Loud dogs

No breakfast offering, coffee available from 6am to 10 amonly! that's a joke for the price of the room.additional amenities should be offered ..... The rooms themselves were updated and in good condition.

Staff was great ..beds were very uncomfortable..sink was clogged

Staff was friendly, stay was horrible. Noise carried from lobby to room on first floor until almost midnight. Surprised Nothing was done by front desk staff as it was coming from the lobby. Then woken up shortly after 5 a.m. by more noise, then a barking dog at 6:30. Hotel needs upgrading so noise can be muzzled!

The staff were very pleasant and the room was clean. It was so hard to get a room for the night since there were two concerts in thown. Hotel was perfect for what I needed.

When we got to our room, after checking on late at night, we found the carpet very very wet! When i letvthe front desk know, he didn't seem to believe me. He eventually moved us to a different room, that was smaller and less amenities. The tub was stained and the water didn't stop in the showr!

Our room had a wet carpet...very wet beside the bed. When i told the front desk, the guy was rude and asked it we had done it. We had checked inb5 min before! They moved us to a smaller room! The tub was in terrible condition, water kept dripping in the bathtub and there was 1 towel! So disappointed

The place had old food in it. Was supposedly just cleaned then move us to a room that the water was dripping from the shower. Payed 500 bucks for

This is the 5th year we've stayed at Red Roof in mansfield for a concert at Gillette stadium. Theyre always accomodating and pleasant. Rooms are clean and quiet.

I have stayed at the Red Roof Inn Mansfield many many times over the years when I go to concerts or football games. It is conveniently located, has the best prices in the area, and even has shuttle service available to venues. It’s clean, comfortable, staff is courteous and helpful and parking is free and easy. Highly recommend

Staff were helpful. Hair dryer didn’t work. Tub tap had a terrible leak, was constantly running. Good location & price for our travel purposes- we stayed 5 nights.

went for the slipknot concert, our room was nice and clean. staff was super nice. check in/out was SO easy!

Bathroom was really run down, there was rust in the tub and the faucet was leaking. Beds were uncomfortable— but it was a low priced hotel and you get what you pay for 😂

This is the third time we have stayed here. Never been disappointed!

Disappointed that the pool was closed with no advanced warning. Room had a view of the parking lot. Only one elevator and we were on the top floor.

The hotel was rather rundown. The room doors all had heavy wear. The room bathtub was heavily stained as were the light switches. The lampshade by the bed has remnants of some brown liquid spray. The in room coffee maker the had to be moved to an awkward location to use due to its super short cord. The beds were comfy, but we're a bit smaller than expected.

Staff was very helpful, easy check-in, and room was clean.

The property was fine. The room was horrible! The floor was all wet the entire stay and the beds were uncomfortable.

Ok so walking in the desk was unattended at 4pm. No one in lobby and there was no air circulation it was soo humid. Got our room and my room which in the picture it had a fridge didn’t end up having one. Brought it to the receptionist and he switched us to a room with one. I had medication that needed to be refrigerated. The hallways are humid as well and no air ventilation or ac. The walls were sweating. And it was only 85 degrees outside so I can imagine inside. Got in the room and there was a hole in the back of the door of the bathroom. Rust in the tub and the toilet didn’t stop running. The room smelt stale like it was humid. Put the ac on to circulate it. By the time we got back to the room later on and got into bed, my husband and I felt like the bed was wet. It was the bamboo mattress topper. Also it was flat and had no life to it. Soo uncomfortable and hated that the sheets and covers felt wet the whole night. Drove us crazy. Woke up with crazy back pains. Could feel every imperfection of the mattress quality. Ughhhh so not worth the money I paid. Also we tried to use the pool but a woman was sitting on the edge of the pool dunking her two dogs in it. That’s not sanitary and I realize it’s dog friendly but that’s not acceptable.

Needs updating in the bathroom and needs new mattresses..

The hotel was very convenient and easy to get to the Xfinity Center. Also close to Gillette Stadium and the Wrenthem Outlets.

This hotel is right next to a Grocery store and the staff is top notch!!

We were given a first floor accessible room as that was what was available when I booked online. The room was wet, literally. We slid on the floor wet. It was really uncomfortable and we were glad to be spending most of our time out of the room. There was even mild starting on the carpet that we noticed as we were packing up to leave. A cleaning person changed the name on the tip envelope every day but didn’t even make our beds! Honestly I would never stay here again. The only positives were the easy free parking and the very friendly front desk person who checked us in.

It was a wonderful time, and the shuttle service was very helpful!
