Great environment, quiet and peaceful

Clean rooms. Seems there were always staff working on cleaning and updating. Outside was well maintained. In a favorable area with easy access to food, fuel and shopping. Staff was pleasant and helpful.

The mattress was comfortable but it slid all around on the meta plate it set on. I booked a handicap room on the first floor and they put me in a regular room on the second floor and the elevator went out when I was leaving to check out. Luckily 2 guests helped get me and my luggage down the stairs.they said the last time it went out it was out for over 3 weeks. Will never stay there again. WiFi kept going out and made the TV useless

Check in was quick and friendly, room was nice, no issues with my stay. The only issue was they did not have any kind of breakfast.

First room was not serviced, bedding on floor. Second room no remote and pillows. Third room shower curtain missing and refrigerator had food in it. Hotel was sold out so had to make the best of it. Need to get the housekeeping staff up to speed. Front desk staff was nice, I understand things happen, Carpets torn and worn.

No oversized parking as advertised. Got to the room and the bathroom didn't have a single towel, wash cloth or hand towel. On the water spigot in the bathtub there's NO handle for turning the water on and off. It's a dump and DON'T believe the pictures on the web site, it's nasty and a waste of money and time. I had to go track down the manager at the Hy vee grocery store and asked permission to park overnight in their parking lot.

Overall our stay was good, there were some stains on the pillow cases and the bedspread. Staff was friendly.

They had a plastic bag over the smoke detector in our room. Unsafe and dangerous

Comfortable stay, nothing fancy. Worked for a quick weekend visit. Definitely an older facility. Could use some upgrades.

Paid for a room with 2 queen beds. Room was disgusting with blood on the bathroom floor and stuff running down the outside of tub. There was no smoke detector in room and the tv wasn't even hooked up. When we contacted office they moved us to a smaller room with double beds. Floors were still dirty. It's also advertised as a breakfast included but that is not the case. I would not stay here again because it isn't worth the money for what you get.

Friendly staff and clean rooms.

My limited interaction with staff was positive, they were very polite. However, our room smelled like marijuana and our bathroom was dirty upon check-in. I lost hot water mid-shower and the room felt damp. There were flies and gnats in our room. It also felt very damp, like a basement. My mother had a "handicap accessible room" but it was very narrow with a high bed. The bathroom had a regular tub and a shower chair placed outside the tub. One night after returning with my family there was a raucous parking lot party that extended into the entryway, and breakfast area. My mom's room was right next to the breakfast area and heard the party extend to all hours. People were blatantly consuming alcohol, marijuana and cigarettes. There were bare-foot children running around and getting ice from the machines with their bare hands, dripping and dropping ice. We did not leave because there were no other motels with rooms available. I did not speak to staff about the party because I was honestly afraid of reparations in the form of vehicular damage (they saw which car we came from). The night of the "party" in question there was no staff person available at the desk to even speak to. My family will not be returning and I will not recommend this motel to anyone.

Got there and was told my room was not habitable. No warning, no email, no call... didnt have anywhere to stay. Staff was unfriendly. Bottomed out my car leaving because the exit ramp is so messed up. Looked shady.

the desk chair needs replaced, and 1 light in the bathroom was out. otherwise okay.

The hotel hallways smelled heavily of pet urine. The TV in my assigned room didn’t work, so I was moved to another room. By the end of the stay, the TV seemed to be “fading,” and the screen was getting very dim. There were multiple scuffs and dents throughout the room. Cords were coming out of the AC unit.

The TV was broken and when I went to front desk they just said yes it's broken and did nothing for it

They did not clean our room even after I asked them they rudely looked at me like I was asking the impossible. Incredibly noisy, very dirty and stunk we will never stay there again. Looked like long term residents lived there.

Nothing worked, holes in the walls, hairdryer barely hanging on the wall on a hook, hallway smelled like urine, lots of broken fixtures. Even at $80 a night, we overpaid.

My stay was mostly a great one. Besides a few issues with the room they were very efficient with correcting everything that needed done.

Rooms need update, it’s states non smoking but when we entered our room it reeked of cannabis, our sink facet didn’t work it was just leaking constant light steel of water, second room was worst, carpet had burns in it when you turn on AC it smelled like it was million years old and newer had maintenance an it was dirty….. I guess you get what you pay. Would not stay here again.

We checked in and the room we were originally given was dirty beds not clean food out etc. they changed our room and it was ok and a weird smell the towels smelled weird as well.

Smelled really bad, room was dirty, the place seemed very run down. Someone’s dog kept barking and the place smelled strongly of cigarettes.

Need a swimming pool and need to sever breakfast and the worker were not nice to customers
