The “continental breakfast” was almost non existent. A coffee machine, 2 kinds of bread for toast, chocolate chip granola bars, cheerios, or rice crisys… I couldn’t find milk, creamer, or anyone to help 😔 The rest of the stay was nice.

Cockroach in bathroom, bedding seemed unwashed. Many broken things inside the reception area. Men outside in the parking lot for hours, yelling and catcalling my teenage daughters. Would never stay here again or recommend

As soon as I walk through the door there was roach crawling across the back of it. The room smelled Swampy. It's reeked of a mildew smell. I tried getting rid of the older with air freshener to no avail . The beds were not comfortable. It was just a bad experience.

Disgusting, cockroaches in the room , no breakfast as advertised, the teller was high , and the pool was filthy. When confronted for another room told us if we don’t like it we can leave .

The bed was hard as a rock, I didn’t get the room I reserved. I reserved non smoking and ended up with a smoking room and it smelled. They said they serve breakfast, breakfast was only granolas bars bread to make toast and cereal no milk, the juice was water. The front desk was rude when I arrived. He was sleeping and the person before me had woke him up so he could be checked in. Never again will I stay here.

The ac did not work , they refuse to give me another room . It was dirt all over the room. Would not recommend to stay here

Nasty

Rooms with only a single Queen/King bed in the room are all smoking rooms. If a non-smoking room is needed, they are available only with two beds in the room. Doesn’t seem practical. Hotels.com did not have this information correctly listed. They didn’t mention that smoking rooms were even an option. They had listed them all as non-smoking and then put in their notes to the hotel that the guest wants non-smoking single bed room. The hotel doesn’t have this option. That can really create some problems for the hotel if they are fully booked and unable to accommodate guests needing to be moved to a non-smoking room. Beds were comfortable, room was well kept overall, though the bleach smell in the linens was too harsh for my husband; a contributing factor to him not sleeping well at all. Housekeeping should remember to look behind the bathroom door and clean there also. Complimentary breakfast shouldn’t even be mentioned as an option. There were bread slices, oatmeal packets, two cereal options, apples and granola bars. Overall: hotel was able to be accommodating and switch our room to a non-smoking room which we greatly appreciated. Friendly and kind front desk person. Comfortable enough if you’re just looking for a room with a bed and bathroom, though doubtful we will ever stay at a Days Inn again. Wyndham: step up your game on your ‘less expensive’ hotel brand. We paid $170 for what-Location? It was well out of any ‘prime’ locations spots. Drop the price or offer more.

Black mold

This was probably the worst place ive ever stayed. I walked into my room abd was immediately hit with the smell of mold the rugs were wet in an indefinite way and the bathroom was disgusting. The room i was switched to the shower head was so dirty it turned the water brown and the ceiling was covered in mold. I have asthma, it was so bad i had to leave the room to feel like i could get a good breath. There was also smeared body fluids on the wall. Room number three the shower head was broken and held together by a plastic bag. Roaches crawled out from under the tv and the mirror on the wall. If there was literally anywhere else with availability i would have left. It probably would have been safer and cleaner to have slept outside. I cannot even believe this place has the audacity to charge for these rooms.

Overall, we were satisfied with our stay. Understanding the ongoing renovations, we were accommodated when we requested assistance. The lack of a working ice machine , and non-working vending machine (only one ) were particularly inconvenient , given the rather extreme heat wave that persisted through part of the stay. A bit stingy with the number of towels provided. The pool was a welcomed respite feature; consider at least one umbrella, or other shade-providing device. Could have used a bit more frequent skimming of the pool surface.

We arrived and the hotel did not match the pictures. The manager was polite. We asked about the advertisement of mini golf was they dont have. Pool was nice ,water was warm. The rooms well the blankeys, sheets and pullow cases where dirty anf stained and ripped. We asked for new ones and the cleaning peopel came down and yelled at us for wanting clean sheets and refused to give us blankets. Tjey made pur experience horrible, another person came down and said they will be fored this was the third complaint. Well they weren't fired we saw them the next morning cleaning, side note we didn't want them to loose there jobs but yelling at gues should not be exceptable. And no we did not get any or ask for anything for the way we were treated.

Safe and comfortable

We walked in the room and turned around and left. We didn't ask for our money back or the 20 dollar checkout fee because we figured we would not be reimbursed. This is in very serious need of total remodel. It is a dive. We drove down the strip to a lovely, clean Sleep Inn. Three thumbs down. 😞

Reasonable price for a clean, comfortable room but don't expect any bells and whistles.
