Nice property, very friendly staff. Close to the beach if u wanted to go, but just as comfortable by one of the pools. A fair Walk up hill to shops and restaurants but you can also use a lift for 50 cents a person. Great variety of shops , restaurants and views of the sea

Lovely hotel (the pictures on the website doesn’t really do it justice) but the bathrooms in particular are very dated and not user friendly. The terrace has an annoying ledge which is really difficult to see and we all kept on stubbing our toes on it and were worried about our toddler hurting herself. Little improvements that would make a big difference such as having water in the gym. Kids club was good and entertainers very friendly.

Staff were extremely helpful. Lovely hotel. Daughter is a celiac and the dining options for her were tremendous. The staff were very considerate of her. She felt very safe eating here. I would stay here again.

I went on holiday with my 2 teenage daughters to this hotel in a triple room. Out of season it was really quiet until the Valentines night when I didn't get any sleep all night because a group of people had an all night party in the room and on the balcony next door and trashed their room. I did explain at reception the next day and asked for a change of room for the remainder of our stay but when she looked it up she assured me they were checking out - which they did. It was a shame as that day was ruined because I had a banging headache due to sleep deprivation. The dining staff were fabulous as were all the bar staff. Plenty of choice for dinner and breakfast and they accommodated my gluten free diet. Entertainment was great and the female pool lifeguard was very good.

When checking in, I had to wait 40 minutes due to the hotel didnt have enough staff to handle the checking counter. My plan was to visit the spa before it closed, bbut was not able to because of this. When checking out I had to wait 15 minutes. The termostat/air con in the room did not work. I woke up to 26 degrees. I booked this hotel to have a relaxing stay, but the only thing that was relaxing was the bed. Also I enjoyed the food in the restaurant.

Loved the property… felt very comfortable and safe. The breakfast service was excellent. I did feel that some areas needed a little tweaking like bar service and food service around the pool. It was very slow. The entertainment , although good, needs to be brought up to another level for a 4 star hotel.

An excellent hotel overall which is in a great location. Offers everything a resort should do and the kids loved staying there Staff are friendly and welcoming. Only negative was that there’s want a lot of options for vegetarians at dinner

I stayed here twice … at beginning and end of my holiday. Not sure why they tried to charge me almost 100€ more the first time … but I showed my Hotel.com booking and corrected half the amount . May have charged me for changing my room location. Was so tired from long haul flight I let that go by. Did not have a price issue when I returned the second time and had a room in same location and was not charged. Other than this I was happy to spend time at this hotel and service was good all round. I would go back … lots of activities if you chose to participate and entertainment in the evening.

Great hotel , very nice 👍, clean and staff is not that bad. Food was ok , could be more choices of actual food but not bad. Nice pools not heated but wasn’t freezing. Will be back again

Really nice facility with lots of pools, the breakfast had great variety, the staff was friendly and helpful. The view from the room was nice and the evening programs very entertaining. We really enjoyed our stay!

Clean and large hotel complex, well maintained pool area with bar and restaurant. Definitely more popular with the older and retired crowd but some families too. We went for U.K October half term and it felt a nice steady pace, never crowded. Huge breakfast area with incredible choice!

Its location

Upon approaching the area of tormelinos we felt like it was a 1970s condominium massacre of beautiful land. It just wasn't what we expected. Upon entering the hotel complex it was reminiscent of a huge cruise ship, with food, flamenco, exercise classes, many pools and a lot going on. This would be great for families as there was a big game room at the hotel and a putt-putt next door. There were plenty of lawn chairs and shaded area and area restaurants. The beach was wide and the sea was calm. Our partial Sea view was accurate but littered with high-rise condos. The room was spacious, fully amenetized and the service was very good.

We checked in quickly and easily on Monday 27th June 2022 and had booked a twin sea view room. The room was lovely and had the most loveliest views. We did have just one bed, albeit a huge double bed which was nice as it was supposed to be two separate beds but as it was huge, it was fine. It would have been nice, as the air conditioning gets too cold, have access to a duvet as one light sheet is not enough. We had booked B&B and breakfast was lovely, so much choice and no queuing at all. It was a shame to see other holiday makers piling up their plates with everything and anything to then just leave the food half eaten - such a waste, hopefully the hotel gives the left over food away to the homeless. The pools were lovely, but anytime after 8am do not expect to get a sun lounger, they are all taken with people no where to be seen but their towels on the loungers - such a shame for everyone else. The outside pool bar is great, super quick and large selection of drinks. Would I stay at this hotel again - yes I would!
