. We stayed 1 night and it was fine dont think i would have stayed longer than that.

The person behind the front desk seemed bored & disinterested. The room was very clean & heat worked. Down bedspread was too hot. The breakfast had plenty of choices-even hot tea & chocolate. The configuration of the breakfast area lends itself to crowding. Met our needs well & would stay again. (Cleaning staff in the morning parked their carts in front of the stairwell both upstairs and downstairs.)

I was only staying one night so it wasn't that big of a deal but my room had many broken pieces of furniture an things, it was convenient though on the bottom floor facing parking lot.

Worst placed I stayed at on my trip. Very dirty

The rooms were dirty, the mattress had stains as the walls. The beds were old, small and very squeaky upon any movements. Wouldn't stay again. Conveniently to the freeway was only thing really liked.

Breakfast is really bad

The property is in a need to be totally renovated and it looked like some minor things were being done. For the price and since I stayed there for one night it was bearable.

I accidentally booked for the wrong night, I was able to get another room for the correct night at the last minute. The hotel people were very helpful and friendly.

This was a nice hotel for an overnight stay while on a road trip. The room was clean and comfortable. The hotel is located close to restaurants. The front desk associate was pleasant. The breakfast was served in a clean area with good choices (protein, cereal, toast, fruit). I would stay there again if I was in the area.

When parking near the lower rooms, the only way to bring your suitcase was down an old concrete staircase (6 steps or so), making it difficult to get anything heavy to the room and an older person might fall. Also, entrance from Milton Rd. was busy with construction and difficult to get in and out. There was a back entrance that was easier, but GPS may not send you that way. Otherwise, maid, lobby & breakfast service was good.

The room was clean but when we closed the light blocking curtains, they were full of holes! Every time I woke up in the night I could see all the light peeping through those holes. Bathtub was in need of repairs. Sink in the vanity had no stopper, which was annoying for a contact wearer. I had to put in and take out my contacts away from the sink. Breakfast was mediocre at best. Saturday, we both had the eggs and sausage. The eggs were definitely powdered eggs and were weird at best. This morning, I was looking forward to pancakes. We got down there at 9:40 (20 minutes before closing). They were totally out of pancake batter and also out of yogurt (something my husband eats every day). The lady from the kitchen area spoke ZERO English and couldn't understand what I was asking for. The desk folks did not seem real interested in taking care of customers. The one gal was on her cell phone the entire time. One other gal was there this morning and she just had a bucket out for dropping off keys. I just felt "unimprtant".

Place was completely booked on a Tuesday and had a guy doing a brake and rotor job in the parking lot. This is a low end beat up old hotel with a buffet. Was unable to sleep for more than an hour at a time because the upstairs guests were walking around all night from 8PM till 5AM. Be a deep sleeper if you book here or book the 3rd floor. The buffet was better than nothing but not much.

Overall a good stay! Was quiet and was happy with the room. This hotel is really busy when it comes to breakfast. Can be very overwhelming and very crowded. After our first breakfast I was happy to grab a packet of oatmeal to go.

When we arrived there was a used roll of paper towel in the shower. Also hair by the fridge.

Although the beds were clean, everything else was dirty. The blinds, the walls, and even the floor. I don't know how many times I had to clean my sons feet because they constantly turned black. Would not stay at this hotel again. They need to clean or upgrade!

AC unit was not working correctly, otherwise a ver nice visit. We even extended for an extra night.

Loved staying there

Good for a quick overnight trip. Within a 5-min. drive to NAU. Set back off the main road in a quiet, wooded area. Exterior walkways needed serious TLC but room was decent. Morning breakfast selection was typical.

upon checking in reservations were not right. , with payments made. Room had torn curtains, adjustable shower was not functioning., air conditioning not working room was extremely hot. Elevators not working with key activation needed to get key card changed 3 times Room never serviced

The beds were comfortable and the breakfast was pretty decent, but that is where the good review ends! The hotel is run down and in dire need of updates and deep cleaning!! The a/c unit was loud and inconsistent!
