The unit was very basic but nice. The unit was clean and spacious. We checked in very late (1am) and the type of unit chosen (2 double beds) was not available even though it had been reserved. The property was sold out so we took a king unit. It only had two pillows on the bed and no others in the room. It was comfortable and had a small refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. Parking was very convenient. You can hear highway noise. It is not far from a very nice area with plenty of shopping and restaurants. The Waffle House and Burgers and Beer restaurants are very close. Overall I would stay here again.

Door handle upon entry is stiff and hrd to get in..AC was not working properly. Had to pull and clean filters. Was very clogged up. Shower water pressure was low. The refrigerator was at max and frozen over. Had to thoroughly shutdown to remove frozen ice buildup.Was missing light bulbs in 2 fixtures. Liked room other than that it was modern and comfortable.

It was extremely cheap as we have stayed there before. Hey it's not the Ritz but neither are the prices. My wife had a hard time getting the door to open as it appears it may have been kicked in before. Neighborhood isn't beautiful but weve never had a problem in our 8 stays this year.

It was not amazing. The room was nice everything worked good. The service very lacking. My dog and I stayed 10 days, never any maid service except for one day they me towels and bedding to change it myself. I had to use I towels to sweep the floor. So when I checked out and couple of were because I sweep the with them they kept my $100
00 deposit. The manager lied and said she would put half back on my card but like I said she lied. She put NOTHING BACK!!!!

There was construction happening which was fine but the door would not lock at knob, needed to use the top latch. Also, the floor was very dirty/dusty. Had to wash feet in the morning even after an evening shower. Pillows were too flat. Looks like the rooms will be nice once done.

They took a 50.00 deposit from me for the hotel stay. Me and my family left early the next day. We left the room in perfect condition and to this day never got my deposit back. I called the hotel several times and all they do is give me the run around. This is a horrible place, with druggies running around all hours of the night. If you wanna get ripped off stay at this hotel

Since I had to travel to Tucson for work-related business, I chose this hotel. Little did I know how run down it looked when I arrived. The area looked a bit sketchy and the room are definitely old. If I had to stay longer, I would have chose a whole other hotel to stay, but since it was only for one night, it worked out ok. Not sure I would stay here again.

Online looked like it would be a decent place to stay. Was glad I brought saddles to wear at night floor was disgusting. I now realize why you don't see to many pictures of outside grounds it looks very sketchy. Spent majority of the night checking on my car instead of sleeping. Had to go to store to buy cleaning supplies to wipe room down. Did not want to call to have one of their works to clean because they obviously didn't care enough to do it right the first time.No longer staying at any Red Roof Inn after this.

Arrived to hotel and no water. Had to use office bathroom and couldn’t shower. Day of check out no water again. Couldn’t shower again. Only received a small credit for big inconvenience.

It was early evening and dark. Drove up to check in and the lobby was in a separate building which seemed unusual to me. Then I had to check in though a glass window because the lobby was locked. I instantly felt the area was unsafe. I was then informed my reserved room was not available and got a room with two double beds. We were tired so we took it. People were gathered near our room area just hanging out. It appeared the entire complex was going through a genuine remodel/upgrade but dry wall remnants and junk was everywhere. If I had known they were going through an upgrade we would not have booked here. The room was just basic but on the tired side. The TV remote was missing and we needed another pillow. The front desk clerk was very good in taking care of these two issues immediately.

It’s more on the business side of town so more industrial but was okay cuz freeway exit/entrance just a few feet away so not bad. They had what I think was a security there on site during the night so that was sort of comforting..

Everything was great during checking in. There were only a few bathroom supplies missing like bath soap and one of the towels had a stain, maybe a blood one. Norhing to get out of my mind. Beside this I was glad for booking here.

I checked into my room on monday for a monday-thursday trip. The bathtub had hair in it. The sink had hair in it. They never once came in to clean or restock our towels/ toilet paper. we call the front desk at least 3 times with no answer. The next day they locked us out of our room and said "oh i thought you were leaving today" and that was on tuesday. They only have 2 blankets on the bed thin as paper. We had to go buy another blanket. For 67$ a night with no breakfast and hair in the room i would not recommend this place.

This is a motel that looks like it was condemned and yet they are selling rooms. The whole property is a mess and there is no way anyone should be allowed to operate a hotel there.

Perfect place if your goal is to exchange goods or services. Best thing this place can do is a matchstick upgrade. Room smells, dirty, drapes are duct taped, crack in door when closed. Cut my loses and left to find lodging elsewhere.

We found it very disturbing that they cleaned the room and there was alot of stuff under the bed , like a dog collar and some trash, but they advertised having this nice pool, and that wasnt the case. we left and went to la Quinta inn reid park. Seemed very unsafe.

It’s normal noisy because is close to the freeway , the bad thing is that there is no lights on the signs of the hotel !! So at night is almost impossible to find, this is the second time we stay here and still no lights
