A spa was offered but the jacuzzi was ice cold. The hot water only remained hot for so long in the tub which had no stopper for a bath. While the staff was great and easy to talk to, the building is not in the best shape.

When i was checking in. I was told that i reserved the small room with hot tub. That it would be $20 more dollars for the bigger one comes to find out by the lady that cleans up rooms after check out. That all hot tub rooms are the same size.

Holes in the walls a ceiling, non smoking room smelled like smoke. The parking lot smells like piss, broke down cars, and there are homeless everywhere, its like a junk yard. Then to top it off there was no running water to wash my hands. I left like an hour after I checked in and now trying to get a refund, the property workers are telling customer service that the problems mentioned above dont exist

The room I was in was nice. I made another reservation and paid for a week only to have them knock at my door and force me to move to an ugly rundown room that is nothing like the picture. The first room looked like the picture. This one is terrible. Once they know u may be extending your stay they will force you into an ugly room with no wifi, exposed wires and no table for a child to eat at.

I only rented the room because I was interested in the Jacuzzi tip but that was a mistake the room is disgusting the baseboards are dirty I found two roaches the bed is hard as a rock I went out and bought my own blanket because I did not trust the one that was on the bed

Honestly didn’t like this hotel at all. The AC very noisy, the sink was clog and the room smells bad.

The room was full of roaches crawling on the walls and shower, had the manager come up pretty much calling me a liar when he saw the roaches crawling. I took a video and pics sent it to the Heath board. He refused to give me my total amount and charged me 35$ for using the bathroom. Stay away from this place full of bugs

I had a king bed and on one side of the bed the bed sheets showed stains which were very visible because it was white sheets, the other was clean so that’s where I slept. I don’t know if it was other folks next door/upstairs or neighbors near by but I could hear loud talking all night long making hard to sleep!

First room 5 mosquitos inside as I walk in . Switched rooms but seemed a huge inconvenience to the staff worker. Second room i walk in and there is a cockroach that scurries under the bed . The white bath towels have female hairs on ever single one . Decided not to stay at that dirty motel. Pay the extra money for a decent stay elsewhere . You’re welcome

I did not have a really good experience. In fact this is probably the worst hotel I have ever ever been to and I’ve been to plenty of bad hotels before, but this is by far is the worst the AC and the mini refrigerator didn’t work. I was dealing with very rude management And they were people who was trying to take my girlfriend’s car in on top of that. I only stayed for one night. I originally booked for two nights and they refuse to give me a refund on the other night so this is just a waste of money and time so if you wanna travel or if you’re near the Ontario Upland area, please avoid this place at all times.

bed was ok, the common area was dirty and all the people smoking right outside their rooms/ stairs/ parking lot. why have a smoke free room when all the smoking its done in the property

Floor in room 118 was very dirty. Bathroom door was brocken. Cockroaches.
For requested 2 adults and one kid- only one bed was presented.
Never recomended this Motel to friends.

My husband didn't stay in the hotel as when he got there, the room I booked for him was dirty, smoking, sofa had cigarette stains as well as the civers and sheets abd the smell was horrible. I booked him a room with fridge and microwave and the room that was offered was didn't have them. He left and I had to book him elsewhere. Now he got charged for not staying and they don't want to refund us.We want the refund as we use Expedia alot to book hotels for my husband's business.
