All was as expected and what we have experienced before. We will stay here next year

Hotel was seriously outdated and even if it was clean, it just wouldn't appear to be so based on the outdated condition. Tub coating was worn and stained, room had a smell from what I assume was the previous tenant's enjoyment of recreational habits and I could see patchy repairs on the walls in the bathroom. Not what I would expect from a Hampton/Hilton. Pictures did justice in this case unfortunately. Pluses was the pool and breakfast, along with the friendly staff accommodating us arriving a little early. Also was a pretty good Mexican place right across the street. I'm picky, I'll admit it... I've definitely stayed worse places but not because of choice -- I go where the government sends me. However, I would not come back if there are other options available, but if I had to stay here, I could ride it out for a night. My kids however said they would not...

This hotel was close to the places we wanted to visit. The staff was very helpful with suggestions for dinner and things to do.

Had a good stay. The AC flooded the carpet but otherwise a good stay. Staff was amazing.

Was over charged the woman at the checkin desk didn’t know what she was doing. The next person said it would be taken off but I’m not sure it was

The property was clean and had a pool for the dog days of summer. We used this hotel as a home base for bourbon trail tastings, and tours. It's centrally located for a lot of distilleries in the area. The included breakfast meant that was one less thing we had to worry about, and was really good (other than the powdered eggs, which is standard). I would stay here again.

The lobby was clean and the staff friendly, but you could tell it was an older building on the outside. The tub in the room was old, beat up and dirty. I could tolerate all that, but I wouldn't have stayed there if I'd known there was going to be some kind of bluegrass convention and banjo players practicing in the hallway right outside of my room at 8:30 A.M. . I've never stayed at a hotel that's allowed that. Won't be staying here again.

This property is easy to get to. The front desk has been great, helpful, kind and friendly.

The furniture in the room is well past replacement needs, or at least reupholstering. The air conditioner condensate is not contained and has dampened a large area of the carpeting. Understand not changing the linens, but the towels should be changed every day.

The hotel was dated but well maintained. We were enjoyed the breakfast. Our water pressure could have been a little higher but it was adequate. I would stay here again if I returned to Bardstown

Had a reservation. Am a hotel award member. Waited in line to check in. After reaching the front of the line still took about 10 minutes to check in. The person in front of us asked about his room and the check in person didn’t “know about each room” so couldn’t answer if it the room was two rooms or just one… Got to the room. Carpet had not been vacuumed well - dead moth along wall, popcorn pieces along wall. Not hidden behind furniture but right along dresser. Towels had not been replenished. Bed was very sloppily made. Grout not clean in bathroom. Very disappointing for a Hampton.

Very nice hotel. Staff was very helpful. Conveniently located. Rooms are not very sound-proof as we could here people talking in the room beside us and in the public restrooms in the hallway on the other side of our room. Breakfast was delicious. Overall our stay was great and we would stay here again.

I liked that i could pick my own room and had a pass key on phone to unlock doors. Place was super busy but it was still real quiet and peaceful

Older hotel. Housekeeping needs to step it up.

The check in manager was new and alone and while she did the best she could, the hotel did not set her up to succeed and could not get anyone checked in properly. The pool was closed also and that was not put forth ahead of check in. Rooms were outdated as well as smelled odd. We ended up leaving and going to another hotel nearby.

We are a family of 4. We had to use the same 2 towels from Thursday thru Sunday. Asked the front desk and Housekeeping atleast a dozen times for towels and was told No every time. Housekeeping never once came in room to empty garbages. Asked every day. Absolutely miserable stay!

The property is showing its age. The bathtub had rust spots and other colored spots.

Clean rooms, good service

The room was very clean, in fact the whole property looked very clean. It was quiet and the breakfast was very good.

The stay was for a night at the pool. We weren't disappointed . The room was very clean and comfortable. The pool was warm, the staff was professional and friendly. The breakfast was tasty!

We checked in, the room was nice, bath tub definitely needed to be thoroughly cleaned. The noise level was not good. Lots of loud speaking and doors slamming. We liked the area but would consider a different location.

Worse Hampton Inn as far as cleanliness , old and dated. Bed very uncomfortable. Lots of dust in room. AC unit needs repair, on off on off on off….price was fair and breakfast was good. They also let me check in an hour early. But clearly this was un-Hilton like. I would give them another chance if I visit again.

We enjoyed our stay

The service was great; anything I did need or questions I had were taken care of. The breakfast was stocked, but some things (potatoes, gravy) weren't very warm. The hotel could definitely use updating. The bed was not very comfortable (as other Hampton Inn's I've stayed at have been) and I had to go to the desk to get shampoo and conditioner that were not in my room.
