Friendly staff. Clean room that needs a little updating. Some confusion about obtaining a receipt on site.

Nice Place - Conveniently right off the freeway, Clean and Friendly

Loved this place, but my only concern was that there was a suspicious frame mirror that was really bolted into the wall, like it was flush against the wall, and you all know the finger test (no gap, equals get out) cause it could be a 2 way mirror but I just put a blanket over it. I could be paranoid but I enjoyed my stay overall.

Great stay. Right off I-25.

Upon booking, I always look at the pictures. This one, had great pictures of what seemed to be a newer parking lot and upgraded rooms. Upon entering the building, the hallway had open sewer lines like they were working on the line and hadn't replaced the cover so open drywall. The door looked like it was the original door and was never repainted. Entering the room, lipstick on pig first came to mind. scratches on the wall from moving furniture. the bathroom counter was not cleaned and the bed....lets just say the metal base probably gave more than the mattress. Only 2 towels for 3 nights and when we were brought towels, the door scared our service animal and the lady rudely said "did you mention you have a dog?" and I said yes I did as we only stay in places that accept dogs so there isn't THAT kind of an issue. BTW - he's a 5 lb dog. Like she was looking for something. Next time Im in town, I will stay at the Hilton Garden Inn down the road, the Holiday Inn next door or the Comfort Inn across the freeway.

Room was clean and comfortable. Parking is a little tight. Located off the highway. Breakfast was ok.

Old hotel that has not been kept up very well. Chair in room broken and ac unit didnt work well. Staff were great. Breakfast was good.

Room was dirty, and i did not want to go ask for a cleaner room, because the lady that checked me in was rude.

They at least gave us a different room cause the first one smelled like pee 😖

Clean. Quiet. Friendly staff. Great location. I like that I could see my vehicle from my room window. For the price point it was a great room.

Floors in the public restroom were dirty and there were no paper towels. The mattresses were awful!

Overall stay was nice, only minor inconvenience was the check in clerk wasnt too friendly. Will stay there again.

The hot tub didn't work. That was upsetting because that was the one thing I had looked for when booking a hotel.😡

the front desk attendant was very thoughtful to call us to make sure our truck did not get hit by a large UHaul that was parked next to our truck, Thank you again.

The property is outdated. Swimming pool was dirty. Need to invest in better matreses

We've stayed at this property before. It's a little older, but still good. It's very convenient to get to and the staff is always welcoming.

smelled bad and very outdated building. most channels on the tv don’t work either since the hotel doesn’t pay for it. however they did acomodar a late check in for us. also there’s no elevator.

A much needed stop. We had to come in a day early. This stop was better than all 3 of the other hotels we stayed at. Bed was most comfortable. Family friendly. Easy in and out. Our kids enjoyed the pool/spa area. They brought extra towels when needed.

Air conditioner fan would not shut off. Power button was broken off. We had to change rooms because of noisy guests

Good amenities, nice pool. Room had a stale urune smell to it. I understand lots of things beyond the purveyors control occur in these rooms but they need to make certain the problem has been resolved before renting the room.

First room we got had a rough smell in the bed. Staff was nice to move us over to another room. Room was better. Need to improve on quality checking rooms before guests arrive to their rooms.

The overall issue we really experienced was the toilet in our room. I let the site/desk manager know multiple times it was slow (sometimes requiring 3 flushes). Finally, it completely backed up. Told the deal we would be gone all day (that was at 730am); returned at 4pm and was exactly as we left it My only other complaint was the breakfast... No protein aside from eggs. No bacon or sausage all week long

Very out dated place. Rooms were ok. The hotel itself smelled awful Air conditioner was leaking. Carpet was wet. Amenities were pitiful

Easy to find. And described. Nothing fancy. No stairs. No gym! Pool was being worked on the whole time. Breakfast was disappointing!

It is a nice place to sleep. Breakfast was extremely lacking. Bed had a diviot in the middle and we kept rolling into eachother while we slept. Lots of people in and out of the side enterence (some looking very sketchy) close to their laundry room. Even found a motor bike parked just out side of where the housekeepers get their carts.

Staff was very friendly and the room was perfect.

It’s safe and close to freeway.
