We booked this stay last minute to escape from the Hurricane that was coming right at our home. very recently remodeled. It was very nice, clean, but we did have some concerns, one was the fridge in the room was off, seeing as we drove 5 hours to get there this was concerning for food safety as it take a while for a fridge to get down to temperature. Also it has cause the bottom glass shelf to develop mold on it *brought to staffs attention on checkout*. They had one of the weirdest rules I have ever seen, No cooking popcorn in the microwave. I have 2 kids and that's a easy snack for my 5 year old to have this was a big turn off. other than that I just got the feel if we left anything out of place we would be charged. That feeling was based on the almost every sign said something along the lines of follow this rule or you will be charged. the pool was nice but too cold for my autistic son and I don't think they had the a/c on in that area as it was as hot inside as out side with no breeze to cool you down and the skylight roof was disgusting to look at\. all said it was good, would i stay here again no probably not. your about 30 mins from anything to do during that day, but for the price and last minute stay not bad.

The stay was nice but good luck getting the 150 dollar deposit back.. yes they will charge 150 plus the room and still waiting for return. And of course they say they returned it but my bank has not seen any attempts

The staff was rude and they lie and say people was smoking when none of that happened the food was nasty will not come here again and. The people dont understand

Clean, friendly hotel convenient to Diamondhead Country Club and several restaurants. Friendly staff. Included breakfast was average.

We were told that there were no rooms available downstairs but found that most of the rooms were vacant both Friday & Saturday nights. When we arrived it was about twenty minutes before check in. The room we were given was very hot the A/C had not been turned on prior to check in. A guy was sent to get the unit cooling. It was finally semi comfortable by midnight.The smell coming from the A/C was musky and stinky. We sprayed Lysol in the unit to cover the smell. The reviews say newly renovated!! Not the one we we put in. Won’t stay there again!!!

Well we had no hot water and the plug in bathroom didn’t work and we told the front desk and they just look at us. Also I paid cash for the deposit and they had to go inspect it before they my money back I ask them to take some off my room and they advise they couldn’t do that.

I had pleasant quite stay despite the errey human/drug tracking feel. This hotel is newly renovated. The locals said it is much safer to stay now police patrol frequently especially late at night. I needed a good night sleep and had just worked a 16hr shift with 2hr of sleep and I needed a very clsoe place to crash after work and this hotel was very convenient located. The room was nice and a clean. Looks just like the pictures displayed online. My room had a slight odor but overall clean and quite and comfortable. Alot of contactors and road workers stay here.

For a motel so close to the freeway it is surprisingly quiet, with nice trees around and restaurants/fast food that you can walk to. We stayed in an outside room because we have pets and it was nice to park right outside our room and have plenty of places to walk the dog.

The only thing I didn't like was the guest room service. Had to go and get towels from front desk and empty trash cans. Stayed from the Aug 1st and checked out the 6th, only received guest service 2 of those days, that Friday and Monday. Over all the stay was good.

Great hotel. Great location. Very comfortable.

Everything was satisfying

I like the Jacuzzi and the pool although they both could’ve been a little bit warmer or hotter. The breakfast was decent. The room was well kept. I did not like having to pay $100 deposit. I did not like that I was told could not eat in my room Room have a refrigerator and microwave

I take an annual trip with my son yearly to Florida from Texas. Last year it was nasty. We were on an outside room and there is a bar and grill next to it. So I wanted to be where I could easily see my car. There was also about an inch between the bottom of the door that was open to any critters that might have wanted to come in. I had to shove towels down in between the door crack. This year, we somehow ended up there again but to find it had been updated! 😁 The cement floors have been replaced by tile, and the AC got the room cooler than last year too! The ice machine works, the only thing I need to say is that their laundry facilities are outside. Outside the building. Yikes! Also the inside rooms are built around a nice pool but it sort of feels like you are in a terrarium! You open your curtain and anyone walking by can look into your room. That being said, my rating changed from a 2 last year to a 4 this year.

Will not stay at this facility again. Entered to find that the door had huge gap when shut and there were bugs that had come in the door. Floors felt very sticky wet that could have been due to humidity. Very bare min furnishings and honestly would not have stayed there if it would have arrived earlier during day and could have got out of the stay. Did not feel comfortable with all the bugs in room etc. Staff was friendly and quick to respond when arriving and the breakfast in the morning was ok. The indoor rooms might be better setting but was not put on an inside room was put in outside room in the back of the building. Walls were very thin could hear everything in rooms around us.

Candy wrappers and cigarette butts in front of the room were annoying. Otherwise: very clean room. I enjoyed my stay.

When you stay with Ramada/Wyndham you expect something that meets your min expectations. This property fits a motel 6 standard. You can buy a cheap property and try to make it look good but I expect something better than this from R/W. Anyway, I wouldn't recommend anyone to stay here. You can do better than this for $80. The service was fine and rooms were clean but it just didn't fit R/W standard. Or may be I expected too much.

Great stay for a great price. Such a cute little hotel with the pool in the center of the place.

The room and staff was great! Didn’t like the fact tht we were about 25-30 min away from the activities we did(beach, casino, mall, outlet)…overall would recommend to others though.

Facility looked unsafr. It looked like a very cheap motel and there were people just hanging outside and people inside with doors propped open. No! Not the hotel described on thw site, at all!

Staff was very friendly, beds very comfortable and was near all attractions.

Clean, comfortable stay. Polite, quick check-in. Breakfast was adequate. Our cozy room was near the stairs and we heard folks coming and going most of the night. I would stay again.
