I reserved this room as I always do.. days in advance and on my way to the hotel I received a call that they were sold out and I had no room. I told the lady that I had a reserved room with a confirmation number and she said that hotels.com shouldn’t have reserved the room to start with.

We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and service at this hotel. We visit the area often to our daughter who is a student at Auburn.we have passed this hotel up many times but nothing else was available- we will definitely stay again.

The first room they gave us was disgusting. There was trash on the beds, trash in the beds, trash on the floors and shower. Also, there was NO fire alarm hooked up in the ceiling. There was a place for one but it was not there. Unacceptable and I honestly cannot believe they let us even see that room. I went to the front desk because I wanted my money back. All they could do was give us another room because we booked from Hotels.com. So, we chose to look at another room. It was atleast clean. So, we stayed. The rest of the property looked run down. It was pretty sketchy surrounding it. Also, I went to get coffee in the morning. It was out and no one was around to ask for more. Needless to say, it was not a good experience. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. Avoid.

Dirty. Extremely poor repairs. Shower curtain fell down during a shower. No smoking room smelled like cigs. Will not stay here again. Rip off!!!

Lady at the front desk was overwhelmed by the day being the kick off of college football season and the large amount of check outs and the cleaning service being behind. She was extremely polite and tried to help everyone, while the other lady that was there was looking at laptop, and not trying to help at all

Avoid like the plague…because that’s what you may contract while there

2nd comfortable and clean

Very clean and comfortable beds. Nice area. Quiet.

It was difficult to find the actual entrance at night due to work barrels blocking the view of the drive. When we pulled in there were 2 people sitting at a table, 1 had her feet on top of the table. As I entered she loudly asked "You got a reservation? " I said yes. She paused from her phone conversation a moment and asks "Single room?" I replied "No a double". She then gets up to go to the counter continuing her phone call I don't think she even looked at my ID laying on the counter. She put the key on the counter. Still on her call. I asked her for the room number and which side it was on. She seemed to be bothered by the questions saying "Room ### and its on that side" and back to her conversation she went. As I left the gentleman at the table said have a nice stay. I don't even think he worked there. As for the room at least it was clean.

Overall great on the hotels part. As far as Hotels. Com they messed my reservation up I had to upcharge to get my right room I didn't get any credit, hotels.com charged me way more and I ly said I paid a less amount than what was told to me. Hotels.com is A JOKE!

As we entered to the hotel, the lobby smelled like straight weed. You only get 1 key. The room was not cleaned. The room smelled dirty and musty because the air was turned off. We had to move the bed against the wall because we traveled with our baby so you could tell they didn’t vacuum underneath the bed as well. We went to call room service because we only had 1 pillow for the bed and the phone was disconnected and then we had to go downstairs and get them ourselves. The bathroom didn’t have an air vent. The fridge didn’t work. They never came and cleaned or restock the room through out the 3 days we stayed there so only 1 toilet paper. It was not a good experience, definitely would not recommend to stay there.

Front desk staff was nice. Entire building is extremely outdated. Zero amenities to mention. While checking for bedbugs (there were none) I noticed it didn’t look like it had been vacuumed/cleaned in years. Possibly not since the place was built.

Drain full of hair that wouldn’t drain. Room smelled like a hamster ball. Dirt in every corner. Floor was sticky. Lights didn’t work. Stained towels.

Hotel was really dirty. Room had terrible smell and there was a cigarette burn on bedding. Towel was stained - truly the most awful place I have ever stayed!

It was affordable

Bed sheets had blood on them . Toilet didn’t work and fridge did not work as well . I honestly feel like I should get a refund !

No blanket on bed. Not a smooke free room. Shower did not work.

Usual stay. Love the king size bed. Just wish it was comfortable! Hate the brand of hotel coffee. Love the Jacuzzi tub. Could be very easy to class up a little.

Shower didn’t work . Noisy hotel , something kept waking me up . Then have a 10 am check out most places is 11 . I’ll have to be desperate to stay again

Was a great day, but the rooms that people was above us or the side of smoking weed made it hard to sleep on the room or the sheets smelt like weed and whoever mopped and cleaned up in there before we got our room the mop water was still sour, so you can smell it Other than that wasn’t a bad day

This is the worst hotel we've ever stayed with. The tiles were broken, room was unclean, etc. If not for a huge football game with booked hotels all around, we would never have stayed.

I chose the property because it was affordable. It wasn't 3 or 4 star rated but it made up for it in service. I just wanted somewhere safe to sleep and it served its purpose. I would stay again. I stayed 11/11/2024 and a special shot out to all the staff that worked that afternoon and night!!

The hotel does not have any security, the rooms and all facilities were unclean, to include mold in the shower, stains on the sheets and towels, and dirty floors. They did not clean the rooms each day and did not have towels for their guests.

Clean and quiet

Room was barely adequate - few bugs, creaky beds, and then a near-fight in hallway at 5am. Not a good experience
