Bathroom was dirty you could see mold in shower and the sink was cracked. It also drained extremely slowly During check in there was only 1 clerk handling a problem with people ahead of me. The line waiting to check in was out the lobby door. No one was acknowledged while waiting in line. I did take pictures but apparently wouldn't let me add them to my review

Hotel is dated, but the beds are very comfortable. The most important part for a good nights sleep!

Been staying here on and off for 30 years lol when they had a pool that is now the parking lot Girls are always so so friendly

Great staff. Quiet & comfortable

The property provided the wrong room and refused to fix it. Their mattresses in the room were covered in stains and the rooms obviously hadn’t been fully cleaned whereas I could see handprints on the walls. Do not recommend this stay at all.

I like the place - the rooms were clean an friendly stuff. I would suggest to improve breakfact place - this small room was too crowdy and not too many options to choose from.

Check-in was fast, lady was smiling and joyful. Room was clean as was the common areas. Breakfast was good.

Room was real clean. Close to Applebees and Taco Bell so was real convenient for supper. The hair dryer was very small and over heated easily. Breakfast provided was good.

The room was nice, clean, bed was comfortable. They need new carpeting it’s worn down quite a bit and dirty. You can tell there’s been heavy traffic on it. Staff was friendly. I got in late and left early. So I can’t give a thorough review

My recent experience with transportation services at Quality Inn was unfortunately subpar and left much to be desired. Despite the convenience of the hotel's location, my morning departure experience was marred by several significant issues. Firstly, my scheduled LYFT driver did not arrive, which caused considerable inconvenience and stress, especially given the early hour and the urgency of making it to the airport on time. This lack of punctuality from the transportation service provider reflects poorly on the reliability and coordination efforts of the hotel. Secondly, when seeking assistance from the front desk manager, I encountered further disappointment. The manager was unhelpful and seemingly unprepared to handle such situations. Instead of offering viable alternatives or efficiently resolving the issue, she stepped out to smoke, leaving me without guidance or support at a critical time. This lack of professionalism and preparedness was deeply frustrating, especially considering the importance of timely transportation arrangements for guests. Moreover, the manager's inability to provide any useful suggestions for alternative transport options at 5 am was alarming. This basic oversight suggests a need for improved training and readiness among hotel staff to handle unexpected situations effectively. Such incidents not only inconvenience guests but also reflect poorly on the hotel's commitment to customers.

It turned me off when I heard what the cleaning stuff we're talking about. They said don't wash the comforters! I think that was freaking gross

Old hotel in need of major overhaul. The lobby looked run down with tarp hanging from ceiling into trash can, I assumed for a leak. Room was clean and staff was super nice so for the price, it was okay.

It was a good place to stay but i was a little disappointed that the rooms were not checked on daily to dump garbage, refill coffee station, change towels etc

The hotel smelled like wet dog. And the AC didnt work in the middle of July.
