Property was in the middle of everything Really like the location

Took almost an hour to get us checked in and the room smelled like mold it also had some opportunity’s with look and feel looks old and work down

We loved the rooftop pool!! And the naked taco!

Staff were welcoming and helpful. The room was fairly standard but exactly what we needed and booked. The rooftop pool and terrace bar was an excellent feature.

Friendly courteous staff, was offered champagne at checkin. Also was recommended a cheaper parking alternative to hotel’s valet. Room was small, but clean and comfortable. Very good overall considering busy south beach location

The front desk manager was extremely professional and friendly

The staff was always polite and went out of their way to try and open all the doors for us as we went in and out

Staff was wonderful. Loved the location and being walking distance to everything. Breakfast at Naked Taco was fantastic! High Bar was unique but menu not the same as shown online. Will be back!

Cool Art deco area, a/c worked well. Odd that the shower area had to be walked past to get to the room door

We came as a couple for our first night out as parents of a young child and were very disappointed. This is rated as a 4 star hotel, but we’ve had way better service from 2 star motels. First impressions can set the tone of a stay and our check in experience was far from that of a luxury hotel. The agent wasn’t friendly at all. They offer guests prosecco at check in and we were told “no” when we asked about it because the room wasn’t ready (at our 4:30 pm arrival)… that left a sour taste for sure. And then when we returned after getting a text that the room was ready, we waited while another woman was talking to the other check in agent while waiting for her room to be ready and, you guessed it - she was drinking her courtesy glass of Prosecco and was even offered a refill. Additionally, the pool area needs a lot of work and didn’t even have music playing. Thankfully a nearby rooftop pool was having happy hour and had a dj playing good music within earshot. We ordered mojitos from the bar, which are a staple in Miami, and they were not made with fresh lime & mint and were full of artificial sour mix and sweeteners. We couldn’t even finish them and stuck to beer. The room was clean, but worn. Would not return or recommend a stay there if you’re looking for anything close to luxury because there are tons of other hotels in south beach that’ll provide better a better experience.

Stay was pretty good, front desk staff and manager were amazing. We needed housekeeping to come back since the comforter had visible stains and the bathrobe was dirty.

Great location, freindly and helpful staff love that we were able to leave our bags before our room was ready and still were able to go to the beach and use our two chairs and towels even though we were early and even after we checked out!

I like the stay, it was very comfortable and relax. I enjoyed all the amenities and it was clean. Room service was at my every service and very nice people.

We were very happy from the moment we arrived at the reception, we had someone helping us with our luggage the gentleman at the desk Yusuf was very helpful, he welcomed us with 2 glasses of champagne and explained everything we needed to know. The rooms were very jazzy and comfortable and our 2 days were very pleasant.
