Initial room assignment was a noisy attached room. Asked to be moved when smoke from adjoining room was coming into our room . Front desk was very efficient and gave us a new room. I would not stay there again. Not a good value.

Needed a place to spend the night on a trip. Convenient to the highway, with food options close by. Rooms could use an update

Person that checked me in was very unclear as to what she was doing. Not to mentioned she was very distracted by her TWO small kids she had with her at work. She was close to her off time, so the next female seemed more professional. The first room I was assigned to the tv would not work and the refrigerator was full of items from guest before. First female seemed to enter my credit card multiple times....

When we checked into the motel, I was greeted by a very Nice young lady. She was GREAT!

At first we were given a room that apparently was meant for handicapped visitors. The handicap shower was filthy, the entire room was cramped and our room was adjoined with a visitor who had 2 large dogs which barked every time we moved around in the room. We asked to switch to another room and was given the actual room showcased in the photographs...the room we initially signed up for and expected. We had to go through the inconvenience of repacking and switching rooms, but the second room was not much better. It was roomier than the first but there was an awful smell and the shower tub was clogged so my husband and I took showers in standing dirty water. When we brought the clog to the attention of the front desk, there was an apology but were no reparations offered. And what is the deal with the ridiculously tiny pillows on the bed?! We will NEVER go back and highly recommend avoiding this hotel.

The trash can was rusted, the place had a bad smell, there was hair in the breakfast, and a cockroach in the bathroom.

They put us in. Deserted area of the hotel. A lot was under construction. Only one other room occupied with a dog barking. Took her forever to find a Double room for us even though I booked it 15 minutes prior. . Bathroom door didn’t shut not comfortable beds or blankets. Meanwhile there are a ton of other hotels in the same area but not on hotels.cim so I didnt Know.

Very quiet and clean would come back

A nice motel close to the interstate.

Everything was just fine. We enjoyed our stay.

The front desk staff is awesome!

It was cool, Taco Bell right here in the same parking lot; Waffle House across the street. I loved it honestly . I was here for two weeks from Ohio.

Staff very friendly. Breakfast good. Room quality concerning. Spider webs on lamp shades, lamp bases appeared to not have been cleaned for weeks, patches on walls done poorly, and concerning that there were so many patches that needed to be done. Could here the people next door talking as if they were standing in our room.

Shower was filthy. Furniture had clawings from a cat. Coffee maker couldnt be plugged in. Dirty carpet. Dirty bed linens. Receptionist couldnt care less.

Nice hotel, staff was pleasant and helpful. The bath was very small and the shower did nit drain well

It was a pleasure, excellent staff.

On the road- looking for a clean hotel- all others in area were booked- but not this one. Well there was a reason for that. The room smelled real musky. Kind of like a combination of marijuana and a dead animal. The bathtub was brown- I think at one time it was actually white. So we did not stay there- the young woman at the front desk was new- but she was understanding and apologetic while refunding our credit card.
