Awful stay, rude staff and as usual issues with getting hotels.com 2 rooms reservation, the transfer of information for hotels.com to the hotel is a huge issue.

Great hotel and very clean, but there was a lot of construction nearby and the parking was a little confusing. I drove all the way down to the parking garage after pressing the button and had to carefully back all the way up the ramp. For the time being, the small lot behind the hotel was free but it was very limited parking.

The guy in the reception very unfriendly I had to ask every day if I can pay and get my invoice. His answer was I am busy now come back later or during the checkout. I explained to him that I need to check out at 7 am and that I had no time , he was impolite and didn’t care and carried talking to other people. No way I come back here knowing the room was 130 Euro without breakfast

Very poor Wi-Fi connection, which disconnected every 3-4 minutes and I had to log in again.
You have to pay €3 for better wifi.
I was very disappointed with the wifi, the usual free unlimited connection in hotels.
Here the wifi is really only available for a few minutes and then you are disconnected and you have to log in to the network again

The hotel staff was very accommodating and helped in any way. Parking was on site with no charge. the rooms were nice and warm since it was winter. Everything lovely.

Very courteous front desk staff, warm welcome and check-in. Room was clean, neat, and in good condition. At checkout again the staff was very attentive offering a cup of coffee while she finished preparing my statement. Very good experience for a low rate.

It was a nice location, less than 10 minutes from Panzer Kaserne Stuttgart. There were parking options around, and a garage for 10 euros a day. The room was nice and clean.

This is a great hotel with very high standards, i like it very much, and for location to business was perfect. The only down side was the noise from the autobahn, it never stops all night, and very early morning. I would stay here again but with ear plugs.

Nice staff and very convenient location if you working at Panzer or Patch in Stuttgart. WiFi service was horrible. Constantly dropping every minute. I couldn’t even surf the web. Plus you can only connect one device per room. Why am I paying for it to not work at all? Just completely annoying. Other than that it was an ok stay.

The hotel is OK to crash for the night, but based on the condition of the room (noisy ventilation fan in bathroom, leaking window) the amenities of the room (very sparse and basic), and slow Wi-Fi, the nearly $100 I paid for the night (without breakfast!) is WAY overpriced.

I booked this room mostly because it was cheaper than others in the area and close to where I was training. Also it said it was smoke free..so wrong. You can smell the smoke as you walk in and the rooms have.stains on the floors and the beds are.so rock hard it's unbelievable.

It's a nice hotel which is located within 100m of the Boblingen station so it is convenient. There no stores around so you can't buy anything without a long walk or a drive. This is one of those business hotels that is good enough for a bed and a breakfast. The Breakfast was pretty good with much choices and I'd rate the quality high. The only negative was the lack of sound proofing on the road-side of the hotel. I was up high facing the motor way so it was noisy at night. You'll hear every Porsche driving by.

Curtains were very dirty, I don't think they've been washed since they were hung. Pillows and comforters were brown... Used to be white! Thank god I brought my own blanket and pillow. Room was not cleaned throughout our stay (4nights), they only replaced towels. The main room lamp shorted the room when turned on so the room lost power.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. It is withing walking distance not only of the s-bahn, but also downtown Sindelfingen. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast was the best I had in a week of western Europe.
The only thing I didn't give it a five on was comfort. Our pillows were so insignificant we stuffed them with towels. Also the autobahn is next to the hotel, so if you like sleeping with the window open you will get a bit of noise.
Overall, a great place I would stay at again.

Check in staff is not familiar with surrounding restaurants, venues or events in the area, (except Diana who was the most helpful at all times!), internet service not available in room (can only log on in downstairs cafe), room was very small (my cabin on a cruise ship was larger!).

Hotel was not far from highway and there were signs leading to it from the road leading to the highway. Low cost hotel, fine for staying overnight on the road trip. Situated in a quiet, mainly residential area. Street parking possible.

for the price, this was definitely ok. normal size room, relatively large bed. tiny pillow, but gave a second one upon request. clean, relatively new fixtures in the bathroom. facing quiet street. other side of hotel faces autobahn, may get some noise. make sure to get quiet side. good german style breakfast (rolls, jam, cheese, sausage, cereal, fruit) walking distance (2min) to S-Bahn (local light rail), 20min into Stuttgart downtown leaving every 30min. reception staff was the only thing wher quality was somewhat lacking. Late at night only one guy, friendly, but not very responsive to requests. not quite up to hotel standard. junior receptinist upon early checkout could not handle expedia payment, wanted to charge again, but let me go upon showing the expedia printout.

Good location... close to rail station. Room was clean and comfortable. Desk personnel very informative and helpful... gave excellent directions, even booked our train reservation for us.

Concierge was very nice, but failed to give me the code to get back into the hotel after I got back from dinner. Needless to say, I was almost locked out of my room for the night.. Main areas were a little dirty, but my room was clean. I suppose that was enough.
