The hotel houses low income individuals, so you are likely paying a little less for a weekend than the person beside you is paying for the entire month. Everything is falling into disrepair; the curtains were ripped, stains in the floor and chair, no mat in the shower, and incredibly slow internet. The bed frame was longer on one side than the other and stuck out past the mattress and was incredibly sharp, so everytime i walked past it I would gash my leg. The vending machines were stocked with old product, then the breakfast consisted of pancakes, bread, or cheerios with a side of hard boiled egg. I would especially recommend not bringing children to this establishment. On the bright side, this hotel is just down the block from a raleys, multiple restaurants, and gas stations all within walking distance. It has convenient access to the highway, and the staff are very friendly and accommodating.

Front desk staff was amazing however hotel manager needs a real crash course on what ADA laws are. He really tried to tell me my service dog has to be vested or marked as a service dog which is completely inaccurate. No ADA laws require any identifying markers on a service dog. Not in a motel or a restaurant like he claimed. Beyond there its a basic quick stay motel.

Beds were clean, refrigerator stinks, cracked mirror etc. The place inside and out needs painting and repair. It’s just an older building. Front desk was friendly and check in was fast

not what i expected. web sites photos are amazing, the photographer did a great job. unfortunately the photos don't match the hotel. upon arrival to facility, saw individuals working on vehicles on the hotel's parking lot and a strong odor of marijuana. i was traveling with 3 young men and did not want to expose this type of behavior. the room was not clean, are sheets had holes and we didn't even have pillow cases. when i called the hotel lobby phone rang and rang with not answer. i had to walked down to lobby and waited several minutes before, someone assisted me. since we were on schedule, i selected this hotel, because it offer continental breakfast, but even that was a far stretch. the juice machine was out or order, only available drink to was coffee, we had to ask for water. the spread included eggs, sausage, cereal. but not much to brag about. we went to the pool, it was small, the hot tub was out of order and bugs every where not clean at al ] over all this was a horrible hotel, would not stay here again

Robert at the front desk was extremely helpful. He got us a different room when the toilet clogged and maintenance was not there to fix it. Robert new the area and gave us good directions to our hiking destination at the waterfall. The roadway inn does need some investment on the building, shower handle hard to pull in and out, room plastic trash bags were not tied around trash cans but just placed inside, coffee maker warn and needs replacing and the spa was empty and not in operation. Hallway and elevator carpet needs replacing and AC went out in the breakfast room the day we left. God rate for us at around $100 a night.

Im used to staying in shotty hotels but this one was just a lack of care for the customers. There was a towel, swimtrunks, & a used cup left in my room. Blood in the elevator & very dirty fan in the bathroom. Overall there was a clean bed and amenities you need but cleanliness needs work.

We didn’t have power during the day when we checked in after a long day of hiking. There was toilet paper with only 5 squares left in the bathroom. The floors felt like sponges. The tv hdmi didn’t work either

Walking into the office the property smelledmof stale smoke. There were kids screaming in the rooms. The room was dark with the carpet melted by burns. I did not feel safe. I left without staying the night and booked another room elsewhere.

Just a bed to sleep in and not much else. Somewhat dirty bathroom. Rest was decent.

I asked to be put on the waitlist for a ground level room and was surprise to get it when I checked in.

We booked one night at the Rodeway Inn to stay after a race in Auburn. Unfortunately when we arrived, we learned our power was not working, so we did not have lights or air conditioning. They did try to fix it, but without any success so we had to go the remainder of our stay without power.

Quiet clean convenient

I was pleasantly surprised by how nice this property is - being really a "roadside motel". Very clean, quiet. And they even had a full breakfast!

Front desk people were nice, other than that everything else about this place was not. The elevator was sketchy and felt like it should be decommissioned. The room was clean for the most part other than a random sock and hair tie left under the desk. I am giving this review 1 star because we woke up with bites all over our body and a 2 inch COCKROACH on our bed. Stay away if you don’t like bugs.

Upon arrival at the room there was garbage in the trash can, used towels behind the door, cockroaches, the air conditioner was not working, the shower key was not working and the shower key was not working on my co worker room either. I ask for help with the room bathroom key, take out the trash clean. The second day I return and no body took care of the needs. Sorry this is a terrible service.

Front Desk staff wasn’t nice at all during check in. Hotel is filthy. I called when I made the reservation to confirm that the hot tub was working. When we got here it was taped off with caution tape. Even the top sheets were stained. Hallway smells very unpleasant. Only 2 small towels for 2 adults. Asked if we could get 2 more and he said “if there are any left.” Please think twice before booking. Entire property is rundown, dirty, and generally unkempt.

I stayed for two nights. Room had heat and AC. Also, no issues with the hot water. I really appreciated the free breakfast every morning. There is a very delicious pizza place right next door. I don’t understand all the bad reviews for this place. It’s not the Ritz Carlton… you get what you pay for. Oh the staff was helpful too. Would definitely stay again.

Absolutely disgusting. After the air conditioner in the first room going out and the smell. They moved us to another room it was even worse. The smell was horrible. The desk was broken, the office chairs in both rooms were broken, and there was white stuff splatered all over the night stand. And rhe beds those were sagging. For the price this place is not worth it. The photos online look nothing like what it does in real life. Oh and the wash rags are see through and ypu get juat one of those.
