The property is not being maintained. The free breakfast was bad and not restocked well.

This hotel is a TRAP! Advertised as “recently remodeled” but the shotty construction is beyond obvious and doesn’t cover up how dirty everything is. Reserved a room with 2 beds but was told when we arrived that “due to an issue with broken pipes” we had to downgrade to a room with a king and pull out sofa. Both beds were covered in black animal hair and stains. We requested a pillow for the pull out couch but were told they didn’t have any. When we requested one from one of the rooms with “broken pipes damage”, we were told they didn’t have any broken pipes and were at capacity which is why they didn’t have any extra pillows. Breakfast was nasty and VERY minimal. Staff was rude and unhelpful and the neighborhood is super sketchy. When hotels.com contacted the hotel about the issues, they were told they had to wait till Monday to contact a manager. Again, very unhelpful. Will NOT be staying here again.

There we’re homeless hanging out on and around the property. One guy made four plates of food then took it out the door with him. There were homeless people eating in the dining room and hanging out there. They eat free and we paid to stay and eat breakfast there. But ,when the food/sausage ran out we were told there’s no more. This was really upsetting because why can they eat free there ? About the room, The first thing we had a problem with in our room was sticky substance on the carpet in between the beds. And small beetle like Bugs of some sort and ants crawling in the bathroom. The dining room had no a/c working even though there were three so it was miserable trying to eat breakfast. Asked to have a table wiped, the lady was on her phone in the kitchen and took her about three minutes to wipe the table . None of the empty tables were wiped. When she did wipe the table she just moved the rag around so the table was still dirty and left the syrup and white stiff on our table. She was rude the second morning, one of the kids accidentally spilled some juice so we asked for a wet rag she literally threw it on the counter and turned and walked away. However had time to go out to a red pickup and get a drink container to fill for the guy driving the truck. We won’t stay here ever again! It was very disappointing considering the reviews I looked at prior to making a reservation.

It was convenient for where my work was located. Lots of shopping in the area.

The room was clean with no odor. It had been updated, but it seemed a bit DIY. The bed was sturdy and firm, yet AMAZING pillowtop!!! There were enough pillows for a king and they were substantial. Did I mention the bed was AMAZING??? Signed, Princess and the pea.

Very comfortable. Clean. Staff very friendly. Quite. Smoke detector was not attached in room. And clock didn't work.

The hotel was in a very good location for us to stay after leaving our mountain vacation, and then being able to get to the airport easily the morning of our flight home. The breakfast had a lot of variety and quality.

Housekeepi g never came to change yowels or f.pty trash after 3rd night. We even asked front desk to have it done. Room cooling was noisy and ineffective. Floor tile in bath room was loose and coming out when stepped on. Not enough towels given when checked in. Did not like and will not go back.

Do not book here! This hotel is in an unsafe area with homeless people wandering aimlessly. The hotel itself was dirty, you could see the dirty walls, all linens in the room were stained, room smelled musty plus they have the audacity to charge a $150 incident fee. It was a horrible experience staying here. We left after only sleeping a few hours because we felt unsafe. Upon leaving, there were sleeping homeless people steps from the entrance.

Was amazing no hot tub breakfast was great ever day !!! Out dated a little they covered it up with paint and called it good but a place to sleep and have breakfast was great would have been nice to have a hot tub

Everything was great other than all the homeless people sleeping in the building staircase and around the sidewalk of the property.

The breakfast was good and they didn’t shut it down early. Unfortunately the washer & dryers were NOT working. And the vendor never came to fix or empty money (which supposedly was the issue).

The room wasn't clean and for a non smoking room it smelled awful of cigarettes' and the bed spread had burns all over it from a cigarette.

This property was a little older, but does allow dogs. There was an extra 150 deposit for damages that they required at check in even though I had already prepaid plus 30 dollar pet fee, that was a bit of a suprise, but they assured me that it would be refunded, but could take up to 10 days. There is a large homeless population in the area, that did make me feel uneasy, but they never really did anything. There was also a police presence in the area, so I think that helped things not escalate. The room itself was clean and the staff was friendly and accommodating.

Staff were wonderful

Mistakenly booked for the following night when traveling and seeking accommodation after midnight. Contacted the hotel directly to ask for flexibility, they were unable to move reservation as it was booked through a third party. Attempted to manage the reservation through Expedia, but the hotel was unwilling to allow for change of date, or issue a credit. My mistake not double, triple checking, but some flexibility would have been appreciated.

Room was marked handicap, it had no grab rails in the bath and shower. Handheld shower would not stay up on the slide rail. The tube drain would not stay open to drain water while showering. Had to get room key reprogrammed three different times.

beds very comfortable, room clean, decent breakfast. Pool is only 4' deep, good for littles.

Had a good stay. Rooms were nice and clean. Staff very friendly and courteous. Breakfast was good-coffee better than 95% of my other stays. Best thing they gave us a for door card to fill out for fresh towels soaps, etc for our multiple night stay-no other hotel has done that. Would definitely recommend.

The stay was cool. Although we needed more towels for our stay and the staff wasn’t too helpful, the desk ladies were awesome and I will stay again.

Just a quick one night stay. The front desk staff was very friendly and helpful. No issues or problems.
