Didn't have an elevator and taking luggage up two flights on stairs was difficult.

I booked with Hotels.com day of my stay. I arrived and was given my room key and when I entered my room I had a double Queen instead of the single King that I had booked and paid extra for. When I went back to the front desk to address it they told me that the hotel was overbooked and that was why my room had changed. No refund could be issued because I booked through a third party. The room was clean and had decent amenities, but I did have issues with the tv freezing and not working. The walls are extremely thin and I was woken up many times during my one-night stay. But the most frustrating was the dog in the room next to me barking for 20 minutes early in the morning. I called the front desk to address it, which it was not and eventually the dog stopped barking.

Easy access to the room, the room was clean, well appointed, it was however noisier than expected, not sure if the noise was from the pool equipment below our room or the building next door. Jetted tub was dated, difficult access to the shower, slippery floor.

Obviously people working here take pride in the property we showed up a little early and our room was ready so she checked us in. When we had our luggage in the room we were leaving and the lady was washing the windows on the front door.Sunday afternoon now that’s pride in your employees!

The staff is very friendly and the property well cared for. On the morning I was checking out I entered the hallway to a terrible smell and started to cough and gag. I loaded my luggage and returned and the odor was so bad I grabbed the remaining items in my room and went outside feeling ill. I went to the desk to warn them of a possible gas leak and they told me that someone had released bear spray. I believe they should’ve warned the people on the 2nd floor as many came out coughing. Otherwise this is an excellent place to stay and staff is very friendly.

This is the second time that we’ve stayed at this motel, and we were pleasantly surprised that they continued to maintain their high standards of running this establishment. The edit surprise was the made to order breakfast. We would definitely stay here again and recommend to others.

This hotel was nice enough but not the greatest. It is kind of in the middle of a mobile home and campground but wasn’t really an issue. Just different. The biggest issue was they didn’t have a working ice machine on site. Two and both were broken. Also breakfast didn’t open until 7am which seems late to me as we were on the road before 7am as were others. Staff very friendly.

The motel was clean and inviting. There were several guests checking in at the same tome, but the desk clerk was friendly and incredibly efficient. She had everyone taken care of in a relatively short time.

A solid stay all the way around. I appreciate that they have kept the dog fee at $25 which gives them an advantage over similar places that charge more. I’ve stayed here twice now and will keep coming back

The service/workers there were absolutely the nicest & really helpful! The king size room was a bit small which made it hard to hang out there in the evenings. Our shower also made a noise, but other than that we enjoyed our stay. It was walkable to everything downtown & the pool & hot tub we used every night. It was also nice to have a microwave & fridge in all of the rooms. Wished they had an elevator, but that wasn't a deal breaker for us.

Everything was great except the breakfast. The attendant was more focused on chatting with everyone that the oatmeal was out and she never replaced it. She was asked for more oatmeal and bread for toast and she just kept chatting
