I stayed one night while visiting my daughter at college and my front desk clerk was delightful and getting my room assigned. I will see the room could use some freshening up. Lots of dinged paint on the wall from chairs. I noticed my sheets had a giant hole on the side. The bed and pillows were comfortable, however. I’ve stayed here before for a quick overnight and knew what I was expecting. I would stay here again when I just need a place to sleep. But the room is definitely needing some refurbishment and attention.

Staff when above and beyond to help me. I stayed with my two kids and had a flat tire I was so overwhelmed and asked staff if they knew someone who can help me change my tire they ask someone from maintenance and he was able to help. I am extremely grateful to him. Room was clean my daughter used the gym before going to her soccer tournament.

check in easy, TV did not work had to move rooms room clean but long hair over shower and peanuts on carpet. free breakfast did once because it was not worth getting up early enough on other days. I would say 2.5 star

LaQuinta had new, well furnished rooms and dining area. Plenty of room in breakfast area. Easy check in and check out. Would definitely stay there again!

The only good thing about this location was Mr. Singh. The property is very dated, needs repairs, dirty the room smelled a swearty gym locker and the pool was cold, the spa looks very dated. I"ll never stay there again. I was told that the owner cuts corners to make a larger profit.

Just quick over night. Good rates vary satisfied. San Diego to Orem UT. Slept like A baby.

Gave me the key at 4am to an aleady occupied room. Almost got attacked by the dog in that room and weird eye contact with the couples on bed. The washroom doors were aged. Receptionist was missing at 4am, showed up after calling their phone number.

AC wasn't working properly, but we made do. Very clean and tidy. Would stay here again.

The place was very clean and the lady that helped us was absolutely awesome!

Our family stayed there 3 months ago and we really enjoyed it. This time it was not the same. The hotel room we stayed in and the hotel itself was very dirty and poorly maintained. Stains on walls, bathroom not clean, tub very gross, paint chipping, the breakfast area poorly maintained. It was interesting to see how much it had changed from the 3 months prior. It looked like maintenance was struggling or not happening at all!

Everything it was just terrible the pool was so dirty we had spiders in our room everything is dinged up it was just not a good stay

Room was clean and comfortable. Our wake up call was missed resulting in our missing breakfast.

Someone tried to enter my room at 11pm . 10 minutes later the front desk staff tried entering my room as well. Claiming the computer had the room empty. I reminded them that when I checked in there was a problem with my key and the manager personally went to the room and reprogrammed it. Also at checkin they were going to put a note on my room for later checkout at noon. It’s alarming to have your door open at night by strangers—- twice!! And why wouldn’t the staff call the room or even courtesy knock prior to barging in that late at night? Poorly managed staff at this hotel

Pool dirty

It was an ok visit. I showed up at 3 to check in and i was asked to wait as they didnt have any rooms cleaned out. I did it was ok even though me and my family were tired from driving through the night. Overall, we received an out of order room. The phone didnt work so i used my personal phone to reach front desk. The floor was filled with pet hair. The ac didnt work on our 2nd night. It was so humid. Then the shower knobs were broken. First night the knob for 2nd shower head came off from the water pressure. It was so strong, im glad i wasnt giving my baby a bath at the time but my other family member was hit with the water pressure glad it wasnt so severe. I will definitely not be staying here again.

Nothing worked, cold shower, stinky, old…I wouldn’t recommend to anyone! Oh, and if you want to have your key cards re-keyed every time you come in and out, this is the place for you.

The room was fairly dirty with splatters and scuffs all over the walls. The shower had lots of patch work. The trim was peeling by the bathtub. There was large paint areas missing from the wall. The area felt unsafe as I was told to park around back and use the back entrance but a man was lottering back there. It made me feel nervous having my car there. The bananas were brown and the food was cooked very blond.

This was our first time staying here at this location. First thing we notice the door for room 413 was broken. It looked like the hardware was going to break off. Also the bathroom door one knob was broken off. We asked to get switch to a different room and thankfully the front desk accommodate our request. Second room 414 the walls were stained and the bathtub was clogged. Water wouldn’t drain while we showered. Also we wished the description for beds were more specific. Double beds means full size beds (don’t get confused) because they don’t offer queens. And when we got there they didn’t have any rooms for Kings available. We weren’t happy at all and will not be staying there again. Staff were nice, breakfast was meh, but rooms needed a lot of TLC. Especially for the prices.

Maid service either none when requested or partial. Only one small trash can in a two room suite. Very dirty carpet. Outside noise distracting for sleep. My husband did not get breakfast one morning because they ran out of food and we could not wait an hour for replenishment due to other commitments. Will not stay here again.

On arrival our desk clerk greeted us with a smile and welcomed us. Check in was amazingly quick but not rushed through at all. The process was conducted in a friendly AND professional manner (those two can and should coexist). She explained everything to us but was not robotic about it. Presentation was natural even though she’s likely given it thousands of times before. Our rooms were clean, everything worked as it should, no bugs, no other unexpected roommates. Bedding, sheets, towels, linens were all clean. Shower, sink, commode were all clean. Breakfast was laid out early enough, the waffles were delightful, my only (VERY minor) issue was that the coffee tasted like hotel coffee, not as terrible as truck stop coffee, and still quite drinkable. But then again, we didn’t stay at La Q for the coffee, so that’s a reasonable thing. We wanted a clean, safe comfortable room and we were not disappointed. We are happy to see the standards being kept up by La Quinta, and recommend the facility to all travelers needing lodgings for their road weary selves. Oh! Almost forgot, the pool, the hot tub and the workout room. We didn’t use them but we did look them over. Also clean very useable no broken or duct taped equipment. The standards in effect at the time of our stay were excellent!

The tile floor could be cleaner, wiped up some water and the towel was quite dirty... you could see SLIGHT stains on towels... hot water in shower started making knocking sound... otherwise great property, plenty of lighting in the parking lot, friendly front desk, nice pool

The property was updated, clean and well maintained. Check in clerk was perfunctory at best. Not friendly or welcoming. There are signs all over the parking lot saying unauthorized cars will be towed, yet nothing was mentioned about parking. Nor was there any mention of where the elevator was located, what time breakfast was served, or convenient places to dine nearby.

Booked for 5 and no roll away or couch for 5th person to sleep so the floor is where we had to make with blankets.

There were bugs and no tv in the second room we were moved too.

Property was run down. Door handle to room was janky and hard to use. Hallway's smelled musty and there were no forks at the breakfast.

I booked a room with double beds. Double beds are very small. It’s my own fault for not thinking about the size but my 2 teenagers had a hard time fitting in one bed, while my husband and I equally had a hard time fitting in the bed. Staff was understanding but didn’t have a room with 2 bigger beds in it so nothing could really be done. I am rating the room for lack of cleanliness though as there was a need for a good vacuuming and mopping that needed to be done.
