We booked this hotel as it said there was a pool. Upon arrival were told the pool was out of use as it was out of season. This needs to be made clear on the web site. It was 98 deg and no pool. We were very disappointed.

Room was fine but this hotel is not accessible. There's a lot of step downs and stairs, no elevator. It is one of the few motels in town that's pet friendly which is nice but that also means there's a lot of pets staying there. They charged me twice for my stay.

We stayed in a room on the ground floor where we had direct access to our vehicle. Couldnt have been nicer. Beds were very comfortable, and NO carpeting...which we loved. Nice size bathroom. Breakfast was fine.

The desk clerk was amazing and all employees were very nice and helpful. Pool had a lot of leaves that needed to be cleaned out. Hotel was clean. Toilet was wobbly and you had to hold down the handle a bit to flush.

We made the reservation online with hopes to use the pool. There was zero indication that the pool would not be open or that there was a specific date it would open. Even at check in, in person, we were not advised the pool was closed. That was one of the main reasons we chose this place to stay. The clerk was nice, room was nice but very very disappointed in the pool situation.

One of the bulbs in the wall lamps was out. Took two tries to fix it. The room was beginning to be shabby. The breakfast had a good selection of fresh made hot items.

Our room was clean but the shower head in the bathroom needed to be replaced. It had so some much residue on it that only a small stream of water came out. I managed to take a shower but wasn't able to wash my hair. My husband didn't even try. The "breakfast area" was so small we didn't attempt to eat the continental breakfast offered.

The hotel is worn out. Noisy. I could hear snoring from the adjacent room. Loud Street noise. Trains. Not able to shower as the shower handle came off I’m my hand. When checking out, the desk person could not have care less. In fact she laughed at me behind my back as I was leaving
