Location is excellent, staff was great, bed comfy, breakfast okay. Room was clean in the areas that matter most like the bed, bathroom, floor. Our room could use a deep clean around the edges and on the bottom of lamps, cabinets, etc.

I never made it to the hotel! I was stuck in traffic on the way down and calculated I would not get there till two in the morning. When I went to cancel online from my car stopped in traffic I was told I could not cancel because it was too late. This service sucks.

I was annoyed that a week b/f this i had booked to stay at this same hotel and the cost was 108 and this stay was 197. It was after Hurricane Helene hit Greenville so my assumption is b/c of this it was so high,but disappointed in the increase when there is a need for rooms.

The front staff was very rude.

The front desk clerk had an attitude and made me uncomfortable so when I got to the room to find that our toilet didn't work and made horrible noises I didn’t want to even deal with the women. There were only enough towrls for one person I had to ask the cleaning lady who didn't understood English at all. The elevator made horrible noise and jolted like it was about to break so we used the stairs.The pool was dirty and they have smoking areas next to the doors so if you have to smell the smoke when entering or wait till the people are done. Also having a small child at the pool it was disgusting to have the smoke blowing right over. The BBQ restaurant next door was the only thing going for this place we will NOT be returning

I have been traveling for work for 40 years. I have never met a manager at a hotel like Josh. Please make sure management realizes what a stellar and top quality manager he is. Whatever we needed he was so helpful, he always made us feel like he was there for the entire family.

Our toilet sounded like a machine. The washing machine in the hotel didn’t work. The telephone in our room didn't work and I told the front desk but no one came to replace it.

The room was very clean, comfortable and modern. However, there are two drawbacks. One, the front of the hotel is deceptively close to I-85, so expect to hear the truck traffic throughout the night. So, unless you bring earplugs, request a room opposite the Interstate. Two the HVAC system is built into the exterior wall and is extremely loud.

We love our stays at this hotel each time we visit the area. Visit this time little disppointing as had issue with commode not flushing correctly all the time and asked for maintenance…never came! Requested more towels as handicapped shower runs water out on bathroom floor but never received towels either.

Had issues with the room. No maintenance on site and had to move rooms right before bedtime before an early flight. Also the pool was small and the pool tile was off or coming offf. No pool umbrellas for shade. No alcohol at indoor market and no bar.

The tub did not drain well while showering. The shower curtain curved rod was not level and curtain would move while showering with shower water splashing on floor. Bed was comfortable. Room was good size. It was nice that they had oatmeal packets in the room as we had to leave for our flight before breakfast time.

Last minute room reservation at 11:30 PM; just needed to sleep for 7 hours. Smooth check in, clean room, quite, and exactly what I needed. No bells and whistles but exactly perfect for a great night's sleep!
Bed was comfy, temperature in the room was adjustable AND ACTUALLY worked, and clean- Transportation to GSP airport is available. Great restaurants in moderate walking distance- They also have a breakfast bar in the morning. I did not utilize, but I passed by on my check on, and it looked great and well organized. The gym on property seemed very adequate. This hotel is across from my office, and I live in the county over; thus if I have another late night business outing and need a place to crash to be at work in the morning, I will stay again!

Very comfortable room with a feeling of luxuriousness about it.
I have tinnitus, so have trouble hearing certain ranges of noises. As I was leaving my room to go out to dinner, I heard a strange sound, almost like a smoke alarm, as I neard the door (but not when I was further away from the door). Imagine my surprise when I opened the door to see a firefighter walking towards me down the hallway. Very efficient sound proofing. (There was no fire. I don't know what caused the alarm).

We had a family emergency and couldn't make our trip. We fully understand that the hotel did not owe us anything for our misfortune. However, the problem is that when we called the hotel to see if they would allow us to reschedule, rather than a simple "no" they told us that it was up to hotels.com, who then told us that it was up to the hotel, who again refused. Long story short, management sent us on an unnecessary wild goose chase at a stressful time, when all they had to do was say "no" and not waste our time.

I made a mistake and used a credit card to pay for my stay but I already had a card on file, the front desk clerk charged both cards for my stay. Before I left the hotel I let the front desk know about the situation. I was told that it’s only going to charge one, I’m waiting to see if the second card gets returned to me.

Very clean and rooms were big!! Close to everything! Staff very accommodating. My only complaint are the flight attendants that check in and are rude to the employees here. Seen it several times during our stay.

There was chewed gum in the lamp shade, what looked like blood splattered on the wall, and the room smelled strongly like smoke and incense. Will never recommend this place to anyone.

Hotel was exceptionally clean!! Room was very spacious and they came in every day for fresh towels. We reserved three rooms for family to attend our daughter graduation from Clemson. Staff was very welcoming and accommodating as well! Sometimes I think that the problem is not the staff and hotels but the people checking are!!! We need to be nicer to employees at these hotels because they work long hours.
