Dirty . Overpriced

staff was amazing, but the place need a refresh

I was never given a room to check into! The first trip upstairs to room 305 had guests in it already! After returning to front desk to inform them they put us in room 306 Once again room was a total mess and had not been serviced. I should have used my gut instinct on this hotel cause upon pulling into the parking lot the landscaping was a total mess and asphalt parking lot was littered with rubbish and weeds protruding from the cracks .

Did not stay after checking in and then seeing the room. Stained carpet, dirty blankets, funky smell. Front desk was very kind and helpful however

The manager was very very professional n nice

The room and bedding smelled vaguely of cigarette smoke. The room was dated and not hotel-clean.

Not a hotel, more like an apartment building. Smelled like a deep fryer that badly needed to be changed. First room they gave us was dirty and smelled heavily of cigarettes AND the door lock was broken. Was given a different room that was cleaner, but overall impression of the entire hotel was one in a state of decline.

The room was older but clean. No hairdryer which was a surprise. The pillows were flat and they put only 3 on a double bed so one of us was miserable. No coffee in the lobby at 9:00 am in the morning. Both urns were empty.

It was nothing like pictures, the carpet was dirty , the room smell was awful, we paid for non-smoking, dogs barked both nights , people fighting. .

Good place for a short stay. I walked accross the bridge into the city. It was clean and the staff were friendly. It's right beside the freeway so it can get noisy with trucks air brakes etc but I would stay again.

When you walk through the parking lot in approach to the lobby door, there were people sitting outside the hotel smoking and hanging out. Upon walking through the door into the lobby, all you could smell was an odor of marijuana. The check-in process was slow, as the person at the front desk asked for my driver’s license, and then proceeded to take 4-5 minutes to type in my information. Upon arriving on the second floor, where our room was located, the threshold carpet to the room was filthy. A look at the thresholds to all other rooms on that floor reflected the same. In entering the room, it felt that we were walking into another decade— the 80’s—with no updates for decades. Although the room had LVT flooring, it was disgusting. After dropping a ice cube on the floor, using a tissue to clean up the water melt, the tissue was black. Walking into the extremely small bathroom, we found the top of the toilet broken, the doorknob to the bathroom barely hanging on, a sink, which looked like the grout around the sink had not been cleaned in years, and a tub with a dingy brown bottom and what appeared to be shampoo or conditioner from another tenant’s visit. The grounds around the hotel were disgusting with trash laying around the full trash cans all around each exit around the hotel. The grass was high in the dog-walk area, and any flowers or bushes were run down and rough. All in all, the $326 paid for our one-night stay was $275 too much. Absolutely disgusting!

Room was not equipped nor clean

It was weird, we got checked into a room, Then some random guy came Into the lobby and insisted we move Rooms. What was wrong with the original room? Made me very uncomfortable as a women.

The young woman at the front desk (at 1:00 am) was very kind, friendly, and helpful. Our room was clean and comfortable except it reeked like an old ashtray. Its been years of non smoking, i don't understand why its not remedied!!

Overall, it a bad stat at all. Nothing stands out, but was an average hotel stay.

This is an old hotel that needs an overhaul. Our shower curtain rod was coming out of the wall. And the quote grab and go breakfast is a joke.

It was ok. A little noisy from outside road traffic. Nothing fancy, but ok.

Was given a unclean room at check-in was given a second room it was nasty looking bed sheets had not been changed floors needed cleaning could not stay here was only in room for less than 5 minutes still awaiting refund they don't want to give
