I was given a single bed room when I reserved a room with 2 beds. There was no one at the front desk by 10 so I couldn't switch rooms.

Arrived late. Had to use a phone to call a central dispatch asking for the onsite night attendant to arrive. Then had to wait for a short while for an employee who was clearly going through withdrawal or deep in it. Meanwhile there was a number of questionable characters in the vicinity. Got to my room, which didn’t look anything like the photo. No TV remote. Was going to call the front desk but my phone literally had not a single cord. It’s true I have a photo to prove it.
Literally too tired to call the 800 number for service. Don’t stay here ever.

Noise was made all night from all the rooms around mine. Called the office twice. Still they continued to make noise all night. I have never had such a bad night. My room smelled of Dog and when i asked for another room i qas told that i could not be helped because of being fully booked.

No attendant came to check me in, according to the operator, it’s after hours…hopefully I could get my money back, I will call first thing in the morning

There was the smell of marijuana in the hallways and came through the vent and I didn’t get any type of housekeeping services for 6 days. I was told that they only offer it every two weeks because people “live” there and it isn’t a normal hotel.

I didn't get to check in i disrupt in the parking lot of this hotel my reservation didn't pop up on there end didn't 4 hours on the phone trying to fix it by the time it was ready the check in office had closed . I was lied too they did they moved my reservation for the next day and it wasn't moved didn't all day afternoon calling for them to tell me that i had to wait 49 to 72 hours for a refund and its almost 3 am and i still haven't received this e gift card ruined my birthday i will never use hotels.com or referral hotels.com i am one angry used to be loyal customer

From the beginning the experience was a nightmare. Arriving we were met by people smoking marijuana right in front of the main door. Receptionist was not friendly at all. She looked like she was on drugs. Took the elevator to the second floor, elevator was dirty and also smelled like marijuana. Walking the hallway to the room it also smelled like marijuana. The room looked cleaned. Before leaving I noticed the sheets had old blood splatter. AC didn’t work well. No coffee maker. When we left in the morning the cloud of smoke and the smell of marijuana in the hallway was so overwhelming. This is definitely not a good place to stay especially with a family with children.

This hotel smelled of heavy marijuana in the halls and seeping into the room. It is not clean, the long term residents are living in the hotel are not the most law abiding. you get locked out after 10 pm and nobody answers the phone. The countless illegal activities that go on in the lot around the building with no regard for others. It is bad when you walk outside and can literally watch drug deals and usage happen. this property should not be more then a 1 star I feel the money I paid was way to much for this location. Safety is a big issue here. The sink in the room was broken and held together with tape and was dirty. Half the lights did not work. Clean is not a term that should be used for the hotel let alone the room

Noisy and screaming folks all night. Dirty, not even a small trash can in the room. Very outdated kitchenette and all run down. This should not be in business

The hotel was very outdated and dirty. The kitchenette had no supplies the microwave was filthy. We did not realize it is geared more towards long term rentals.
We left a few hours after we checked in and went to another hotel.

Site shows fully equipped kitchen, there was NOTHING in the kitchen, breakfast provided, there was nothing. We were charged 1.75 for each clean towel. No one to clean the rooms. We were there for 6 days!

There was excessive amounts of noise coming from the upstairs. The noise lasted all night long going into the morning. Very hard to sleep other then that staff was nice.

The rooms are run down. The room smells like cigarettes. The front desk closes at 10 pm?! The bathroom was dirty. 2 towels for 4 people. One of the drawers in the dresser would not stay closed.

I was only going to stay for one night and you cannot check in after 6 PM because the front desk is closed. they can open the front desk but only if you’re staying at least 2 or more nights.

You know this is a bad area when the check in counter has a steel window locking it up after 10pm. We check in late and found the hotel locked. Was not told that the check in desk closes at 10pm. We had to call the group off on a wall phone and they had to call the manager to come and open the front door and check us in. For a while we thought we would have to stay at another hotel. Never seen anything like it before. The hotel was dirty with hallway carpets black from crud. Looks like a welfare hotel to us. The staff was surly and did not appreciate us checking in at 10pm. Groups of people outside smoking. The room itself was large and spacious with a kitchenette. Designed for long term stay. That's the only redeeming feature. U need a car to get anywhere for food.

The only good thing about this place was that Jenny was friendly and she allowed us to check in two hours early. We chose a two bed room with four occupants, but they only supplied us with two towels and we had to purchase more if my kids wanted to shower.
She did give us two more like she was doing us a favor. There was a full kitchen, but no appliances to use the kitchen, not even a coffee pot.
We were expecting a grab and go breakfast but they don't do that anymore.
The hotel wreaked of marijuana and air freshener. They're in the process of converting the hotel rooms into an apartment.
There's no bbq grill or picnic area like the website shows.
We're never staying there again. I rather sleep in my car. 10/10 do not recommend.

It was more of a place where people live than stay for a night. It was very clean and the desk staff was very friendly. They do not keep soap in the rooms, but will give it to you when you ask. Not bad at all for the price.

Didn't get the opportunity to like or dislike anything about the property, they never checked me into the room. Although we did arrive late, due to a late flight, I had a reservation and a clearly posted sign in the hotel vestibule next to a phone that said checking in late is no problem just call 500 and they'll get me checked in. Called 500 3 different times for about 20 minutes with guest services unable to reach night clerk and it just going to dial tone each time but the last when the guest services rep informed me they wouldn't be checking me in as it was too late.

I was disappointed that there were no clean towels or wash clothes available after our first night. I've never heard of a hotel that didn't have clean linen available. The staff was great but the linen for me was inexcusable

The vibe of the hotel was like a prison it felt really unsafe, the smell was so bad. The room was so dirty I don’t think it was cleaned in years we checked under the bed it was so dirty we even found a potato under the bed it was probably there for years.
