When I asked for more blankets and towels because I had 6 people in my group. The worker at front was like we don’t have extra pillows and when he gave me the 2 blankets and towels he wrote my room number down. I understand the keep track of where the things are going but it was just odd. Then there was trash outside a room the whole night I was there. Found trash (not mine) in room when I was checking for my things

The place was very clean and the staff were very helpful. I enjoyed the private swimming pool and the convenience of the room. The breakfast could have had more variety.

We checked in at 3pm on July 11th. The temperature in the lobby was between 85 and 90 degrees. The hallways leading to the rooms were filled with old cabinets and dressers. Once in the room we found that the security lock had been broke off the door, no closet or hanging area for my suits, bathroom was filthy, there was a sign in front of the Television with a list of items that if not there once checked out would be charged to our card and the price for each item. Most of those items were not even in the room including ironing board, iron, clock, and so on. The room also smelled like cigarettes badly. We stayed at the hotel a total of 45 minutes and 25 minutes of that was to book another hotel and get our bags out of there. I travel around 150 days a year for work, and I can tell you I have never stayed in a place that was worse than this. I explained at the front desk that we would not be staying along with the reasons why, gave him back the keys and told him I would not pay for that room. I will also be writing to Ramada and provide pictures of the room, hallway and surrounding areas. This place was a health and safety hazard.

Free Breakfast sucked there was a hair in the gravy the Bed was like sleeping on granite out backs hurt so bad after that stay

The property was run down and just dirty. Found food on our bed. Tape on doors. Said they were remodeling but it was just run down and yucky.

Hotel was nice. They leave you alone. Funny thing is room did not have a cup. Eco friendly in that regard. I would stay again at anytime.

The room I originally was put in had a very hairy shower and a used latex glove in the chair. Second room was much better but the bathroom floor was messy (tp & hair).

The property was out dated and dirty, the room had a broken door that was fixed by putting a few screws in it. The bathroom tub was stained and the shower curtain was barely hanging on in the wall. The pool had a layer of dirt on the ring around the water.

the property is undergoing remodeling i am in a unremodeled room its fine i have based the ratings on my room I am sure its safe to assume the remodeled rooms are even better

The hotel was remodeling so some disarray is to be expected. The gentleman that checked us in was very polite and friendly. The lady that checked us out was equally as polite and friendly.

3rd shift girl was snarky, complaining about her 3 jobs. Obvious water damage in my room. Saw a bug on my table. No in room coffee……oh yeah, the shower head was ridiculous. Like it was spitting water

The TV in my room had no signal. The staff member tried to fix it by unplugging and plugging it back in. When that didn’t work he kept saying he would talk to someone else to see how to fix it. I asked to be moved to another room and got the run around. I talked to the manager in the morning and got no resolutions

The common area smelled of pickles. The room was missing a luggage stand, hanging rod and hangers. The bathroom was exceedingly cramped. On a positive note, the water pressure in the shower was good.

This place was a dump. And to call that a continental breakfast is a stretch. Good thing there was a Mcdonald's next door. Service was poor and the owner's attitude was really bad. No spa as advertised. The worker said it has been down for 10 years. Ice machines not working.Desk clerk taking their kid to work all day. Horrible cleanliness problems.Never again especially when their was 4 other hotels within walking distance to this hoter.

The beds were terrible. Nothing up to date.

It was a terrible experience. There was hair on the shower walls and the room smelled very musty. Free breakfast was very limited and not even worth trying. Ended up going to a restaurant.

Everything was very worn out. The pool was alright, but everything in the rooms, from the carpet to the sheets to especially the shower, were 15 years past an update.

Place needs remodeling.

The refrigerator didn’t work. I was in the 2nd floor and the ice machine was out of order and had to make 2 trips to the ice machine by check in so I could keep drinks cold.

Found an enema bottle in our ice bucket, 2nd floor hallway smelled like fish, and the elevator smelled like a greasy auto shop.

Easy to find and waffles n the morning

Room we got was not what we requested. Staff woild not switch and argued about what we booked. Room was not clean - hair in the sink, dust on headboard, peach pit on the floor.

Amazing service, great experience everyone was very friendly! Needs more breakfast options but overall great for the price. Looks like new renovations are happening but it only means it’s going to get better.

I booked this hotel for 5 days stay. I had to check out next morning. They said they are doing renovation. Nothing in the room. No hanger, iron, and room was dirty.
