In the hotels.com app it said we would receive an upgrade of room if available as it was a vip access- it was definitely available but we did not get it. We did miss bathrobe and slippers as it is a beach hotel with a pool and that we had to bycickles althoug it was cheap. The bicycles was great. Otherwise the location was good, but very much noise from the road. Could have supplied us with airprops f.ex. the breakfast was good, the service was good with very friendly staff, the hotel itself a bit old glamour but has it charme, the view was nice. no shuttle service to the center at this time of year som many walks

Staff was great and very helpful ! They even offered to book our Covid 19 test for our return to USA . Hotel has a great location . Parking situation has to be booked in advance if you want to park your car on the property otherwise you can park in the street.

We had a room with sea view balcony on the 3rd floor which was perfect for sunset. . Some reviews say the bathrooms are small but we loved our room. Som of the bed overs are looking a bit worn out but apart from that really enjoyed our stay. The breakfast is very good too. The bikes make it easy to get in and out of the main shopping area.

Amazing hotel with very nice staff! Very helpful amenities including the free shuttle going back and forth to the center. The pool was nice as well.The room gets cleaned multiple times per day; whenever we left the room it gets re-cleaned. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The hotel kitchen was great. Would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Forte Dei Marmi!

The hotel is cute in an old style European way. It’s about a kilometer from the town. The hotel is well maintained and the breakfast is decent. It’s about expectation. While the hotel is not new or recently renovated, it’s well kept and provides good service.

Small rooms and overpriced. When you turn on the tap the shower water temperature changes from hot to cold or the other way around.

I had a wonderful week at the Hotel Negresco. I enjoyed not only the perfect location, but the quality and kindness of the staff....first at the reception you are welcomed by wonderful smiles and efficiency was greatly appreciated. The morning Buffet is incredible. And the chambermaids are so kind. One day I over walked and immediately she called to have ice bringing to my room. When I thanked her she replied that this hotel Was my home and every one is dedicated to the comfort of the residents. I was very touched. Everyone is a very special guest. You can tell it is extremely wellManaged. I will be back....it is a wonderful memory. CR

Took the family for a 5 day vacation in Forte and our choice of Il Negresco made our stay comfortable and amusing.

Professionally run hotel with attentive staff. All the basics done very well. The restaurant offers an excellent option for an evening meal, as an alternative to walking into town, as well as providing a good breakfast either in the restaurant or on the terrace.
Whilst we were there the hotel held an informal party on the roof, for both locals and guests, on the evening of a local firework festival. Worth paying for a sea view.

We were only here one night, but would have liked to have stayed longer. The hotel is very good. Forte dei Marmi is a very pleasant and up-market location, but limited things to do unless you are very much a beach person (or have a car and can travel around).

My only reservation that I was there November and the season for this hotel is summer time because is a resort area.Otherwise I think that this hotel is an excellent hotel for couples,business and good families

This hotel was just lovely and was much nicer than I had imagined. The rooms are decorated in light creams, sisal rugs and soft floral accents - not overwhelmingly sweet, but with a hint of tropical flair. The bathroom was enormous and covered, floor to ceiling, with crisp white carrera marble. The bath products were very upscale - always an added bonus to any hotel stay. Make sure to visit on a Wednesday, when there is the world's best market (shoes, bags, clothes,ect.) held in the center of swanky Forte dei Marmi.

only one criticism was that the hotel was very noisy - you could hear every single word that was said by the guests in the room next door
